Description

Plant source rooting agent for promoting plant rooting and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of plant growth regulators, and particularly relates to a plant source rooting agent for promoting plant rooting and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The rooting agent is used as the matter for regulating plant growth and development and has the main components of naphthylacetic acid, gibberellin, indoleacetic acid, etc. The rooting agent sold in the market comprises water agent and powder. The rooting agent is irrigated to the planted trees, so that the generation of new roots of the trees can be accelerated, and the growth of the trees is promoted. The rooting agents on the market can be mainly divided into the following three categories: common rooting and seedling strengthening agents (single compounds such as indoleacetic acid, sodium naphthaleneacetate and the like or a mixture of the compounds according to a scientific proportion), a compound rooting agent formed by mixing biological bacteria and the rooting agent, and rooting agents formed by compounding nutrient elements and growth promoter substances (such as root tuber and the like).
For example, patent 201911148328.7 discloses a vitis heyneana rooting agent and a vitis heyneana cutting seedling raising method, wherein the rooting agent comprises the following raw material components: 200mg/L of naphthylacetic acid, 5-10mg/L of 5-methyl-3-p-chlorophenyl-2-thiohydantoin, 35-50mg/L of proline, 5-15mg/L of bamboo vinegar and 50-80mg/L of ammonium bicarbonate. The grape rooting agent can effectively promote the root growth of the cuttage branches of the downy grapes, and the cuttage seedling culture method further effectively improves the rooting amount and the survival rate of the cuttage branches of the downy grapes by combining the ventilation and water-passing device and the rooting agent. Patent 201910779427.9 discloses a microorganism rooting agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the rooting agent comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 1-10 parts of macromolecular bamboo fiber, 0.1-5 parts of bacillus subtilis, 0.1-5 parts of azotobacter vinelandii, 0.1-5 parts of bacillus mucilaginosus and 20-200 parts of bamboo fiber; the rooting agent provides a stable and rapid growth environment for microorganisms around the plant rhizosphere through the moisture provided by the macromolecular bamboo fibers, the carbon source provided by the bamboo fibers and the nitrogen source provided by the microbial bacteria, the microorganisms rapidly propagate, and metabolites of the microorganisms generate plant growth hormones such as indoleacetic acid, gibberellin and polypeptide, so that the growth of the plant root system is promoted. In addition, the applicant of the invention also develops a plant source rooting agent and a preparation method thereof (patent 202010668150.5), the rooting agent adopts willow extract, Chinese violet extract and chlorophytum comosum extract as effective components of the rooting agent, can effectively promote the rooting of crops and improve the waterlogging resistance of the crops, and the effective components are plant extracts, so that the rooting agent is green and safe and has high environmental protection performance. However, the rooting agent still has the defect of insufficient rooting promoting effect, and the survival rate and the rooting rate need to be further improved.
