Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of daily chemicals, and particularly relates to a body odor removing composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
In recent years, with diversification of life, improvement of living standard, change and improvement of attitudes, and the like, quality of life of people has been receiving attention, and one of them is existence of malodor. For example, as the malodor, there can be exemplified an odor generated in a kitchen, an odor generated in a toilet, an odor of a seat and breath, an odor generated by a pet, and an odor of a human body. The odor of human body is the mixed foul odor of ammonia, acetic acid, isovaleric acid, nonanal and the like, and is the common foul odor generated by human body sweating. As a method for coping with the above-mentioned malodor, it is to be understood that a method for coping with a composite malodor containing a large amount of malodor components as described above is preferable.
Perspiration is an extremely important physiological function of many mammals, including humans, to maintain and control body temperature. Perspiration dissipates heat from the body by changing liquid water into water vapor and evaporating the water vapor, thereby preventing hyperthermia and enabling the animal to survive in a high temperature environment.
After sweat secretion, bacterial breakdown often produces unpleasant odors. In order to suppress excessive perspiration and eliminate odor, there are various perspiration-suppressing and odor-removing cosmetics. Most of the antiperspirants use metal salts as astringent to block the flow of sweat and inhibit or reduce the secretion of sweat. However, antiperspirant agents can cause discoloration of the garment and can be irritating or toxic to the skin. Deodorants do not generally alter sweat secretion, but contain microbicides such as phenolic derivatives, quaternary ammonium compounds, hexammine, and ion exchange resins, which kill all the microbial populations on the skin surface and disrupt the biological balance.
At present, there is also a class of deodorant agents comprising plant extracts, in which the deodorant active ingredient is free of added ingredients and has a characteristic of being friendly to humans, but the deodorizing effect is not satisfactory.
As an improved deodorant composition, a technique of using a colored substance obtained by reacting a polyphenol with an alkali component as a deodorant active ingredient has been reported, and the deodorant effect is excellent, but the use of the deodorant composition is limited because the active ingredient is a colored substance.
On the other hand, there is also a deodorant which simultaneously deodorizes an acidic smell and a basic smell by separately storing a deodorant containing an alkaline agent and a deodorant containing an acidic agent and then separately evaporating them, but it is inconvenient in use and storage.

Bacteriostatic test 1 challenge test method 1.1 test materials
The bacteria and mold for testing are provided by the institute of microorganisms in Shanxi province. The bacteria include Escherichia coli, Staphylococcus aureus, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The mold includes Aspergillus niger and Candida albicans.
Before the experiment, each strain was inoculated in an appropriate medium and cultured at 37 ℃ (bacteria) or 28 ℃ (mold). Culturing bacteria for 2 days, culturing mould for 3-5 days, selecting appropriate amount of bacterial colony in sterilized normal saline, and making into mixed bacteria (1 × 10) with certain concentration8One/ml) or mixed mould suspension (1X 10)7Pieces/ml) and stored at 4 ℃ until use.
1.2 test methods
One-time bacterial-adding 28-day microbial challenge test method: weighing 30g of each sample to be detected, adding mixed bacteria or mixed mould suspension, wherein the final bacteria content of each gram of sample to be detected is 5 multiplied by 106Bacteria and 3X 105And (4) a mould. Then, the mixture was mixed well and kept at 28 ℃. Samples were taken for analysis on days 0, 7, 14, 21 and 28 of inoculation.
The analysis method comprises the following steps: accurately weighing 3g of sample, adding the sample into a sterilized conical flask containing glass beads, adding 27ml of sterilized normal saline, fully shaking and uniformly mixing, wherein the suspension is a 1: 10 diluent; then, the mixture was sequentially diluted 10 times with sterilized normal saline. The bacteria content in the sample to be tested was counted by plate pouring, the bacteria were incubated at 37 ℃ for 48h, and the mold was incubated at 28 ℃ for 3 days.
This experiment was used to determine whether the preservative was effective or not. The judgment standard is as follows: after one inoculation per gram of sample, the amount of viable bacteria was reduced to not more than 0.1% of the initial concentration on day 14, and gradually decreased thereafter, to 0 on day 28, and the criteria were met as a pass test and not met as a fail test.
Table 1 challenge test results
As can be seen from the test results in the above table, on day 28, all of comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 failed the present challenge test for microorganisms because all of comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 failed to achieve the test condition of the viable bacteria amount being reduced to not more than 0.1% of the initial concentration on day 14 of the present test cycle, and failed to achieve the test-passing condition of being reduced to 0 on day 28; however, it is also clear that example 4 successfully passed this microbial challenge test with excellent results.
Sniffing test
The test method comprises the following steps:
1. the test subjects included 8 healthy adult males known to have sweat odor problems. The test subjects were instructed to use a non-scented soap, without an antimicrobial agent, in the underarm 5 days prior to starting the test. This area of the body was left without third party cosmetics throughout the test. The soap without fragrance is used once a day, and the using method is the same.
2. On day 5, 5 hours after the last wash, the axilla were smelled (sniffed) by 3 test persons and evaluated according to a scale of 0 to 5:
0 = no Sch odor and, in addition,
1 = almost free of sweat smell,
2 = there is little sweat smell,
3 = a moderate sweat odor,
4 = a strong sweat smell of the skin,
5 = very strong sweat smell.
The corresponding test person pairing comparison (left armpit and right armpit) is of decisive significance for the judgment. Pairs of perceptible differences are evaluated for at least one level difference.
3. The body odor eliminating compositions provided in example 4 and comparative examples of the present invention were provided to the test subjects, and an appropriate amount thereof was uniformly applied to the underarm for 5 days. Each two test subjects were a group of 8 subjects, wherein the composition provided by the invention in example 4 was applied to the right underarm in group one, group two and group three, respectively, and comparative example 1, comparative example 2 and comparative example 3 were applied to the left underarm, and 3 test groups were used; the control group was applied to the right underarm with the composition provided in example 4 of the present invention and the left underarm was left untreated; the coating amount is the same, and other using methods are the same.
4. Sniffing and evaluation were again performed on day 5 of product application, 5 hours after the last application.
5. In order to achieve the actual effect, the garment is not specified.
The results are shown in Table 2.
