Description

Composition with antiallergic and soothing effects
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of natural products, and particularly relates to a composition with anti-allergy and soothing effects.
Background
The sensitive skin is a high reaction state of skin under physiological or pathological conditions, mainly occurs on the face, and clinically presents subjective symptoms such as burning, pain, itching, tightness and the like, or objective signs such as erythema, scales, telangiectasis and the like when the skin is stimulated by physical, chemical, mental and other factors. According to the data of Chinese J.skin disease journal, chinese sensitive skin diagnosis and treatment expert consensus, 40-56% of Asian women are sensitive muscles.
In our country, about 36% of women have trouble with sensitive muscles, that is, 1 out of every 3 women is sensitive. The Airui consultation release white paper for research on sensitive muscles of Chinese females in 2020 indicates that the skin sensitivity of the female sensitive muscles exceeding seven is weak or mild as a whole, and the sensitive muscles can be improved through daily maintenance and skin care. The skin problem of women with sensitive muscles, which are nearly three-component, is serious, and the sensitive manifestations such as redness, swelling and inflammation are already appeared. Bearing urban life pressure, common high-frequency makeup becomes a typical characteristic of sensitive muscle females. Aiming at the relaxation and repair of sensitive muscles, some products are urgent and have low cost, and the illegal addition of hormone drugs into cosmetics in the products causes more crowds to develop into hormone-dependent dermatitis, so that consumers are urgent to need safe and effective products capable of repairing sensitive muscles or hormone-dependent dermatitis.
The etiology and the occurrence mechanism of the sensitive skin are not completely clear at present, and the skin barrier function is damaged totally by the combined action of the internal factors of the organism and the external factors, when the skin is stimulated, the sensory nerve signal input is increased, and the immune response is enhanced, so that the sensitive skin is produced. Currently, many antiallergic cosmetics on the market only aim at a certain immune reaction source in the body to achieve the antiallergic effect, for example: antihistamine, and components such as avenanthramide, chitin and the like are added into a plurality of cosmetics on the market to achieve the effects of preventing and treating allergy, so that the mechanism of the product is not comprehensive enough, and the product is difficult to be suitable for most people with allergic skin. And most antiallergic products are not effective against discomfort caused by nerve signaling, the consumer's feeling of being hot and painful is not reduced, and the consumer needs to wait for a period of time after using the product until the symptoms are reduced to reduce the feeling of pain.

Detailed Description
A composition with anti-allergy and soothing effects comprises auxiliary materials and functional components, wherein the mass dosage of the functional components is as follows: 0.04 to 0.5 percent of hydrolyzed algae extract, 0.5 to 5 percent of Malara oil, 0.02 to 0.5 percent of feverfew extract and 0.1 to 1 percent of lactobacillus fermentation product.
The hydrolyzed algae extract, the Malla oil, the feverfew extract and the lactobacillus fermentation product are mixed in a specific proportion, so that the method has unexpected synergistic effect. As the addition proportion of the composition is increased, the delta TEWL value is correspondingly reduced, namely, the less the moisture of the skin is dispersed, which means that the more complete the barrier function of the stratum corneum of the skin is, the moisture of the skin is not easy to be dispersed, and the allergic symptoms of sensitive muscles are correspondingly not easy to be influenced by the external environment so as to aggravate. The components with similar effects are used for replacement, so that the repairing effect on sensitive skin is reduced, and the skin is more stimulated when the skin care cream is used.
In some examples of compositions, the adjunct includes: emollients, humectants, viscosity modifiers, metal ion chelating agents, pH modifiers and water.
In some examples of compositions, the emollient is selected from at least one of isononyl isononanoate, squalane, jojoba seed oil, cetyl ethyl hexyl ester, propyl heptyl octanoate. The particular emollient can be tailored to meet the needs of different products depending on the particular application of the composition.
In some examples of the composition, the humectant is selected from at least one of glycerin, butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, trehalose, betaine. The humectant has good moisturizing effect, and can improve texture of the composition.
In some examples of compositions, the viscosity modifier is selected from at least one of polysorbate-20, hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer, carbomer. The viscosity regulator can regulate the viscosity of the composition, meet the requirement of different products on the viscosity, and obtain better texture.
In some examples of compositions, the metal ion chelating agent is selected from disodium EDTA. The metal ion chelating agent can chelate metal ions, so that the composition has better stability.
In some examples of the composition, the pH adjuster is selected from at least one of arginine, triethanolamine, sodium hydroxide. Depending on the product, a suitable pH adjustor can be selected.
In some examples of compositions, the adjuvants and their amounts added are as follows:
the addition amount of isononyl isononanoate is 0.3-0.8wt%;
the addition amount of polysorbate-20 is 0.8-1.3 wt%;
the adding amount of the hydroxyethyl acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer is 0.2-0.4wt%;
the adding amount of carbomer is 0.1-0.3%;
the addition amount of the glycerol is 3-7wt%;
the addition amount of EDTA disodium is 0.02-0.08 wt%;
the addition amount of arginine is 0.1 to 0.4 weight percent.
The experimental data of the inventor show that the composition with the composition can not well exert the synergistic effect among the hydrolyzed algae extract, the Malla oil, the feverfew extract and the lactobacillus fermentation product, and also obtain unexpected stability, so that the product has good stability under the condition of not using a preservative.
In some examples of compositions, the compositions are lotions, creams, facial masks.
The description of the functional components in the composition is as follows:
hydrolyzing the algae extract:
red cyst algae extracted from the west india islands of the genus favica (caribbean coast) is subjected to an environmentally friendly production process.
Horse lura oil:
marula tree grows on the great grasslands in the south of the extremely arid African continent equator, and the fruit of Marula tree is rich in vitamin C (the content is 8 times that of orange) and is the favorite plant of African elephant, so that the Marula tree is also called as elephant fruit, and the Marula oil is obtained from the seeds of the hard walnut of the kish, is rich in procyanidins, gallic acid, catechin and the like, and has excellent oxidation stability.
Feverfew extract:
it contains abundant parthenolide, has antiinflammatory and antioxidant effects, and can inhibit release of 5-hydroxytryptamine and some inflammatory mediators, and relieve inflammation symptoms.
Lactic acid bacteria fermentation product:
the cell membrane is a positive-charged cation molecule, can be adsorbed on a cell membrane of pathogenic bacteria in the presence of a certain potential, is aggregated on the surface of the cell membrane, is inserted into the cell membrane to form a permeable pore canal through the action of the C end, and loses polarization, so that small molecular solutes (ATP, amino acid, ions and the like) in the cell are lost, and extracellular water molecules flow in to cause the internal and external energy of the cell membrane to disappear and the cell autolyzes.
The functional components and the auxiliary materials are commercial raw materials.
The compositions were formulated as a concentrate, the compositions of each example being shown in tables 1 and 2:

Efficacy verification
(one), efficacy test
1. Test instrument:
1. the invention uses a percutaneous moisture loss measuring instrument of Finland Delfin VapoMeter SWL5201, and the VapoMeter uses a closed cavity measuring principle, so that the measurement is not influenced by indoor air flow. The measurement time is short, ensuring the minimization of blocking normal evaporation.
2. Using finnish Delfin antra 3D photographs, antra 3D uses innovative optical methods and complex mathematical algorithms to acquire three-dimensional images. This way, data can be extracted from images relating to the three-dimensional shape of the skin, which will enable quantification of the treatment effect and monitoring of the condition over time. For example, the texture, smoothness, and depth and width of fine lines and wrinkles of the skin are measured. With its multispectral analysis, the antra software can also measure pigmentation and redness, which will provide meaningful information about sun damage, veins, etc.
2. Experimental principle:
TEWL values, transdermal water loss (Transepidermal water loss, TEWL) measures the change in vapor pressure of moisture adjacent to the skin surface. TEWL value indicates the loss of water from the stratum corneum, and is an important criterion for evaluating barrier function of the stratum corneum. The lower the TEWL value of the skin, the better the barrier function of the skin, and vice versa. The efficacy of the moisturizing and repairing cosmetic can be evaluated by testing the value of the TEWL of the skin moisture loss, and the moisturizing and repairing cosmetic can also be applied to the monitoring of allergic patch tests, contact dermatitis, physiotherapy, burn and new tissues, and whether the protection function of the skin is destroyed can be found in time. The units of TEWL are: g/hm3
3. Test population:
each group of 20 persons, 8 total, volunteers aged 18-60 years to meet the experimental requirements.
4. Test conditions:
the subjects were rested for 30 minutes at room temperature of 20.+ -. 2 ℃ and relative humidity of 50.+ -. 10% and were monitored dynamically in real time and the relevant data was retested.
5. The experimental process comprises the following steps:
the experiment was divided into 8 groups, and the testers of groups 1-4 respectively smeared with example 1 on the left face and comparative examples 4, 5, 6 and 7 on the right face; subjects in groups 5-7 had left face smeared with example 2 and right face smeared with comparative examples 1, 2, 3; group 8 subjects left-face smear example 3, right-face smear comparative example 8; the face was rubbed 2 times a day and a night, the use was continued for 4 weeks, the TEWL value was recorded, and then one portion of each of the left and right cheeks was selected for each volunteer face, photographed with an anaria 3D, and archived.
6. Experimental results:
skin Transcutaneous Water loss (TEWL) test
The test sets TEWL at week 0, TEWL at week 4, TEWL change at Δtewl, Δtewl=tewl 4-TEWL0, Δtewl being a negative number, and the lower the number, the less water loss from the skin after four weeks, i.e., the better the skin barrier function is repaired, the healthier the skin, the average Δtewl values for each group of 20 people are shown in table 3 as follows:
TABLE 3 average delta TEWL values for different groups
Group of Delta TEWL mean Group of Delta TEWL mean
Example 1 -2.467 Comparative example 4 1.342
Example 2 -3.892 Comparative example 5 -1.221
Example 3 -5.116 Comparative example 6 0.879
Comparative example 1 -1.083 Comparative example 7 1.091
Comparative example 2 -2.157 Comparative example 8 2.335
Comparative example 3 0.358
Experimental results illustrate:
from this experimental result table 3, it can be seen that:
1. from the above, it can be demonstrated that the Δtewl value, example 1> example 2> example 3, is decreased as the addition ratio of the composition of the present invention is increased, that is, the less moisture of skin is dissipated, the more the barrier function of stratum corneum of skin is complete, the less moisture is easily dissipated from skin, and the allergic symptoms of sensitive muscle are aggravated by the influence of external environment.
2. The Δtewl values of example 1 are smaller than those of comparative examples 4, 5, 6 and 7, indicating that any removal of a component of the composition of the present invention increases the corresponding Δtewl value, i.e., the barrier function of the repair stratum corneum is correspondingly weakened, the stratum corneum function of the sensitive muscle is not well repaired, the sensitivity is increased, and the skin is more sensitive.
3. The Δtewl value of example 2 is smaller than that of comparative examples 1, 2 and 3, indicating that the Δtewl value is increased after a certain component of the composition of the present invention is replaced with a component having a known similar effect, indicating that the component of the composition of the present invention is a better effect than the known antiallergic restorative agent, and that pain and burning sensation of the sensitive symptoms of volunteers using the composition of the present invention are much reduced, and the sensitive symptoms of the comparative examples are more intense.
4. The delta TEWL value of comparative example 8 is the maximum, indicating that the barrier function of the skin of the sensitive muscle is deteriorated without adding the composition of the present invention, and the barrier function of the skin is more deteriorated because the skin is not well relaxed and repaired.
5. Comparison of test pictures: the front-back comparison of facial redness images of a part of volunteers using the embodiment of the invention is shown in fig. 1, and it can be intuitively seen from the figure that the composition of the invention has excellent effect of relieving and repairing skin redness after the volunteers with serious facial redness use for 28 days.
Safety test (human skin Patch test)
1. Number of test persons: 40 total men, 20 women, and the ages between 18-30 years.
2. Health status: the skin health of the subject and the history of five skin diseases and allergies accord with the volunteer selection standard of the subject.
3. The testing method comprises the following steps: selecting a qualified spot tester, dripping about 0.05g of test product into the spot tester in a closed spot pasting test mode, pasting a special adhesive tape on the back of a subject, coating 11 points of each subject, removing the test product after 24 hours, observing skin reactions after 0.5, 24 and 48 hours respectively, scoring according to skin reaction grading standards in cosmetic hygiene standards, evaluating the standards in Table 4, calculating average values, and recording the results in Table 5.

a. Stability of appearance and smell: samples at 25℃and 40℃were observed at about 10 days intervals, and the observations were compared with samples at 5 ℃. When the sample at 40 ℃ has a large difference or an unacceptable difference from the sample at 5 ℃, the experiment is stopped, and the time obtained by multiplying the storage time of the sample at 40 ℃ by 3 is the approximate shelf life of the product. The experiment was continued with the sample at 25 c, and when the sample at 25 c also showed unacceptable differences compared to the sample at 5 c, the experiment at 25 c also stopped with the shelf life as the actual shelf life of the product.
b. Microorganism
The test samples at 25℃were tested for total number of microbial bacteria, mold and yeast for each month, and were tested continuously for three months. After three months, taking the sample to a qualified inspection organization to carry out full inspection on the microorganism requirement items. If all three months of detection are satisfactory, the shelf life of the microorganism alone can be determined to be 3 years.
c. Evaluation of results
The evaluation results were scored as follows
5, the method comprises the following steps: all features of the product are completely consistent with the standard sample
4.5 minutes: the product is acceptable but slightly different from the standard sample
4, the following steps: the product is acceptable, but is somewhat different than the standard sample
3.5 minutes: the product is acceptable but is obviously different from the standard sample
3, the method comprises the following steps: the product is neither acceptable nor unacceptable
2.5 minutes: the product is slightly unacceptable
2, the method comprises the following steps: the product is somewhat unacceptable
1.5 minutes: the product is clearly unacceptable
1, the method comprises the following steps: the product is totally unacceptable
The results obtained were averaged.
Score 3 is an acceptable critical point and if this score is reached, it indicates that the product has reached shelf life.
