发明内容
本发明提出了一种黑果腺肋花楸润肠口服液及制作方法。该方法通过利用超滤技术,将黑果腺肋花楸果汁大分子物质与小分子物质分离,研究发现分离后的大分子物质容易可加工成润肠口服液,小分子物质溶液作为副产品可加工成功能饮料。解决黑果腺肋花楸提取的技术问题。

一种黑果腺肋花楸润肠口服液及制作方法,利用超滤技术,将黑果腺肋花楸果汁大分子物质与小分子物质分离;分离后的100-20纳米的大分子物质加工成润肠口服液;小于20纳米的小分子物质与100-20纳米的大分子物质分离后,作为副产品加工成功能饮料。

1)果实挑选、清洗、沥干
黑果腺肋花楸果实经人工筛选去掉腐烂、生霉、变质、变味的果实和树叶、石块、果梗杂质;将挑选后的果实浸入3-4倍的清水,加入重量0.1-0.3%的食用清洁剂浸泡10min,轻轻搅动,保持10min以上,放掉脏水,换清水冲洗2-3次,捞出沥水控干;
2)取汁、粗滤
利用螺旋榨汁机,将沥干的果实进行榨汁,分离皮渣,果汁通过200-300目的滤布进行粗滤;
3)超滤
将粗滤后的果汁经过100纳米孔径的膜进行超滤,滤液经过20纳米孔径的膜进行再次超滤,所得浓缩液,未能通过超滤膜、通过旁路流出的液体,即为润肠液半成品,滤液可加工成功能性饮料;
4)装瓶、封口、灭菌、包装
将步骤3)中提取的润肠液半成品进行装瓶、封口,然后在70-75℃温度下,灭菌20-30min,然后包装,即为黑果腺肋花楸润肠口服液成品;
5)副产品的加工
将经过20纳米孔径的膜超滤所得的滤液,进行调配、装瓶、封口、灭菌、包装,即得到功能饮料副产品。

黑果腺肋花楸果实经人工筛选去掉腐烂、生霉、变质、变味的果实和树叶、石块、果梗杂质;将挑选后的果实浸入3-4倍的清水,加入重量0.1-0.3%的食用清洁剂浸泡10min,轻轻搅动,保持10min以上,放掉脏水,换清水冲洗2-3次,捞出沥水控干;
2)取汁、粗滤
利用螺旋榨汁机,将沥干的果实进行榨汁,分离皮渣,果汁通过200-300目的滤布进行粗滤;
3)超滤
将粗滤后的果汁经过100纳米孔径的膜进行超滤,滤液经过20纳米孔径的膜进行再次超滤,所得浓缩液,未能通过超滤膜、通过旁路流出的液体,即为润肠液半成品,滤液可加工成功能性饮料;
4)装瓶、封口、灭菌、包装
将步骤3)中提取的润肠液半成品进行装瓶、封口,然后在70-75℃温度下,灭菌20-30min,然后包装,即为黑果腺肋花楸润肠口服液成品;
5)副产品的加工
将经过20纳米孔径的膜超滤所得的滤液,进行调配、装瓶、封口、灭菌、包装,即得到功能饮料副产品。
