本发明公开了一种体重控制粉及其制备方法,属于食品技术领域,按重量份数计,包括:乳清蛋白粉25.8~26.3份、圆苞车前子壳9.9~10.2份、抗性糊精9.9~10.2份、低聚甘露糖9.9~10.2份、植物综合酵素9.9~10.2份、聚葡萄糖7.8~8.2份、燕麦β‑葡聚糖5.46~5.6份、中链甘油三酯粉5.481~5.491份、糙米粉4.8~5.1份、魔芋粉4.8~5.1份、植物油微囊粉2.98~3.1份、维生素B族0.00148~0.00153份、低聚果糖1.98~2.1份、泛酸钙0.0053~0.0057份。本发明糙米粉、魔芋粉、植物油微囊粉能够增强饱腹感,自然抑制食欲,同时添加的乳清蛋白粉和维生素B族、低聚果糖和泛酸钙能够保证食用者的营养均衡。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种控制粉,特别是涉及一种体重控制粉及其制备方法,属于食品技术领域。
背景技术
随着我国社会经济的发展和居民膳食结构的变迁,营养失衡所导致的肥胖已成为危害国民健康的重要因素,体重的控制受到越来越多的人关注,目前市场上控制体重的食物是一种可取代部分正餐的食物。其原理主要是根据人体每日必需的膳食营养成分摄入量,将每天所需要的营养成分进行合理的配比,减少过多的油脂、盐分及糖类的摄入,所制成的一种低热量、低脂肪、营养均衡的减脂食品。适合于减脂人群的减脂食品,应当具有良好的饱腹感,并且可以辅助减脂或体重控制。但目前市场上销售的减脂食品为追求短期的减脂效果,其热量一般远低于人体基础代谢所需热量,且缺乏多种人体日常所需的微量元素和矿物质营养元素。饱腹感时间短,易造成营养不良,减脂后体重易反弹。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是为了解决现有技术的不足,而提供一种体重控制粉及其制备方法。

优选的,所述维生素B族包括维生素B1和维生素B2。
优选的,所述维生素B1和维生素B2,按重量份数计,添加量分别为维生素B10.0051~0.0052份和维生素B2 0.0024~0.0026份。
一种体重控制粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:取原料,在分散容器内加入糙米粉、魔芋粉、植物油微囊粉和乳清蛋白粉,开启分散机进行初步混合;
步骤2:再向步骤1中混合均匀的物料中加入圆苞车前子壳、抗性糊精、低聚甘露糖、植物综合酵素、聚葡萄糖、燕麦β-葡聚糖、中链甘油三酯粉、维生素B族、低聚果糖和泛酸钙,物料添加完毕后开启分散机进行分散混合;
步骤3:混合均匀后即得到体重控制粉。
本发明的有益技术效果:按照本发明的体重控制粉及其制备方法,本发明提供的体重控制粉及其制备方法,糙米粉、魔芋粉、植物油微囊粉能够增强饱腹感,自然抑制食欲,同时添加的乳清蛋白粉和维生素B族、低聚果糖和泛酸钙能够保证食用者的营养均衡,圆苞车前子壳、抗性糊精、低聚甘露糖、植物综合酵素、聚葡萄糖、燕麦β-葡聚糖、中链甘油三酯粉协同作用使得本发明的营养减脂食品具有饱腹感好、营养均衡、减脂效果好。

本实施例提供的一种体重控制粉,按重量份数计,包括:乳清蛋白粉25.8~26.3份、圆苞车前子壳9.9~10.2份、抗性糊精9.9~10.2份、低聚甘露糖9.9~10.2份、植物综合酵素9.9~10.2份、聚葡萄糖7.8~8.2份、燕麦β-葡聚糖5.46~5.6份、中链甘油三酯粉5.481~5.491份、糙米粉4.8~5.1份、魔芋粉4.8~5.1份、植物油微囊粉2.98~3.1份、维生素B1 0.0049~0.0052份、维生素B2 0.0024~0.0026份、低聚果糖1.98~2.1份、泛酸钙0.0053~0.0057份。
一种体重控制粉的制备方法,包括如下步骤
步骤1:取原料,在分散容器内加入糙米粉4.8~5.1份、魔芋粉4.8~5.1份、植物油微囊粉2.98~3.1份和乳清蛋白粉25.8~26.3份,开启分散机进行初步混合;
步骤2:再向步骤1中混合均匀的物料中加入圆苞车前子壳9.9~10.2份、抗性糊精9.9~10.2份、低聚甘露糖9.9~10.2份、植物综合酵素9.9~10.2份、聚葡萄糖7.8~8.2份、燕麦β-葡聚糖5.46~5.6份、中链甘油三酯粉5.481~5.491份、维生素B1 0.0049~0.0052份、维生素B2 0.0024~0.0026份、低聚果糖1.98~2.1份、泛酸钙0.0053~0.0057份,物料添加完毕后开启分散机进行分散混合;
步骤3:混合均匀后即得到体重控制粉。

一种体重控制粉,按重量份数计,乳清蛋白粉25.8份、圆苞车前子壳9.9份、抗性糊精9.9份、低聚甘露糖9.9份、植物综合酵素9.9份、聚葡萄糖7.8份、燕麦β-葡聚糖5.46份、中链甘油三酯粉5.481份、糙米粉4.8份、魔芋粉4.8份、植物油微囊粉2.98份、维生素B10.0049份、维生素B2 0.0024份、低聚果糖1.98份、泛酸钙0.0053份。
实施例3:
一种体重控制粉,按重量份数计,乳清蛋白粉26.3份、圆苞车前子壳10.2份、抗性糊精10.2份、低聚甘露糖10.2份、植物综合酵素10.2份、聚葡萄糖8.2份、燕麦β-葡聚糖5.6份、中链甘油三酯粉5.491份、糙米粉5.1份、魔芋粉5.1份、植物油微囊粉3.1份、维生素B10.0052份、维生素B2 0.0026份、低聚果糖2.1份、泛酸钙0.0057份。
糙米中含有丰富的抗活性氧植酸、阿魏酸等,可以抑制黑色素的产生,使皮肤保持白净,并能促进新陈代谢;
魔芋粉它富含碳水化合物,热量低,蛋白质含量比马铃薯、甘薯高,另外还含有维生素A、B族维生素等,特别是葡甘聚糖含量丰富,有减肥、降血压、降血糖、排毒通便等功效;
植物油微囊粉口味好,吸收率高,持续的为人体提供能量,减少饥饿感,降低食物摄入量;
乳清蛋白是乳蛋白质中的一类,含有人体所需的所有必需氨基酸种类,容易消化吸收;
燕麦β-葡聚糖是一种水溶性膳食纤维,因其具有的黏性阻碍淀粉、蛋白质等物质的消化和吸收,并可增殖消化道有益菌,所以可对人体具有一些极为有利的生理功能:具有显著的降血脂、降血糖及提高免疫能力,维持肠道微生态环境;
泛酸钙主要用于预防和治疗泛酸缺乏症,也可维持正常的上皮功能,也是维生素b族物质缺乏时的辅助治疗。
综上所述,在本实施例中,按照本实施例的体重控制粉及其制备方法,本实施例提供的体重控制粉及其制备方法,糙米粉、魔芋粉、植物油微囊粉能够增强饱腹感,自然抑制食欲,同时添加的乳清蛋白粉和维生素B族、低聚果糖和泛酸钙能够保证食用者的营养均衡,圆苞车前子壳、抗性糊精、低聚甘露糖、植物综合酵素、聚葡萄糖、燕麦β-葡聚糖、中链甘油三酯粉协同作用使得本发明的营养减脂食品具有饱腹感好、营养均衡、减脂效果好。

5.根据权利要求1所述的一种体重控制粉,其特征在于,所述糙米粉与所述魔芋粉的添加比例为1:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种体重控制粉,其特征在于,所述维生素B族包括维生素B1和维生素B2。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种体重控制粉,其特征在于,所述维生素B1和维生素B2,按重量份数计,添加量分别为维生素B1 0.0049~0.0052份和维生素B2 0.0024~0.0026份。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项权利要求所述的一种体重控制粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:取原料,在分散容器内加入糙米粉、魔芋粉、植物油微囊粉和乳清蛋白粉,开启分散机进行初步混合;
步骤2:再向步骤1中混合均匀的物料中加入圆苞车前子壳、抗性糊精、低聚甘露糖、植物综合酵素、聚葡萄糖、燕麦β-葡聚糖、中链甘油三酯粉、维生素B族、低聚果糖和泛酸钙,物料添加完毕后开启分散机进行分散混合;
步骤3:混合均匀后即得到体重控制粉。
