The light and thin breathable sun-blocking garment fabric comprises a fabric layer, wherein an ultraviolet-proof finishing agent is padded on the surface of the fabric layer; the fabric layer comprises an elastic layer, a base fabric layer and a checkered layer which are formed by warp knitting. The technological process includes raw yarn warping, warp knitting, pre-treatment, dyeing, finishing, stoving and setting. The checkered layer gives people a fresh and exquisite feeling; the base cloth layer tissue and the radial tissue of the check pattern layer are arranged in a counter-pulling mode, so that the radial tension is uniformly distributed, the base cloth layer tissue is not easy to deform, and a finished product is stable and does not foam. The elastic layer can make the fabric have large transverse elastic contraction and strong stretching force and restoring force. Background

The check pattern layer gives people a fresh and exquisite feeling, and has good ultraviolet resistance by using the check patterns instead of the through hole tissues; the base cloth layer tissue and the radial tissue of the check pattern layer are arranged in a counter-pulling mode, so that the radial tension is uniformly distributed, the base cloth layer tissue is not easy to deform, and a finished product is stable and does not foam. The elastic layer can make the fabric have large transverse elastic contraction and strong stretching force and restoring force. The prepared fabric is light, thin and breathable, has unique check textures, and is simple, elegant, concise and elegant.
