技术领域
本发明属于滚珠丝杠副结构，具体涉及到一种双层螺纹滚道的滚珠丝杠副。
背景技术
目前常用的滚珠丝杠副，都是滚珠丝杠外径加工外螺纹滚道，滚珠螺母内孔加工内螺纹滚道，在两者之间装有钢球，钢球通过螺母上安装的返向器进行往复循环滚动，从而将丝杠的旋转运动转化成螺母的直线运动。但在一些载荷要求很大的产品上，就需要将滚珠丝杠做得很大才能达到要求，这就造成加工难度大，生产成本高，外形尺寸过大的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双层螺纹滚道的滚珠丝杠副，有效地解决了现有滚珠丝杠副载荷不足的问题。
本发明的技术方案是，一种双层螺纹滚道的滚珠丝杠副，包括滚珠丝杠及螺母组合件、套筒滚珠螺母、钢球，其特征是，在滚珠丝杠及螺母组合件外径上加工有滚珠丝杠螺纹滚道，与套筒滚珠螺母滚道之间装有钢球，在滚珠丝杠螺纹滚道上设有丝杠返向器，钢球通过丝杠返向器进行往复循还，从而组成外层滚珠丝杠副；在滚珠丝杠及螺组合件内径上加工有滚珠螺母螺纹滚道，与内层滚珠丝杠滚道之间装有钢球，滚珠螺母螺纹滚道上设有螺母返向器，钢球通过螺母返向器进行往复循还，从而组成内层滚珠丝杠副；内层滚珠丝杠与套筒滚珠螺母通过螺钉固定在一起，当内层滚珠丝杠与套筒滚珠螺母同时转动时，内、外层滚珠丝杠副同时工作，从而使套筒滚珠螺母产生直线运动。
本发明具有以下有益效果：
本发明由于采用了双层滚珠丝杠副同时工作，比常规的单层滚珠丝杠副轴向推力增大两倍，外形尺寸可以做得更小，节省空间，加工难度小，生产成本低，适用于重载滚珠丝杠副应用场所。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本实施例公开的一种双层螺纹滚道的滚珠丝杠副，包括内层滚珠丝杠1、滚珠丝杠及螺母组合件2、套筒滚珠螺母3；滚珠丝杠及螺母组合件2将滚珠丝杠和滚珠螺母两者组合在一起，其外径上加工成滚珠丝杠螺纹滚道，与套筒滚珠螺母3内螺纹滚道之间装有钢球6，滚珠丝杠螺纹滚道上设有丝杠返向器5，钢球6通过丝杠返向器5进行往复循还，从而组成外层滚珠丝杠副；同理，在滚珠丝杠及螺母组合件2内径上加工成滚珠螺母螺纹滚道，与内层滚珠丝杠1螺纹滚道之间装有钢球6，滚珠螺母滚道上设有螺母返向器4，钢球通过螺母返向器4进行往复循还，从而组成内层滚珠丝杠副；内层滚珠丝杠1与套筒滚珠螺母3通过紧固螺钉7固定在一起。
工作时，驱动内层滚珠丝杠1转动，由于套筒滚珠螺母3通过紧固螺钉7与内层滚珠丝杠1固定在一起，这时套筒滚珠螺母3与内层滚珠丝杠1同时转动，同时推动滚珠丝杠及螺母组合件2移动，实现内外两层滚珠丝杠副同时工作。
