Abstract
本发明公开了一种合成金刚石用的催化剂,包含以下重量份的原料:20‑30重量份的氧化铝,1‑2重量份的碳,10‑20重量份的氧化镁,1‑7重量份的锰,15‑25重量份的二氧化硅,10‑24重量份的镍,40‑200PPm的氮,60‑240PPm的氧,50‑70重量份的铁。本发明公开的催化剂,具有成本低、催化效率高的特点,既降低了工厂的采购成本,又降低了合成金刚石所需的时间,提高的产品的竞争力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种合成金刚石用的催化剂。
背景技术
在化学反应里能改变反应物化学反应速率(提高或降低)而不改变化学平衡,且本身的质量和化学性质在化学反应前后都没有发生改变的物质叫催化剂。
在合成金刚石的过程中,也需要用到催化剂,以提高生产效率。
然而,现有的用于合成钻石的催化剂,一般价格比较昂贵,而且催化效率普遍不高。
本发明的目的在于提高催化剂的效率,降低催化剂的成本,以降低整个生产过程中的成本。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案为:
一种合成金刚石用的催化剂,包含以下重量份的原料:20-30重量份的氧化铝,1-2重量份的碳,10-20重量份的氧化镁,1-7重量份的锰,15-25重量份的二氧化硅,10-24重量份的镍,40-200PPm的氮,60-240PPm的氧,50-70重量份的铁。
进一步的改进,包含以下重量份的原料:25重量份的氧化铝,1.5重量份的碳,15重量份的氧化镁,4重量份的锰,20重量份的二氧化硅,17重量份的镍,120PPm的氮,150PPm的氧,60重量份的铁。
进一步的改进,包含以下重量份的原料:20重量份的氧化铝,1重量份的碳,10重量份的氧化镁,1重量份的锰,15重量份的二氧化硅,10重量份的镍,40PPm的氮,60PPm的氧,50重量份的铁。
进一步的改进,包含以下重量份的原料:30重量份的氧化铝,2重量份的碳,20重量份的氧化镁,7重量份的锰,25重量份的二氧化硅,24重量份的镍,200PPm的氮,240PPm的氧,70重量份的铁。
进一步的改进,还包括1-3重量份的硅胶。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明取得的有益效果为:
本发明公开的催化剂,具有成本低、催化效率高的特点,既降低了工厂的采购成本,又降低了合成金刚石所需的时间,提高的产品的竞争力。

实施例1
一种合成金刚石用的催化剂,包含以下重量份的原料:25重量份的氧化铝,1.5重量份的碳,15重量份的氧化镁,4重量份的锰,20重量份的二氧化硅,17重量份的镍,120PPm的氮,150PPm的氧,60重量份的铁。
还包括2重量份的硅胶。
实施例2
一种合成金刚石用的催化剂,包含以下重量份的原料:20重量份的氧化铝,1重量份的碳,10重量份的氧化镁,1重量份的锰,15重量份的二氧化硅,10重量份的镍,40PPm的氮,60PPm的氧,50重量份的铁。
还包括1重量份的硅胶。
实施例3
一种合成金刚石用的催化剂,包含以下重量份的原料:30重量份的氧化铝,2重量份的碳,20重量份的氧化镁,7重量份的锰,25重量份的二氧化硅,24重量份的镍,200PPm的氮,240PPm的氧,70重量份的铁。
还包括3重量份的硅胶。

1.一种合成金刚石用的催化剂,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:20-30重量份的氧化铝,1-2重量份的碳,10-20重量份的氧化镁,1-7重量份的锰,15-25重量份的二氧化硅,10-24重量份的镍,40-200PPm的氮,60-240PPm的氧,50-70重量份的铁。
2.如权利要求1所述的合成金刚石用的催化剂,其特征在于,包含以下重量份的原料:25重量份的氧化铝,1.5重量份的碳,15重量份的氧化镁,4重量份的锰,20重量份的二氧化硅,17重量份的镍,120PPm的氮,150PPm的氧,60重量份的铁。
