Abstract
The invention discloses dampness eliminating tea and a preparation method thereof, and relates to the field of health-care food. The dampness eliminating tea comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: jasmine flower: 2-5 parts; lotus leaf: 15-20 parts of a stabilizer; 10-14 parts of dried orange peel; hyacinth bean flower: 5-8 parts of a stabilizer; agastache rugosus: 6-10 parts; plum blossom: 3-7 parts of a stabilizer; soybean roll: 12-17 parts; herba Eupatorii: 6-8 parts. The formula has exact curative effect on conditioning the damp-heat constitution, has certain effect on treating diarrhea, fullness and distension, and damp-heat symptoms of diseases such as hyperlipidemia and hyperglycemia, is easy to manufacture, has exact curative effect, better taste and no obvious side effect compared with other clinical preparations, improves the pathological state of the body constitution on the whole, and can better meet the clinical requirement.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of health-care food, in particular to dampness eliminating tea and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Constitutions are life phenomena that exist objectively, and are comprehensive and relatively stable traits in morphological structure, physiological function and psychological state, which are expressed on the basis of innate heredity and acquired constitution in the life process of an individual. This property determines the susceptibility of the human body to certain pathogenic agents and their propensity to the type of pathology. The damp-heat refers to a constitutional status characterized by the accumulation of damp-heat, and its common manifestations include plain dirty and greasy face, acne, reddened tongue with yellow and greasy coating, bitter taste, dry mouth, heavy body and sleepiness. The causes are congenital endowments, or long-term wet land, good appetite, fat and sweet taste, or long-term drinking, internal accumulation of fire and heat.
In recent years, due to the fact that the living standard of people is improved, overeating is fat, sweet and greasy, and the daily work and rest are irregular, moisture in most people is heavy, the daily manifestations of fatigue and hypodynamia, heavy limbs and no wonderful color exist, the living quality of people is affected, and the number of people with damp-heat constitution is increased. Meanwhile, damp-heat pathogens can cause various diseases, and the induction factors of hyperlipidemia, hypertension and diabetes in modern diseases are mostly related to the daily accumulation of damp in the body.
Since ancient times, China has records of treating diseases by using tea, most of dampness eliminating tea is cool tea at present, the dampness eliminating effect is poor, most of dampness eliminating tea is a traditional Chinese medicine formula, certain toxic and side effects exist, more dampness eliminating tea needs more than ten or even more than twenty components, and the cost is very high.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides dampness eliminating tea and a preparation method thereof, and aims to solve the technical problems of poor effect, more traditional Chinese medicine components and more components, which result in higher cost of the existing dampness eliminating tea.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention provides dampness eliminating tea which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: jasmine flower: 2-5 parts; lotus leaf: 15-20 parts of a stabilizer; 10-14 parts of dried orange peel; hyacinth bean flower: 5-8 parts of a stabilizer; agastache rugosus: 6-10 parts; plum blossom: 3-7 parts of a stabilizer; soybean roll: 12-17 parts; herba Eupatorii: 6-8 parts.

All patients were treated basal: (1) greasy sweet foods are forbidden, and the eating rules are avoided; (2) smoking cessation wine; (3) proper exercise can change bad living habits such as staying up all night.
2) The test process comprises the following steps: performing basic treatment on a control group; the treatment groups are dampness eliminating tea interacted with the treatment groups of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4, each group is subjected to basic treatment, 1 bag of dampness eliminating tea is brewed for tea drink every day or used as a soup material bag, the soup material bag is 2-3 dampness eliminating tea bags every time, and soup is cooked with pig bones and the like; the observation and the curative effect judgment are carried out for 60 days as a course of treatment.
3) Treatment effect judgment standard: firstly, according to the traditional Chinese medicine constitution scale and the standard of 'classification and judgment of traditional Chinese medicine constitution', the peaceful and qualitative transformation of a patient after treatment is more than or equal to 60, and the transformation and differentiation of other 8 constitutions are less than 40, which is called as obvious effect; ② the transformation of damp-heat physique of a patient after treatment is divided into 30-39 minutes, which is called effective; ③ the damp-heat mass transformation score of the patient is more than 40 after the treatment, which is called invalid.
4) And (3) test results: the results of the clinical trials of damp-clearing effect are shown in table 1; the comparison of the disappearance time of clinical symptoms of eliminating dampness is shown in table 2; the incidence of adverse reactions in patients with damp-heat mass is shown in Table 3.
TABLE 1-clinical test results for eliminating dampness of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4
As shown in table 1, the treatment effects of examples 1 to 3 were all 92% or more, which were higher than the dampness eliminating effects of the control group and comparative examples 1 to 4, wherein the proportion of the data showing the effect of dampness eliminating in the present example was higher than that of the comparative examples and the control group, which proves that the dampness eliminating effect of the present application is significant.
TABLE 2 comparison of clinical symptom disappearance times of patients with moist Heat Mass of examples 1 to 3 and comparative examples 1 to 4
As shown in table 2, the vanishing time of facial stain and oily light, the vanishing time of acne, bitter taste and dry mouth, the vanishing time of heavy body and drowsiness, unsmooth stool or dry stool or the vanishing time of dry stool and the vanishing time of oliguria are all shorter than those of the control group and the comparative group, which shows that the dampness eliminating tea obtained by the scheme of the embodiment of the application has proper and reasonable compatibility of the components, can improve the pathological state of a rather normal body as a whole, and has definite curative effect.
TABLE 3 comparison of incidence of adverse reactions in Damp Heat natured patients examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-4
As shown in table 3, the adverse reaction rates of the dampness-heat transformation and differentiation increase or other abnormal constitutions transformation and differentiation > 40 after dampness-clearing tea treatment in the examples are lower than those of the control group and the comparative group, which indicates that the scheme of the embodiment of the application can effectively improve the overall treatment effect, can integrally improve the pathological state of the abnormal constitutions, provides a safer and more effective auxiliary treatment mode for patients, has low adverse reaction rate after administration, and is worthy of clinical application and popularization.
