本发明涉及一种连接器以及包括该连接器的具有电线的连接器。
背景技术
图5是传统连接器的截面图。该连接器301被构造为装接到电动车辆的车身,并且配合到车身外部的供电连接器(即,配对连接器),以对电动车辆的电池充电。这种连接器通常被称为“车辆插口”。
连接器301包括壳体302和容纳在壳体302中的多个端子303。端子303包括:配对侧连接部331,其连接到供电连接器的端子;和电线侧连接部332,其连接到车身内部的电线305。图5中所示的箭头K表示连接器301相对于供电连接器的配合方向。
电线305在连接器配合方向K上从壳体302的后表面引出,在连接器301的后部在与连接器配合方向K正交的方向上弯曲并接线到电池侧。为了在无损坏的情况下弯曲电线305,弯曲半径需要是一定半径或更大。此外,橡胶塞313安装在电线305的外周上且安装在电线侧连接部332的后方,从而提供电线305与壳体302之间的防水。考虑到橡胶塞313的密封性能,在橡胶塞313附近弯曲电线305不是优选的,因此电线305的弯曲从远离橡胶塞313预定距离的位置开始。
因此,在连接器301中存在如下缺点:在连接器301的后方需要空间来使从壳体302的后表面引出的电线305弯曲。此外,当通过如上所述的橡胶塞313提供电线305与壳体302之间的防水时,在连接器301的后方需要更大的空间。
专利文献1公开了一种克服上述缺点的连接器。如图6所示,专利文献1的连接器401包括壳体430、容纳在壳体430中的多个端子420、位于车身内部的多个电线440、压接至每个电线440的端部的圆形端子(继电器端子)450、将每个圆形端子450固定至每个端子420的后端的螺栓454以及用于防止端子420从壳体430脱落的端子保持部件460。图6中所示的箭头K表示连接器401相对于供电连接器的配合方向。经由圆形端子450连接到端子420的电线440在与连接器配合方向K正交的方向上从壳体430与端子保持部件460之间的间隙引出。
在连接器401中,与图5的连接器301相比,不需要连接器401的后方的空间;然而,连接器401具有如下缺点:因为电线440为了彼此不干扰而转向,而后在相同方向上对齐,所以连接器401的尺寸在图6中由箭头L指示的方向上增加。

本发明的有益效果

此外,在具有电线的连接器10中,由于多根电线5以电线5直线地延伸的状态从壳体2的开口29引出,所以与电线为了彼此不干涉而转向并且而后在相同方向上对齐的传统产品(图6)相比,能够减小连接器的尺寸(特别是能够在箭头Z方向上缩小连接器的尺寸)。此外,由于绝缘部件4设置在相邻的电线侧端子6之间以提供电线侧端子6之间的绝缘,因此能够减小电线侧端子6之间的间距(在箭头Y方向上),从而减小高度。

所述多个端子和连接到所述多个端子的多根电线在所述壳体中布置在同一平面上,并且
在所述多根电线在所述直线方向上排列并且所述多根电线直线地延伸的情况下,所述多根电线从所述壳体的开口引出,
电线侧端子装接到每根所述电线的端部,并且
位于最接近所述开口的位置处的所述端子直接连接到所述电线侧端子,且其他端子经由中间端子连接到所述电线侧端子。
4.根据权利要求3所述的具有电线的连接器,其中,
所述壳体包括第一壳体和第二壳体,其中,所述第一壳体被构造为容纳所述多个端子的所述一端侧,所述第二壳体被构造为容纳所述多个端子的所述另一端侧和所述多根电线的端部,并且
所述第二壳体能够以包括第一朝向和第二朝向的两种朝向安装到所述第一壳体,所述第二朝向是相对于所述第一朝向反转的反转朝向。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的具有电线的连接器,其中,
所述多根电线侧端子在所述直线方向上排列,并且
绝缘部件安装在所述壳体内部,所述绝缘部件提供彼此相邻地定位的所述电线侧端子之间的绝缘。
