In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 6, the lifting portion 21 is further configured to place an empty cartridge clip above the cartridge clip magazine 18, the lifting portion 21 may be provided with a cartridge clip sensor, when sensing that there is a cartridge clip, the clamping action is performed and the cartridge clip is lifted, an empty cartridge clip sensing device is provided above the cartridge clip magazine 18, and the empty cartridge clip sensing device is configured to sense whether a full empty cartridge clip is placed above the cartridge clip magazine 18; the top that promotes portion 21 is provided with cartridge clip code scanner, and cartridge clip code scanner is used for acquireing cartridge clip information, and cartridge clip information includes every first carrier 101's in the cartridge clip information, can track every first carrier 101 to and acquire the operating condition of first carrier 101, reduce artifical recording's cost, improve the degree of accuracy of information, realize the interconnected management of system's network. After all the first carriers 101 in the cartridge clip are conveyed to the first track 3, the lifting part 21 conveys empty cartridge clips to the upper part of the cartridge clip bin 18 for storage, and the sensing device is used for sensing whether full empty cartridge clips are placed above the cartridge clip bin 18 or not and reminding an operator to carry away the empty cartridge clips.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7, a screening device is disposed between one end of the first rail 3 and the wobble plate assembly 6, the screening device includes a laser displacement sensor 23, a barcode scanner (not shown), a defective product suction device 24, and a defective product box 25, the laser displacement sensor 23 is configured to detect the flatness of the first carrier 101, and send a driving signal to the defective product suction device 24 if the flatness is not qualified, and the defective product suction device 24 sucks the unqualified first carrier 101 to the defective product box 25 according to the driving signal. The flatness plays an important role in HOME key later assembly and subsequent automatic machine operation, therefore, a screening device is arranged between one end of the first rail 3 close to the first carrier conveying device 2 and the balance assembly 6, the flatness of the first carrier 101 is tested by using the laser displacement sensor 23, the defective product suction device 24 screens out unqualified first carriers 101 to a defective product box 25 according to a driving signal, the precision of the product process flow is improved, in addition, an inductor can be arranged on the defective product box 25, when defective products are full, the inductor can induce and prompt an operator to move the unqualified first carriers 101, each first carrier 101 is provided with a bar code, and the bar code scanner is used for scanning the bar code on each first carrier 101 to obtain the information of each first carrier 101.
In some embodiments, the wobble plate assembly 6 is further provided with a purification device (not shown), which may be an electrostatic ion bar, for performing a dust removal process on the HOME key passing through the wobble plate assembly 6 and the first carrier 101, so as to improve the cleanliness of the HOME key.

1. A HOME key relay device, comprising:
a first carrier storage device, wherein a first carrier is stored in the first carrier storage device, and the first carrier storage device can push out the first carrier;
the first carrier conveying device is connected to the first carrier storage device and is used for conveying the first carrier to one end of a first track;
the HOME key carrier feeding device is used for conveying the HOME key carrier to the second rail;
the wobble plate assembly is respectively connected with the first rail and the second rail and used for placing an HOME key in the HOME key carrier to the first carrier;
the cover plate feeding device is connected with the other end of the first rail and is used for covering a cover plate on the first carrier with the HOME key;
the wobble plate assembly comprises a positioning rail and a suction rail, wherein a first carrier positioning device is arranged on one side of the positioning rail close to the first rail, an HOME key carrier positioning device is arranged on one side of the positioning rail close to the second rail, and an HOME key suction device is arranged on the suction rail; the first carrier positioning device acquires the position information of the first carrier and sends the position information to the HOME key suction device, the HOME key carrier positioning device acquires the position information of the HOME key carrier and sends the position information to the HOME key suction device, and the HOME key suction device sucks HOME keys according to the position information of the first carrier and the HOME key carrier and puts the HOME keys to the first carrier;
the absorption rail is located the below of positioning rail, HOME key suction means includes perpendicular to the orbital linear electric motor of absorption and absorption portion, absorption portion can reciprocate and can 360 degrees rotations, absorption portion is close to first track with the orbital one end of second is provided with the elastic component.

The HOME key transfer device of claim 1, wherein the second rail comprises a first driving assembly and a second driving assembly, the other end of the second rail is provided with a HOME key carrier collection device, the first driving assembly is used for driving the HOME key carrier at one end of the second rail to the wobble plate assembly, and the second driving assembly is used for driving the HOME key carrier at the wobble plate assembly to the HOME key carrier collection device.

The HOME key relay device of claim 2, wherein one end of said second rail is provided with a HOME key carrier scanner for obtaining information of each HOME key carrier; the second rail further comprises a switch device, the second driving assembly comprises a connecting portion and a driving portion, the connecting portion is connected with the second rail, the driving portion can move up and down on the connecting portion, when the first driving assembly touches the switch device, the switch device sends a control signal to the second driving assembly, and the driving portion moves upwards according to the control signal and drives the HOME key carrier at the wobble plate assembly to the collecting device.
4. The HOME key transfer device of claim 1, wherein the first carrier storage device comprises a magazine for storing the clips loaded with the first carrier, the bottom of the magazine being provided with a clip transport device for transporting the clips to the first carrier transport device.

The HOME key transfer device of claim 4, wherein the first carrier transport device comprises a placement portion for receiving the clip transported by the clip transport device, a lifting portion for lifting the clip of the placement portion, and a pushing portion for pushing the first carrier in the clip to the first track.

The HOME key reloading device of claim 5, wherein said lifting portion is further configured to place an empty cartridge above said cartridge magazine, wherein an empty cartridge sensing device is disposed above said cartridge magazine, and wherein said empty cartridge sensing device is configured to sense whether a full empty cartridge is placed above said cartridge magazine; the top of promotion portion is provided with cartridge clip code scanner, cartridge clip code scanner is used for acquireing cartridge clip information, cartridge clip information includes the information of every first carrier in the cartridge clip.

The HOME key transfer device of any one of claims 1-6, wherein a screening device is disposed between one end of the first rail and the wobble plate assembly, the screening device comprises a laser displacement sensor, a bar code scanner, a defective product suction device and a defective product box, the laser displacement sensor is used for detecting the flatness of the first carriers, if the flatness is not good, a driving signal is sent to the defective product suction device, the defective product suction device sucks the first carriers which are not good to the defective product box according to the driving signal, each first carrier is provided with a bar code, and the bar code scanner is used for scanning the bar code on each first carrier to obtain information of each first carrier.
8. The HOME key transfer device of any of claims 1-6, wherein the wobble plate assembly is further provided with a purge.

A method for arranging HOME keys, comprising the steps of using the HOME key relay device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising: the first carrier conveying device conveys a first carrier in the first carrier storage device to a first rail, and the first rail conveys the first carrier to the swinging plate assembly; the HOME key carrier is conveyed to a second rail through a HOME key carrier feeding device, the HOME key carrier is conveyed to the position of the swinging plate assembly by the second rail, and the HOME key on the HOME key carrier is transferred to the first position of the first carrier by the swinging plate assembly; the first track conveys the first carrier loaded with the HOME keys to a cover plate feeding device, and the cover plate feeding device covers the cover plates.
