Abstract
本申请涉及日用洗涤用品技术领域,具体公开了一种双层护色洗涤片及其制备方法,双层护色洗涤片包括吸色纤维以及与吸色纤维粘附的固体洗涤剂,固体洗涤剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:聚乙烯醇8‑30%、表面活性剂10‑40%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5‑5%、甘油1‑5%、水质软化剂0.5‑5%、植物香精0.1‑1%、去离子水14‑79.9%;表面活性剂为由阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂组成的混合物,阴离子表面活性剂为椰油醇硫酸钠和α‑烯基磺酸钠组成的混合物,非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化合物组成的混合物。本申请制备的洗涤片具有优异的护色、防串色和去污效果。

技术领域
本申请涉及日用清洁洗涤用品技术领域,更具体地说,它涉及一种双层组合护色洗涤片及其制备方法。
背景技术
在日常生活中为了节约时间,人们在清洗织物时往往会把不同颜色的衣物混合在一起洗涤,这样就容易造成不同颜色的衣物之间的串色现象,特别是新衣物的串色现象比较严重,给人们生活带来了较大的烦恼。
国内外对不同颜色的衣物混洗,易产生串色现象的原因已有较为透彻的研究,认为染料在洗涤过程中的脱附和再吸附是发生串色的主要原因。近年来市场上也出现了很多防串色的液体洗涤剂产品,这些产品大部分都是通过加入强阴离子表活体系和阳离子组分来达到去污渍和防串色的目的。但是该类液体洗涤剂中的强阴离子表活体系易对阳离子组分产生静电吸附作用,不仅降低了防串色功能,同时液体洗涤剂的去污力效果也大打折扣。
针对上述中的相关技术,发明人认为现有市场上以强阴离子表活体系和阳离子防串色组分为主要成分的防串色洗涤剂产品,在实际应用中效果并不是很明显,去污效果和防串色功能依然有待提升。
发明内容
为了提高洗涤剂的去污、护色和防串色能力,本申请提供一种双层组合护色洗涤片及其制备方法。
第一方面,本申请提供一种双层组合护色洗涤片,采用如下的技术方案:
一种双层护色洗涤片,包括吸色纤维以及与吸色纤维粘附的固体洗涤剂,所述固体洗涤剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:聚乙烯醇8-30%、表面活性剂10-40%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5-5%、甘油1-5%、水质软化剂0.5-5%、植物香精0.1-1%、去离子水14-79.9%;
所述表面活性剂为由阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂组成的混合物,所述阴离子表面活性剂为椰油醇硫酸钠和α-烯基磺酸钠组成的混合物,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化合物组成的混合物。
通过采用上述技术方案,本申请通过在洗涤剂成分中加入聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,再将含有防串色剂成分的洗涤剂初步烘干成固体片状后与吸色纤维相结合,防止易褪色染料在织物上的快速转移,从而弥补吸色纤维因机械转动或衣物遮挡来不及捕捉的色素颗粒在织物上快速转移的缺陷,以增加吸色纤维快速的吸色能力,使混合洗涤的织物达到护色、固色、防串色的多重效果。同时加入的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮对污垢有良好的抗再沉淀性能,协同洗涤剂中的表面活性剂组分对重污垢有良好的清洗性能,达到去污抗在沉积的双重洗涤效果。
本申请通过椰油醇硫酸钠与α-烯基磺酸钠复配成阴离子表面活性剂,再继续复配非离子表面活性剂,使得配方组分对织物的去污力明显提高;通过椰油醇硫酸钠、α-烯基磺酸钠与非离子表活的复配,使得国标碳黑污布去污力提升,达到比非离子体系更强的去污力效果,起到1+1+1>3的清洗效果,使三者复配后的去污力均大于任一组分单独使用的去污力效果。
进一步优选为,所述椰油醇硫酸钠与α-烯基磺酸钠的质量比为3:1,所述阴离子表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂的质量比为4:1。
通过采用上述技术方案,将椰油醇硫酸钠与α-烯基磺酸钠的质量比控制为3:1,再将两者复配成的阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的质量比控制为4:1,能够发挥出最优的复配协同效果,得到的洗涤剂组分具有最优的去污力。
进一步优选为,所述双层护色洗涤片还包括质量百分比为0.1-3%的生物酵素酶,所述生物酵素酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物;优选的,本申请在具体实施方式中采用的生物酵素酶为蛋白酶。
通过采用上述技术方案,利用微生物发酵提取制备而成的蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、纤维素酶以及它们的混合物,能够使得织物上污垢中的蛋白质等高分子物质分解成可溶性氨基酸等小分子物质,使不溶物变为可溶物,对日常生活中难以清洗的血迹、汗渍、奶迹、油脂、淀粉等之类的污垢有良好的清洗效果。
进一步优选为,所述聚乙烯醇的平均聚合度为500-2000,所述聚乙烯醇的平均分子量为20000-100000;优选的,所述聚乙烯醇的平均聚合度为500-700,所述聚乙烯醇的平均分子量为25000-55000。
通过采用上述技术方案,控制聚乙烯醇的平均聚合度和平均分子量,有利于聚乙烯醇更好地与本申请表面活性体系相互配合,从而提高固体洗涤片的去污能力,且能提高固体洗涤片与吸色纤维之间的粘接性。
进一步优选为,所述椰油醇硫酸钠的碳原子数为12-18,所述α-烯基磺酸钠的碳原子数为12-18,所述烷基糖苷的碳原子数为8-18,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的EO加合数为9,所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的EO加合数,所述脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化合物的碳原子数为12-14。
优选的,本申请具体实施方式中采用的所述椰油醇硫酸钠的碳原子数为12-14,所述α-烯基磺酸钠的碳原子数为12-14,所述烷基糖苷的碳原子数为8-10,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的EO加合数为9,所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的EO加合数,所述脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化合物的碳原子数为12-14。
通过采用上述技术方案,控制各分子链长度,使得制备而成的洗涤片具有最好的去污效果和溶解速度。
进一步优选为,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的Mw为25000-95000,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的K值为15-30,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮选自聚维酮K30、HP66K中的一种;优选的,本申请具体实施方式中的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮采用HP66K(1-乙烯基-2-吡咯烷酮/1-乙烯基-1H-咪唑共聚物)。
通过采用上述技术方案,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮可与表面活性剂相互作用生成表面活性剂聚合物,吸附络合物,具有类似胶束和溶解染料的特性,上述优选聚乙烯吡咯烷酮类均能与表活体系复配聚合,具有良好的防串色性能。
进一步优选为,所述双层护色洗涤片还包括质量百分比为0.1-1%的助洗剂,所述助洗剂为碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠中的一种或两组组成的混合物。
通过采用上述技术方案,加入碳酸钠/碳酸氢钠组分,在洗涤剂料浆烘干时遇热产生二氧化碳,料浆表面形成无数密集的小气泡,有利于吸色纤维的紧密贴合,有利于产品在织物洗涤时快速溶解,有利于快洗模式下的无残留现象。
进一步优选为,所述水质软化剂为柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸和谷氨酸二乙酸四钠组成的混合物。
通过采用上述技术方案,柠檬酸钠有良好的水溶性、对水中的Ca2+、Mg2+等金属离子具有优良的螯合能力,且具有快速生物降解完全、优良的分散能力及污渍抗再沉积能力,通过与柠檬酸复配的同时形成缓冲能力较强的pH缓冲剂,有利于配方组分PH的稳定性。通过加入易生物降解的谷氨酸二乙酸四钠形成较强的水质螯合能力,协同表面活性成分达到更好的去除污渍目的。
第二方面,本申请提供一种双层护色洗涤片的制备方法,采用如下的技术方案:所述的双层护色洗涤片通过如下步骤制备获得:
S1,将聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和去离子水加入搅拌装置中,边搅拌边加热,保温一段时间至料体完全溶胀,然后依次加入水质软化剂、助洗剂、非离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀,最后加入阴离子表面活性剂和香精,继续搅拌均匀,得到洗涤剂料浆;
S2,将洗涤剂料浆进行初步烘干,制得半干固体洗涤剂;
S3,将半固体洗涤剂附于吸色纤维表面,继续烘干至半干固体洗涤剂完全干燥后均匀加入生物酵素酶,即得双层护色洗涤片。
通过采用上述技术方案,可快速制备得到固体洗涤片,且制备过程中对转速、温度等制备条件,以及生产设备要求不高,适合规模化生产。
进一步优选为,步骤S1中,所述加热温度为85℃,步骤S2和S3中,所述烘干温度为80-120℃。
通过采用上述技术方案,洗涤剂组分在上述温度参数下,具有良好的分散性和稳定性。
综上所述,本申请具有以下有益效果:
(1)本申请采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮替代传统的阳离子防串色组分,然后将洗涤剂初步烘干成固体片状后与吸色纤维相结合,防止易褪色染料在织物上的快速转移,增加吸色纤维的快速吸色能力,提高护色片的护色、防串色效果;
(2)本申请通过将椰油醇硫酸钠与α-烯基磺酸钠复配成阴离子表面活性剂,再继续复配非离子表面活性剂,使得配方组分对织物的去污力明显提高;
(3)本申请通过将椰油醇硫酸钠与α-烯基磺酸钠的质量比控制为3:1,再将两者复配成的阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的质量比控制为4:1,能够发挥出最优的复配协同效果,得到的洗涤剂组分具有最优的去污力。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本申请作进一步详细说明。
本申请各实施例和对比例中所用部分组分和设备仪器的来源如下表所示,其他未列出的组分和设备仪器均为普通市售购得。
本申请所采用的吸色纤维由如下制备步骤得到:配置5g/L阳离子纤维素醚水溶液,利用氢氧化钠调节pH=11,加入粘胶纤维,于100℃下反应50min,得到聚季铵盐粘胶纤维;取出聚季铵盐粘胶纤维进行常规干燥,即得吸色纤维。
本申请各实施例与对比例制备的试样去污力、防串色性能的具体测试方法如下:去污力测试
1.硬水配制:称取16.70g氯化钙和20.37g氯化镁,采用去离子水配制至10.0L,即为2500mg/Kg硬水。使用时取1.0L冲至10.0L,即为250mg/Kg硬水。
2.白度测量:
2.1将JB-01污布、JB-02污布、JB-03污布裁切成6cm*6cm大小,按类别分别搭配成平均黑度相近的六组,每组试片用于同一个样品的性能试验。
2.2将试片按同一类别相叠,用白度计在457nm下逐一读取洗涤前后的白度值。洗前白度以试片正反两面各取两个点(每一面的两点应中心对称),测量白度值,以四次测量的平均值为该试片的洗前白度F1;洗后白度则在试片的正反两面各取两个点(每一面的两点应中心对称),测量白度值,以四次测量的平均值为该试片的洗后白度F2。
3.去污洗涤试验:
3.1洗涤试验在立式去污机内进行,测定前先将搅拌叶轮、工作槽、去污浴缸一一编号固定组成一个“工作单元”,并预热仪器至30℃±1℃下稳定一段时间。试验时用250mg/kg硬水(事先应预热至约30℃时使用)分别将试样配制成0.2%的测试溶液,标准洗衣液配制成0.2%的测试溶液,各1L倒入对应的去污缸内,将浴缸放入所对应的位置并装好搅拌叶轮,调节仪器使洗涤试验温度保持在30℃±1℃,准备测定。
3.2将测过白度的各组试片分别投入各浴缸中,启动搅拌,并保持搅拌速度120r/min,洗涤过程持续20min后停止。
3.3将各去污浴缸中试片合并倒入漂洗器的内桶中,控干水分,放进漂洗器,倒入1500mL自来水,盖上盖子,转动盖子上手柄,使内桶转动约30s后停止。放掉漂洗后的水,再次加入1500mL自来水,重复进行第二次漂洗。放掉漂洗水,对试片进行手工脱水15s(转速约1800r/min)。取出漂洗完成后的试片,悬挂室温后晾干后,按洗前污布白度测量的方法进行测量白度F2。
以一一对应的方式,计算每个试片洗涤前后的白度差(F2-F1),并对每组试片,分别计算去污力。按照不同种类的污布试片分别计算,判定洗涤剂在各类污布上的去污值R和去污比值P,方法如下。
4.污布去污值的计算
某种污布的去污值Ri=Σ(F2i-F1i)/n;
式中:
i——第i种类污布试片;
F1i——第i种类污布试片洗前光谱反射率,%;
F2i——第i种类污布试片洗后光谱反射率,%;
n——每组污布试片的有效含量。
结果保留到小数点后一位。
5.污布去污比值的计算
相对标准洗衣液在第i种类污布的去污比值Pi=R3i/R0i;
式中:
R0i——标准洗衣液的去污值,%;
R3i——试样的去污值。
结果保留到小数点后一位。
6.洗涤剂去污力的判定
当Pi≥1.0时,则判定结论为“样品对第i种污布去污力相当或优于标准洗衣液”,简称“第i种污布去污力合格”;
当Pi<1.0时,则判定结论为“样品对第i种污布去污力劣于标准洗衣液”,简称“第i种污布去污力不合格”。
防串色性能测试
依据去污力测试中各试剂配制方法和实验仪器,将测试样品和1L硬水加入立式去污机中,并加入普通市售的6cm*6cm规格的1片蓝布、1片红布和2片白布,洗涤25min后,清水两次漂洗后自然晾干。
测量蓝布、红布、白布在洗涤前后的色差值,白布色差值越小,表示防串色性能越好;蓝布、红布色差值越小,表示护色效果越好。
实施例
实施例1
一种双层护色洗涤片,各组分及其相应质量如表1所示,并通过如下步骤制备获得:
S1,将聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和去离子水加入搅拌釜中,边搅拌边升温至85℃,保温50min至料体完全溶胀,然后依次加入水质软化剂、非离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀,最后加入阴离子表面活性剂和香精,继续搅拌均匀,得到洗涤剂料浆;
S2,将洗涤剂料浆置于100℃条件下进行初步烘干,制得半干固体洗涤剂;
S3,将半固体洗涤剂附于吸色纤维表面,继续烘干至半干固体洗涤剂完全干燥后,即得双层护色洗涤片。
实施例2-4
一种双层护色洗涤片,与实施例1的不同之处在于,各组分及其相应的质量如表1所示。
实施例5-7
一种双层护色洗涤片,各组分及其相应质量如表1所示,并通过如下步骤制备获得:
S1,与实施例1步骤S1相同;
S2,与实施例1步骤S2相同;
S3,将半固体洗涤剂附于吸色纤维表面,继续烘干至半干固体洗涤剂完全干燥后均匀加入生物酵素酶,即得双层护色洗涤片。
实施例8
一种双层护色洗涤片,各组分及其相应质量如表1所示,并通过如下步骤制备获得:
S1,将聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和去离子水加入搅拌釜中,边搅拌边升温至85℃,保温50min至料体完全溶胀,然后依次加入水质软化剂、助洗剂、非离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀,最后加入阴离子表面活性剂和香精,继续搅拌均匀,得到洗涤剂料浆;
S2,与实施例1步骤S2相同;
S3,与实施例1步骤S3相同。

对比例1-3
一种双层护色洗涤片,与实施例1的不同之处在于,各组分及其相应的质量如表2所示。
对比例4
一种双层护色洗涤片,与实施例1的不同之处在于,采用等质量的阳离子瓜尔胶替代聚乙烯吡咯烷酮。

性能检测试验
测试一
采用实施例1-8、对比例1-4中制备得到的产品,稀释至浓度为0.2%,标准洗衣液测试浓度为0.2%,测试各产品去污力并将结果计入下表3中。

将实施例1、对比例1-3的测试结果进行比较,可以看出实施例1的去污力效果最好,优于对比例1-3的测试结果。说明将椰油醇硫酸钠和α-烯基磺酸钠复配成阴离子表面活性剂,再与烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化合物组成的非离子表面活性剂进行复配使用,去污效果要优于任何一种表面活性剂单独使用的效果,且上述表活体系中各表面活性剂具有一定的复配协同作用,去污效果提升明显。
将实施例1-4的测试结果进行比较,可以看出实施例4的去污力值最高,实施例1的去污力稍差。说明本申请中将椰油醇硫酸钠和α-烯基磺酸钠的复配比例控制为3:1,再将两者复配后与烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化合物组成的非离子表面活性剂的复配比例控制为4:1时,得到的洗涤片去污效果最好。
将实施例2-7的测试结果进行比较,可以看出添加有蛋白酶的实施例5-7,去污力结果优于实施例2-4,特别是对蛋白污渍的去污力达到了实施例2-4的3-4倍左右。说明在加入蛋白酶组分后,针对JB-02蛋白污布去污力有所提升,且提升效果明显,而对于JB-01碳黑污布、JB-03皮脂污布提升效果不明显,同时也证实了洗涤酶制剂的专一性。
将实施例5和实施例8的测试结果进行比较,可以看出加了助洗剂的实施例8,其去污效果有所提升。说明助洗剂对洗涤片的清洗去污效果是有帮助的,这可能是由于助洗剂在制备过程中对洗涤片造成无数密集小气泡,从而方便洗涤片在水中的快速崩解,提高洗涤效果。
测试二
采用实施例1-8、对比例1-4中制备得到的产品,稀释至浓度为0.025%,标准洗衣液测试浓度为0.2%,测试各产品去污力并将结果计入下表4中。

将表3和表4的测试结果进行比较,可以看出,在测试产品稀释8倍(0.025%)、标准洗衣液测试浓度保持0.2%的情况下,实施例1-5、对比例1-6对JB-01碳黑污布、JB-02蛋白污布和JB-03皮脂污布的去污效果均有明显降低,这也符合洗涤剂稀释后,其去污效果随之降低的常规认知。但对比加入有蛋白酶组分的实施例6-8的测试结果,我们惊奇的发现,保持标准洗衣液浓度0.2%不变的情况下,实施例5-7即使稀释8倍后,其对JB-01碳黑污布和JB-03皮脂污布的去污力仍然是合格的,且相较于稀释前,去污力效果基本没有下降,这说明本申请在加入蛋白酶组分后,得到的固体洗涤片除了对JB-02蛋白污布具有良好的去污效果,其对JB-01碳黑污布和JB-03皮脂污布的去污力则同样具有较大的提升。
测试三
采用实施例1-8、对比例1-4中制备得到的产品,分别测试各产品的防串色性能,并将结果计入下表5中。

将实施例1-8与标准洗衣液的测试结果进行比较,可以看出,实施例1-8制备的洗涤片的白布色差和有色布色差测试结果远小于标准洗衣液的测试结果,说明采用本申请的配方和制备方法得到的洗涤片具有良好的护色和防串色效果。
将实施例1、对比例1-3的测试结果进行比较,可以看出实施例1的洗涤片白布色差值和有色布差值均远小于对比例1-3。明将椰油醇硫酸钠和α-烯基磺酸钠复配成阴离子表面活性剂,再与烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化合物组成的非离子表面活性剂进行复配使用,防串色效果要优于任何一种表面活性剂单独使用的效果,且上述表活体系中各表面活性剂具有一定的复配协同作用,去防串色效果提升明显。
将实施例1-4的测试结果进行比较,可以看出实施例4的白布、有色布的色差值最小。说明本申请中将椰油醇硫酸钠和α-烯基磺酸钠的复配比例控制为3:1,再将两者复配后与烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化合物组成的非离子表面活性剂的复配比例控制为4:1时,得到的洗涤片防串色效果最好。
将实施例1和实施例4的测试结果进行比较,可以看出实施例1的白布、有色布的色差值要远小于对比例4的测试结果。说明本申请采用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮作为防串色剂,配合阴离子表面活性剂与非离子表面活性剂的表活体系,确实可以克服阳离子防串色剂与阴离子表面活性剂复配后的护色、防串色性能差的问题,且本申请制备的洗涤剂通过适合的组分比例,护色、防串色效果提升明显。
以上所述仅是本申请的优选实施方式,本申请的保护范围并不仅局限于上述实施例,凡属于本申请思路下的技术方案均属于本申请的保护范围。应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本申请原理前提下的若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本申请的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种双层护色洗涤片,其特征在于,包括吸色纤维以及与吸色纤维粘附的固体洗涤剂,所述固体洗涤剂包括如下质量百分比的组分:聚乙烯醇8-30%、表面活性剂10-40%、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.5-5%、甘油1-5%、水质软化剂0.5-5%、植物香精0.1-1%、去离子水14-79.9%;
所述表面活性剂为由阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂组成的混合物,所述阴离子表面活性剂为椰油醇硫酸钠和α-烯基磺酸钠组成的混合物,所述非离子表面活性剂为烷基糖苷、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚和脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化合物组成的混合物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双层护色洗涤片,其特征在于,所述椰油醇硫酸钠与α-烯基磺酸钠的质量比为3:1,所述阴离子表面活性剂与非离子型表面活性剂的质量比为4:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双层护色洗涤片,其特征在于,所述双层护色洗涤片还包括质量百分比为0.1-3%的生物酵素酶,所述生物酵素酶为蛋白酶、淀粉酶、脂肪酶和纤维素酶中的一种或两种以上组成的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双层护色洗涤片,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯醇的平均聚合度为500-2000,所述聚乙烯醇的平均分子量为20000-100000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双层护色洗涤片,其特征在于,所述椰油醇硫酸钠的碳原子数为12-18,所述α-烯基磺酸钠的碳原子数为12-18,所述烷基糖苷的碳原子数为8-18,所述脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚的EO加合数为9,所述异构醇聚氧乙烯醚的EO加合数,所述脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化合物的碳原子数为12-14。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双层护色洗涤片,其特征在于,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的Mw为25000-95000,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮的K值为15-30,所述聚乙烯吡咯烷酮选自聚维酮K30、HP66K中的一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双层护色洗涤片,其特征在于,所述双层护色洗涤片还包括质量百分比为0.1-1%的助洗剂,所述助洗剂为碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠中的一种或两组组成的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的双层护色洗涤片,其特征在于,所述水质软化剂为柠檬酸钠、柠檬酸和谷氨酸二乙酸四钠组成的混合物。
9.权利要求1-8任一所述的双层护色洗涤片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1,将聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和去离子水加入搅拌装置中,边搅拌边加热,保温一段时间至料体完全溶胀,然后依次加入水质软化剂、助洗剂、非离子表面活性剂,搅拌均匀,最后加入阴离子表面活性剂和香精,继续搅拌均匀,得到洗涤剂料浆;
S2,将洗涤剂料浆进行初步烘干,制得半干固体洗涤剂;
S3,将半固体洗涤剂附于吸色纤维表面,继续烘干至半干固体洗涤剂完全干燥后均匀加入生物酵素酶,即得双层护色洗涤片。
10.根据权利要求9所述的双层护色洗涤片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤S1中,所述加热温度为85℃,步骤S2和S3中,所述烘干温度为80-120℃。
