背景技术
近年来传统洗衣液已不能满足消费者的需求,各种功能性洗衣液渐渐收到消费者的青睐,消费者希望在洗涤过程中容易和快速地赋予织物更多性质。
有色织物在家庭和消费者洗涤的衣物中占据较大比重,随着生活水平的提高,消费者穿着衣服的色彩越来越丰富,颜色越来越亮丽,这些有色织物在经过多次洗涤过程后颜色逐渐变浅,通常会表现出外观或颜色损失,其使用寿命也因洗涤过程而缩短。另外,为避免深色衣物与浅色衣物混合洗涤时造成的串色现象,消费者一般采用分开洗涤的方法,分开洗涤的方法耗费更多的时间和水资源,消费者希望洗涤剂在实现洗涤功能的同时,能够降低或减少洗涤造成的外观或颜色损失,同时避免深色衣物与浅色衣物之间的串色现象,实现深色衣物与浅色衣物的混合洗涤。
中国专利申请CN103710164A中公开了添加纤维素酶的洗衣液,纤维素酶通过切除棉织物表面处于非洁晶区的棉纤维,释放吸附在织物表面的染料而显现出防串色的效果,而纤维素酶只能释放织物表面吸附的染料,却不能阻止染料再次粘附在织物上,所以纤维素酶防串色效果有限。中国专利CN101798552B和中国专利申请CN103805368A均公开了含有1-乙烯基吡咯烷酮或1-乙烯基共聚物的护色洗衣液,虽然聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮类聚合物具有很好的防串色效果,但其与荧光增白剂具有较强的络合作用,液体织物洗涤剂组合物因此不能获得透明外观,长期存储会发生分相,甚至沉淀,相容性差。

为了解决现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂及其制备方法。本发明提供的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂不仅具有良好的去污力和稳定性,同时也可以在洗涤过程中增加护色性。
本发明具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂,包括以下组分及其质量百分比:
阴离子表面活性剂16~20%、非离子表面活性剂7~10%、护色增效剂3~6%、活化剂1.5~3%、水软化剂1.5~5%、消泡剂1~3%和水53~70%。
优选的,所述的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂由以下组分及其质量百分比组成:
阴离子表面活性剂18%、非离子表面活性剂8.5%、护色增效剂4.5%、活化剂2%、水软化剂3%、消泡剂2%和水62%。

此外本发明还公开了一种具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、护色增效剂、活化剂、水软化剂和消泡剂加入水中,混合搅拌均匀,即得。
十烷基三甲基氯化铵CAS号:10108-87-9;油酸三乙醇胺CAS号:88107-10-2;辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚CAS号:9036-19-5;蔗糖脂肪酸酯CAS号:37318-31-3;乙二胺四甲叉膦酸CAS号:1429-50-1;四乙酰基乙二胺CAS号:10543-57-4;柠檬酸钠CAS号:68-04-2;聚氧丙稀氧化乙烯甘油醚CAS号:9003-11-6。
本发明提供的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂中十烷基三甲基氯化铵和油酸三乙醇胺是常见的阴离子表面活性剂,表面活性作用的部分带负电荷,在水中解离后,生成憎水性阴离子;辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和蔗糖脂肪酸酯是常见的非离子表面活性剂,在水溶液中不产生离子,在水中的溶度是由于分子中具有强亲水性的官能团;乙二胺四甲叉膦酸具有很强的螯合金属离子的能力,与铜离子的络合常数是包括EDTA在内的所有螯合剂中最大的,它既可以吸附在织物表面起到固定染料的作用,又可以与游离在溶液中的染料相互络合避免染料再次吸附在织物表面,达到防串色的目的;活化剂四乙酰基乙二胺具有活化作用能够调节活化洗涤剂各组分以及织物表面的物质使洗涤剂更好的发挥效果;水软化剂柠檬酸钠可以去除洗涤水中的钙、镁等金属离子;聚氧丙稀氧化乙烯甘油醚抑泡时间长、效果好、消泡速度快、热稳定性好、扩散性和渗透性好,不影响起泡体系的基本性质。本发明配伍合理、科学,各组分相互作用,协同增强其去污力和稳定性。
与现有技术相比,本发明的技术优势在于:通过护色增效剂的加入使得洗涤剂在有色织物的洗涤过程中增加护色性,并具有良好的去污力和稳定性。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,这些实施例仅用于例证的目的,绝不限制本发明的保护范围。
实施例1-3,对比例1-3
表1列出了本发明实施例1-3和对比例1-3织物洗涤剂的组分及质量百分比。

对比例1与实施例2的区别在于:不含护色增效剂,增加阴离子表面活性剂和非离子表面活性剂的含量。
对比例2与实施例2的区别在于:阴离子表面活性剂由十烷基三甲基氯化铵和油酸三乙醇胺按质量比1:1组成。
对比例3与实施例2的区别在于:非离子表面活性剂由蔗糖脂肪酸酯和辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚按质量比1:1组成。
实施例2具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂的制备方法为:将阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、护色增效剂、活化剂、水软化剂和消泡剂加入水中,混合搅拌均匀,即得。
实施例1、实施例3和对比例1-3洗涤剂的制备方法与实施例2类似。
产品性能评价测试
为了更好地证明本发明所提供具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂的优异效果,选取实施例1-3和对比例1-3的织物洗涤剂进行测试,并于市售产品为蓝月亮洗衣液进行对比。
1.护色功能测试方法:分别量取实施例和对比例制备的织物洗涤剂组合物1mL置入卧式去污机的水洗罐(30mL)中,加入300mL硬度为250ppm的硬水溶解完全,加入色布6片和白布3片(材质为纯棉,尺寸为6×6cm,洗涤前已使用色差仪测量色度作为参比),恒温30℃洗涤20分钟,然后分别去除色布和白布漂洗烘干,收集洗涤后水溶液。使用色差仪分别测试色布色差ΔE1和白布色差ΔE2,洗涤后水溶液色差ΔE3(以去离子水作为参比),结果见表2。本发明使用色布为CFT(Center for Test materials)标准色布,包括E-130(Cottondyed with Direct Red 83.1)和E-133(Cotton dyed with Direct Blue 71),白布为中国国家标准贴衬织物纯棉棉布。
其中色布色差ΔE1越大,说明洗涤剂组合物固色效果越差;白布色差ΔE2越大,说明洗涤剂组合物防串色效果越差;洗涤后水溶液色差ΔE3越大,说明洗涤剂组合物护色效果越差。
表2实施例、对比例和市售产品的护色功能测试结果
从表2可以看出实施例与对比例相比,使用添加乙二胺四甲叉膦酸的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂洗涤色布和白布后,色布色差ΔE1和洗涤后水溶液色差ΔE3明显降低,白布色差ΔE2也显著下降,表明乙二胺四甲叉膦酸具有很好的护色功能同时具有固色功能和防串色功能,另外,实施例较市售产品有更好的护色效果,从数据对比可以看出实施例2的ΔE1、ΔE2和ΔE3值比实施例1和实施例3都要小,说明实施例2制备的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂的护色效果最好。
2.去污性能测试方法:实验对象为市售洗衣液、实施例1-3和对比例1-2制备得到的复配型低泡洗衣液;测试方法参照GB/T13174-2008标准《衣料用洗涤剂去污力及循环洗涤性能的测定》中规定的方法进行测试,去污力比值如表3所示。

从表3可以看出实施例织物洗涤剂较对比例和市售产品对炭黑污布、蛋白污布和皮脂污布的去污效果最好,本发明实施例制备的织物洗涤剂较市售产品对炭黑、蛋白、皮脂的去污效果更好,且实施例2较实施例1和实施例3的效果更好,表明本发明各组分配方相互配合具有很好的去污效果。
以上仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出的是,上述优选实施方式不应视为对本发明的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求所限定的范围为准。对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。
Claims (9)
1.一种具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,包括以下组分及其质量百分比:
阴离子表面活性剂16~20%、非离子表面活性剂7~10%、护色增效剂3~6%、活化剂1.5~3%、水软化剂1.5~5%、消泡剂1~3%和水53~70%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,由以下组分及其质量百分比组成:
阴离子表面活性剂18%、非离子表面活性剂8.5%、护色增效剂4.5%、活化剂2%、水软化剂3%、消泡剂2%和水62%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的阴离子表面活性剂由十烷基三甲基氯化铵和油酸三乙醇胺按质量比2:3组成。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的非离子表面活性剂由辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚和蔗糖脂肪酸酯按质量比3:5组成。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的护色增效剂为乙二胺四甲叉膦酸。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的活化剂为四乙酰基乙二胺。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的水软化剂为柠檬酸钠。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为聚氧丙稀氧化乙烯甘油醚。
9.根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的具有护色功能的织物洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、护色增效剂、活化剂、水软化剂和消泡剂加入水中,混合搅拌均匀,即得。
