背景技术
沐浴能够缓解疲惫,颐养身心。沐浴露是使用最为广泛的一种沐浴产品,但其为液状产品,外出携带时会有一定不便,例如瓶装沐浴露易泄漏、体积较大等。沐浴皂是另一种选择的沐浴产品,其为固态产品,不存在泄漏问题,但是使用时容易滑手,使用后又湿哒哒的,需要特别注意存放。因此,研发一种方便保存、携带方便的沐浴产品具有良好的市场前景。

为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的之一在于提供一种含氨基酸的沐浴皂片,产品为固态片状,方便携带,温和无刺激,能有效去除肌肤上的脏污。

一种含氨基酸的沐浴皂片,包括按照重量百分比计的以下组分:水18-55%,椰油酰谷氨酸钠10-12%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10-13%,月桂醇硫酸酯钠10-12%,玉米淀粉10-13%,聚乙烯醇5-7%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5-7%,保湿剂6-12%,皮肤调理剂0.1-0.5%,润肤剂1-2%。
本发明所提供的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片是一种固体片状产品,方便携带,尤其适合出差、旅游携带。椰油酰谷氨酸二钠属于氨基酸类的表面活性剂,温和亲肤,与皮肤相溶性好,具有良好的去污、增泡的能力。月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠是一种较强效的清洁剂,起泡能力也十分优,月桂醇硫酸酯钠的清洁力极佳。本发明采用2种清洁力佳的表面活性剂,搭配温和型的氨基酸类表面活性剂,形成了清洁度好又温和的表活组合,专门为身体沐浴而设。另外,本发明采用聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,聚乙烯醇起到乳化作用,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮起到乳化稳定作用,能够加强产品的质量稳定性。并且,聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮均有一定的成膜作用,能够与玉米淀粉形成玉米淀粉-高分子膜,在使用过程中,玉米淀粉起到摩擦吸附作用,高分子膜又能把洗出来的脏污吸附、拉走,提高清洁能力。

作为本发明的一个优选实施方式,所述含氨基酸的沐浴皂片包括按照重量百分比计的以下组分:水18-55%,椰油酰谷氨酸钠10-12%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10-13%,月桂醇硫酸酯钠10-12%,玉米淀粉10-13%,聚乙烯醇5-7%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5-7%,甘油5-7%,甘露糖醇1-2%,糖类同分异构体0.1-0.5%、D-泛醇0.2-1%,乙基己基甘油0.1-0.5%,乳糖酸0.1-0.5%,异王酸异王酯1-2%,氯化钠0.5-1%,香精0.5-1%,苯氧乙醇0.1-1%。
本发明的目的之二采用如下技术方案实现:
一种含氨基酸的沐浴皂片的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将水加热至80-90℃,依次加入聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,并持续搅拌至完全溶解透明的胶水,获得溶液I;
2)向溶液I中依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和月桂醇硫酸酯钠,并持续搅拌并保温在80-85℃,至原料完全溶解获得溶液II;
3)向溶液II中依次加入甘油、甘露糖醇、异王酸异王酯、D-泛醇和椰油酰谷氨酸钠,搅拌均匀后,并降温至60-65℃,获得溶液III;
4)向溶液III依次加入苯氧乙醇、氯化钠、香精、乙基己基甘油、乳糖酸、糖类同分异构体和玉米淀粉,冷却,获得溶液IV;
5)将溶液IV加至料槽中,开动小滚搅拌均匀,并同时启动烘干机;
6)原料在烘干机上滚动一圈,1-2分钟后,烘干水分获得含氨基酸的沐浴皂片的卷料;
7)将卷料至于切片设备中,获得片条状的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片条料;
8)将片条状的条料,放置于冲压设备中,获得长方形的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片。
作为本发明的一个优选实施方式,步骤(1)中,设置搅拌速度为20~30r/min,搅拌时间为30-40分钟。
作为本发明的一个优选实施方式,步骤(2)中,设置搅拌速度为25~30r/min,搅拌时间为30-40分钟。
作为本发明的一个优选实施方式,步骤(3)中,设置搅拌时间为5~15分钟,静置40-60分钟。
作为本发明的一个优选实施方式,步骤(4)中,搅拌均匀后,静置30-40分钟。
作为本发明的一个优选实施方式,步骤(5)中,设置搅拌速度为25~30r/min。
作为本发明的一个优选实施方式,步骤(6)中,烘干时间为1-2分钟。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
(1)本发明所提供的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片,产品为固态片状,方便携带,每次使用时,取一片沐浴皂片,打湿后在身体上揉搓即可,本沐浴皂片含有氨基酸成分,温和亲肤无刺激,且玉米淀粉能够起到吸附摩擦作用,能够把身体上的脏污有效去除。
(2)本发明所提供的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片的制备方法,流程简单,质量易控。

具体实施方式
下面,结合附图以及具体实施方式,对本发明做进一步描述,需要说明的是,在不相冲突的前提下,以下描述的各实施例之间或各技术特征之间可以任意组合形成新的实施例。在下述实施例中所采用的原材料、设备等除特殊限定外均可以通过购买方式获得。
一种含氨基酸的沐浴皂片,包括按照重量百分比计的以下组分:水18-55%,椰油酰谷氨酸钠10-12%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10-13%,月桂醇硫酸酯钠10-12%,玉米淀粉10-13%,聚乙烯醇5-7%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5-7%,甘油5-7%,甘露糖醇1-2%,糖类同分异构体0.1-0.5%、D-泛醇0.2-1%,乙基己基甘油0.1-0.5%,乳糖酸0.1-0.5%,异王酸异王酯1-2%,氯化钠0.5-1%,香精0.5-1%,防腐剂0.1-1%。
实施例1-3
一种含氨基酸的沐浴皂片,制备原料包括水、椰油酰谷氨酸钠、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠、月桂醇硫酸酯钠、玉米淀粉、聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、甘油、甘露糖醇、糖类同分异构体、D-泛醇、乙基己基甘油、乳糖酸、异王酸异王酯、氯化钠、香精和苯氧乙醇。具体详见表1。
表1实施例1-3的配方表
实施例1-3的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片的制备方法如下:
1)将水加热至80-90℃,依次加入聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,并持续搅拌至完全溶解透明的胶水,设置搅拌速度为25r/min,搅拌时间为35分钟,获得溶液I;
2)向溶液I中依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和月桂醇硫酸酯钠,并持续搅拌并保温在80-85℃,设置搅拌速度为28r/min,搅拌时间为35分钟,至原料完全溶解获得溶液II;
3)向溶液II中依次加入甘油、甘露糖醇、异王酸异王酯、D-泛醇和椰油酰谷氨酸钠,设置搅拌时间为10分钟,搅拌均匀后,静置50分钟并降温至60-65℃,获得溶液III;
4)向溶液III依次加入苯氧乙醇、氯化钠、香精、乙基己基甘油、乳糖酸、糖类同分异构体和玉米淀粉,搅拌均匀后,静置35分钟,冷却,获得溶液IV;
5)将溶液IV加至料槽中,开动小滚搅拌均匀,设置搅拌速度为28r/min,并同时启动烘干机;
6)原料在烘干机上滚动一圈,1.5分钟后,烘干水分获得含氨基酸的沐浴皂片的卷料,烘干时间为1.5分钟;
7)将卷料至于切片设备中,获得片条状的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片条料;
8)将片条状的条料,放置于冲压设备中,获得长方形状的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片。
图1为本发明实施例2所提供的沐浴皂片的实物展示图,可见,产品为长方形片状,方便携带。
对比例1
对比例1与实施例2的不同之处在于,表面活性剂变了,将“月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠”替换成“椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠”,且椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠的用量为11%。其余与实施例2相同。
对比例2
对比例2与实施例2的不同之处在于,省略了玉米淀粉,将水的用量调整为42.5%。其余与实施例2相同。
对比例3
对比例3与实施例2的不同之处在于,省略了聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,将水的用量调整为36.5%。其余与实施例2相同。
效果验证
选取60名皮肤健康的试用者,平均分成6组,每组10名试用者,每组试用者分别试用实施例1-3和对比例1-3的沐浴皂片。试用时,取一片沐浴皂片,打湿后,轻轻揉搓身体,然后用清水冲洗干净即可。试用者分别对所试用的样品进行评分,1-10分,分数越高,评价越好,具体评价指标和评分结果见下表2,每个分值均为10名试用者的平均分。

从表2中的记录可得,实施例1-3的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片的总体评价较高,各个指标均高于对比例,试用者愿意继续使用,接受程度较高。而对比例1替换了表面活性剂,直接导致产品的清洁能力下降;对比例2省略了玉米淀粉,也在一定程度下导致清洁度下降,玉米淀粉能够与聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮形成摩擦剂-高分子膜,起到摩擦角质,吸附脏污的作用;对比例3省略的聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,清洁度、保湿度、柔润滋养度均下降。
上述实施方式仅为本发明的优选实施方式,不能以此来限定本发明保护的范围,本领域的技术人员在本发明的基础上所做的任何非实质性的变化及替换均属于本发明所要求保护的范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种含氨基酸的沐浴皂片,其特征在于,包括按照重量百分比计的以下组分:水18-55%,椰油酰谷氨酸钠10-12%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10-13%,月桂醇硫酸酯钠10-12%,玉米淀粉10-13%,聚乙烯醇5-7%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5-7%,保湿剂6-12%,皮肤调理剂0.1-0.5%,润肤剂1-2%。
2.如权利要求1所述的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片,其特征在于,所述保湿剂为甘油、甘露糖醇、糖类同分异构体、D-泛醇和乙基己基甘油中的一种或任意组合。
3.如权利要求1所述的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片,其特征在于,所述皮肤调理剂包括乳糖酸;所述润肤剂包括异王酸异王酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片,其特征在于,还包括以下中的一种或任意组合:粘度控制剂0.5-1%,赋香剂0.5-1%和防腐剂0.1-1%。
5.如权利要求4所述的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片,其特征在于,所述粘度控制剂包括氯化钠;所述赋香剂包括香精;所述防腐剂包括苯氧乙醇。
6.如权利要求1所述的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片,其特征在于,包括按照重量百分比计的以下组分:水18-55%,椰油酰谷氨酸钠10-12%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠10-13%,月桂醇硫酸酯钠10-12%,玉米淀粉10-13%,聚乙烯醇5-7%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮5-7%,甘油5-7%,甘露糖醇1-2%,糖类同分异构体0.1-0.5%、D-泛醇0.2-1%,乙基己基甘油0.1-0.5%,乳糖酸0.1-0.5%,异王酸异王酯1-2%,氯化钠0.5-1%,香精0.5-1%,苯氧乙醇0.1-1%。
7.如权利要求6所述的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片,其特征在于,包括按照重量百分比计的以下组分:水30.5%,椰油酰谷氨酸钠11%,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠11%,月桂醇硫酸酯钠11%,玉米淀粉12%,聚乙烯醇6%,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮6%,甘油5.5%,甘露糖醇1.5%,糖类同分异构体0.3%、D-泛醇0.8%,乙基己基甘油0.3%,乳糖酸0.4%,异王酸异王酯1.5%,氯化钠0.7%,香精0.8%,苯氧乙醇0.7%。
8.一种如权利要求6或7所述的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)将水加热至80-90℃,依次加入聚乙烯醇和聚乙烯吡咯烷酮,并持续搅拌至完全溶解透明的胶水,获得溶液I;
2)向溶液I中依次加入月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠和月桂醇硫酸酯钠,并持续搅拌并保温在80-85℃,至原料完全溶解获得溶液II;
3)向溶液II中依次加入甘油、甘露糖醇、异王酸异王酯、D-泛醇和椰油酰谷氨酸钠,搅拌均匀后,并降温至60-65℃,获得溶液III;
4)向溶液III依次加入苯氧乙醇、氯化钠、香精、乙基己基甘油、乳糖酸、糖类同分异构体和玉米淀粉,冷却,获得溶液IV;
5)将溶液IV加至料槽中,开动小滚搅拌均匀,并同时启动烘干机;
6)原料在烘干机上滚动一圈,1-2分钟后,烘干水分获得含氨基酸的沐浴皂片的卷料;
7)将卷料至于切片设备中,获得片条状的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片条料;
8)将片条状的条料,放置于冲压设备中,获得长方形的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片。
9.如权利要求8所述的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,设置搅拌速度为20~30r/min,搅拌时间为30-40分钟;
步骤(2)中,设置搅拌速度为25~30r/min,搅拌时间为30-40分钟;
步骤(3)中,设置搅拌时间为5~15分钟,静置40-60分钟;
步骤(4)中,搅拌均匀后,静置30-40分钟;
步骤(5)中,设置搅拌速度为25~30r/min。
10.如权利要求8所述的含氨基酸的沐浴皂片的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(6)中,烘干时间为1-2分钟。
