本发明涉及一种多功能洗衣液(IPC分类号:C11D1/86),尤其涉及一种多功能洗衣液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的发展和消费水平的提高,人们对生活用品的质量的要求越来越高,洗衣液的功能性也越来越强。目前现有的洗衣液在如下问题:功能单一、活性物含量低、非有效成分含量高等,行业可持续发展受到一定制约,开发高效、去污力强、天然、绿色、安全、环保、健康的新洗衣液,引领消费市场向高科技发展。
专利CN201911394677.7公开了一种防串色洗衣液及其制备方法,该专利申请采用阳离子瓜尔胶与非离子聚合物作为固色剂与燃料捕获剂,实现了良好的固色和防串色作用,但该成分易与阴离子表面活性剂形成沉淀,不利于体系稳定性。专利申请CN201710282482.8提供了护手洗衣液,该专利具有较高的去污能力,容易漂洗,并有效保护双手,但是在该申请中加入大量的阳离子表面活性剂,可能会造成体系不稳定,出现沉淀等现象;
此外,现有大部分洗衣液的抗垢原理是将污物分散到水中,但是排水后污物会再次沉积到衣物上,达不到理想的去污效果;
因此,本发明提供一种多功能洗衣液,其具有良好的去污能力,且具有抗垢再沉积、护色、增艳、抗皱、柔顺、抑菌的效果,洗后衣物焕亮如新,无需花额外时间打理,且洗衣液中不含增白剂、二恶烷、荧光剂等有害人体健康的物质,可生物降解,绿色无污染。

为了解决上述问题,本发明的第一方面提供了一种多功能洗衣液,按重量份计,原料至少包含:阴离子表面活性剂5~15份,非离子表面活性剂5~10份,两性表面活性剂1~5份,氨基酸类表面活性剂5~10份,非离子聚酯0.1~5份,乙烯基吡咯烷酮与乙烯基咪唑的共聚物1~5份,水解小麦蛋白和硅酮的共聚物0.1~5份,水处理树脂0.1~5份,羧酸成分1~3份,聚合物乳液0.5~1.5份,生物酶1~5份,抑菌剂0.01~1份,助剂0.1~5份,去离子水50~70份。

本发明通过限定乙烯基吡咯烷酮与乙烯基咪唑的共聚物,聚合物乳液的协同作用,在提高去污能力的同时,也改善了护色的效果,本申请人推测:染料中含有较多的水溶性基团分子,可以直接溶于水,本申请中通够乙烯基吡咯烷酮与乙烯基咪唑的共聚物与平均分子量Mw为30000~50000的丙烯酸酯类共聚物乳液,平均粒径为0.15~0.2μm的苯乙烯/丙烯酸乳液的协同作用,可以与游离的染料通过偶极相互作用,与染料形成的络合物,在洗涤液中保持悬浮,避免在其他织物上存在再沉积现象。
作为一种优选的方案,所述生物酶,按重量份计,包括蛋白酶1~2份,纤维素酶0.1~1份,脂肪酶0.2~0.3份,淀粉酶0.1~0.2份和甘露聚糖酶0.05~0.15份。
在本发明中通过蛋白酶,纤维素酶,脂肪酶,淀粉酶和甘露聚糖酶的协同作用,大大的提高了产品去除污垢的能力,同时也减少了洗衣液配方中表面活性剂的添加量,但是由于表面活性剂的存在,导致生物酶的稳定性较差,本申请通过大量的实验发现,在本发明中当阴离子表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂的重量比为(1~2):1时,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,十八烷基磺酸钠与脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,烷基葡糖苷的协同作用,不仅能提升去污的能力,同时也提高了蛋白酶,纤维素酶,脂肪酶,淀粉酶和甘露聚糖酶的稳定性。本申请人推测:本申请中的非离子表面活性剂与阴离子表面活性剂复配可以形成混合胶束,混合胶束的形成可以有效的对相邻活性分子的电荷排斥力降低,从而使电荷密度降低,因此对生物酶的活性影响较小。

本发明第二方面提供了一种多功能洗衣液的制备方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)将阴离子表面活性剂与去离子水加入到烧杯中,在70~90℃下,搅拌25~35min,使其完全处于溶解状态;
(2)然后依次加入两性表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂,氨基酸类表面活性剂,并开始降温至30~40℃;
(3)然后加入生物酶,聚合物乳液并搅拌均匀;
(4)然后依次加入非离子聚酯,乙烯基吡咯烷酮与乙烯基咪唑的共聚物,水解小麦蛋白和硅酮的共聚物,抑菌剂,助剂,降到室温,冷却得到微黄乳白色流动液体,即多功能洗衣液。
有益效果:
1.本发明通过月桂酰肌氨酸钠,椰油酰谷氨酸钠的协同作用,与其他的表面活性剂进行复配,具有非常好的协同效应,去污效果好。
2.本发明通过蛋白酶,纤维素酶,脂肪酶,淀粉酶和甘露聚糖酶的协同作用,大大的提高了产品去除污垢的能力,同时也减少了洗衣液配方中表面活性剂的添加量,不断的将配方的成本降低,从而提高了市场的竞争力。
3.本发明通过平均分子量Mw为30000~50000的丙烯酸酯类共聚物乳液与平均粒径为0.15~0.2μm的苯乙烯/丙烯酸乳液的协同作用,可以在衣物的表面形成一层膜,来防止污物再次沉积在衣物上,提高了抗垢的效果,同时也提高了护色的效果。
4.本发明通过生物酶和抑菌剂的协同作用,具有高效抑菌的效果,时间可长达24h。
5.本发明通过采用水解小麦蛋白和硅酮的共聚物,提高了衣物的抗皱和护色的效果,采用非离子聚酯,提高了衣物的抗垢效果,与乙烯基吡咯烷酮与乙烯基咪唑的共聚物的协同作用,也提高了衣物的防串色性能。
6.本发明制备的洗衣液可以有效的改善织物的“易熨烫”性能,同时减少织物褶皱,保护织物纤维,修复和减少外在因素对天然纤维的损伤,提升织物的光泽和平滑度,柔顺、护色。

对比例7为Frosch彩色衣物固色洗衣液。

对比例9为汰渍专业养护深色炫彩洗衣液。

性能测试:
(1)去污力测试:采用国标炭黑JB-01、国标蛋白JB-02、国标皮脂JB-03。进行测试样品为实施例1-3和对比例1-2所制备得到的洗衣液。洗涤条件为:采用250ppm硬水、洗涤浓度为1g/L(1L的250ppm硬水中加入1g的洗衣液)、洗涤时间20分钟、温度为30℃、采用国标规定的RQHL型立式去污机、转速为60r/min。
(2)护色效果:依据GB13174-2008 7.2的测试标准,通过白度仪进行测量白度值并记录,取相同黑色T恤,再放入滚筒式洗衣机,加入20ml实施例1和对比例5~6的洗衣液,按洗衣机标准操作规程分别进行快洗循环20次或40次滚筒干燥后,通过白度仪进行测量白度值并记录到表2中。每次洗涤循环需要重新加入20mL的洗衣液;
(3)抗垢效果:1.将每个白片裁剪成6*6cm大小的方片,记为JB-00;2.未保证实验的可靠性,每组污布的片数应当相同,控制在8片;3.2L烧杯中倒入1L硬水,添加1mL待测样品;4.放置合适大小的搅拌桨在2L烧杯中,恒温水浴锅中加热至30±1℃;5.在烧杯中加入污液(碳黑-墨水,食用油-皮脂,牛奶-蛋白)3mL,启动搅拌30S,混合均匀;6.洗涤:将制备的JB-00试片投入烧杯中搅拌,搅拌速率120r/min,洗涤过程20min后停止;7.漂洗:取出试片,放入另一2L烧杯中,倒入1.5L硬水,搅拌速率120r/min,持续30S;8.放掉杯中水,再倒入1.5L硬水,重复二次漂洗;9.取出试片,拧干,悬挂室温下晾干,完成一次洗涤;10.对洗涤后的试片重复3-8步骤,做10次循环洗涤实验,期间每2次洗涤完毕后对干燥试片的白度按GB13174-2008 7.2进行测定白度值。
(4)防串色效果:将每个白片裁剪成6*6cm大小的方片,2.在1L的烧杯250mL硬水中加入0.02%蓝色色素,搅拌均匀;加入5g洗衣液,搅拌均匀;将白布片浸润,荡洗3S后取出;通过白度仪测试白度值,评估产品防串色性能。
性能测试结果:
表1是实施例1~3和对比例1~2所制备多功能洗衣液的去污力测试结果。

注:洗涤前后,两次衣物之间的白度度差值≤0.2Wb,此洗衣液对衣物颜色有较明显保护、防止衣物褪色作用。

1.一种多功能洗衣液,其特征在于,按重量份计,原料包含:阴离子表面活性剂5~15份,非离子表面活性剂5~10份,两性表面活性剂1~5份,氨基酸类表面活性剂5~10份,非离子聚酯0.1~5份,乙烯基吡咯烷酮与乙烯基咪唑的共聚物1~5份,水解小麦蛋白和硅酮的共聚物0.1~5份,水处理树脂0.1~5份,羧酸成分1~3份,聚合物乳液0.5~1.5份,生物酶1~5份,抑菌剂0.01~1份,助剂0.1~5份,去离子水50~70份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能洗衣液,其特征在于,按重量份计,原料包含:阴离子表面活性剂8~12份,非离子表面活性剂6~9份,两性表面活性剂2~4份,氨基酸类表面活性剂6~8份,非离子聚酯0.1~5份,乙烯基吡咯烷酮与乙烯基咪唑的共聚物1~5份,水解小麦蛋白和硅酮的共聚物0.1~5份,水处理树脂0.1~5份,羧酸成分1~3份,聚合物乳液0.5~1.5份,生物酶1~5份,抑菌剂0.01~1份,助剂0.1~5份,去离子水50~70份。
3.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的多功能洗衣液,其特征在于,所述阴离子表面活性剂为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯钠,烷基磺酸钠的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的多功能洗衣液,其特征在于,所述非离子表面活性剂为脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,烷基葡糖苷的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多功能洗衣液,其特征在于,所述脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,烷基葡糖苷的重量比为(9~11):(2~4):1。
6.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的多功能洗衣液,其特征在于,所述两性表面活性剂为椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱,月桂酰胺丙基甜菜碱的混合物。
7.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的多功能洗衣液,其特征在于,所述氨基酸类表面活性剂为月桂酰肌氨酸钠,椰油酰谷氨酸钠的混合物。
8.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的多功能洗衣液,其特征在于,所述聚合物乳液为丙烯酸酯类共聚物乳液,苯乙烯/丙烯酸乳液的一种或多种。
9.根据权利要求1-2任一项所述的多功能洗衣液,其特征在于,所述生物酶,按重量份计,包括蛋白酶1~2份,纤维素酶0.1~1份,脂肪酶0.2~0.3份,淀粉酶0.1~0.2份和甘露聚糖酶0.05~0.15份。
10.一种根据权利要求1-9任一项所述的多功能洗衣液的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤包括:
(1)将阴离子表面活性剂与去离子水加入到烧杯中,在70~90℃下,搅拌25~35min,使其完全处于溶解状态;
(2)然后依次加入两性表面活性剂,非离子表面活性剂,氨基酸类表面活性剂,并开始降温至30~40℃;
(3)然后加入生物酶,聚合物乳液并搅拌均匀;
(4)然后依次加入非离子聚酯,乙烯基吡咯烷酮与乙烯基咪唑的共聚物,水解小麦蛋白和硅酮的共聚物,抑菌剂,助剂,降到室温,冷却得到微黄乳白色流动液体,即多功能洗衣液。
