技术领域
本发明属于医用腹部垫生产技术领域,特指一种光片棉带裁切焊接机构。
背景技术
在手术过程中,医生需要用医用腹部垫来吸液、沾血和止血。在现有的腹部垫的生产加工中主要在于将上下叠放在一起的多层纱布的周边的毛边向内部折叠后再进行缝合,以形成完整的腹部垫,并将棉带缝纫进去。并且要求缝合完成的腹部垫的外侧不会出现外翻毛边,然而现有都是通过人工缝制,提高生产成本的同时还降低了产品的合格率。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于腹部垫自动折叠缝纫设备中的对棉带和光片进行裁切、焊接的光片棉带裁切焊接机构。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种光片棉带裁切焊接机构,包括光片棉带焊接底板,还包括设置在光片棉带焊接底板上的
料筒机构,料筒机构用于放置棉带和光片;
光片及棉带传动机构,光片及棉带传动机构用于传送光片及棉带,
光片及棉带过渡机构,所述的光片及棉带过渡机构包括过渡吸附支撑座,且所述的料筒机构、光片及棉带传动机构、光片及棉带过渡机构设置在同一直线上;
棉带夹取及折返机构,棉带夹取及折返机构在光片及棉带过渡机构的一侧,
棉带对折牵引机构,棉带对折牵引机构设置在光片及棉带过渡机构的另一侧,
裁剪机构,在棉带对折牵引机构的下侧且与棉带夹取及折返机构相对的位置上设置有裁剪机构;
光片及棉带压紧机构,光片及棉带压紧机构设置在光片及棉带过渡机构靠光片及棉带传动机构的一侧;
光片棉带焊接机构,光片棉带焊接机构设置在光片及棉带过渡机构的一侧。
本发明进一步设置为:述的料筒机构包括在光片棉带焊接底板的一侧设置的料筒支架,料筒支架上设置有两个互为平行设置的料筒,在光片棉带焊接底板上、且位于料筒支架下侧靠近中部的位置固定设置有光片缓冲缸,在光片缓冲缸的驱动端上固定设置有若干光片缓冲滚轮。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的光片及棉带传动机构包括光片棉带传动支撑架,及依次设置在光片棉带传动支撑架上的光片支撑滚轮,光片加热座,光片及棉带传动承接架,光片及棉带出料承接座。
其中光片支撑滚轮包括光片滚轮座及设置在光片滚轮座上可自由旋转的第一光片从动轮,光片从第一光片从动轮上侧经过;
光片加热座从下至上包括依次设置的第一隔热底座、第一加热块及第一隔热板,在第一加热块靠第一隔热板的一侧上设置有供光片通过的光片滑动槽,光片在经过光片滑动槽时被第一隔热板加热;
光片及棉带传动承接架包括传动承接架本体及在传动承接架本体一侧上的棉片从传动轮组及光片传动轮组,棉片从动轮组包括从上至下交错分布的三个棉片从动轮,料筒上棉带条从棉带从动轮上交替穿过后进入光片及棉带出料承接座;光片传动轮组包括一个光片主动轮和一个第二光片从动轮,且第一光片主动轮和第二光片从动轮相抵,并在传动承接架本体的另一侧设置有带动光片主动轮旋转的光片传动电机,牵引杆为星形减速步进电机;
光片及棉带出料承接座从上至下包括依次设置的第二隔热底座,第二加热块及第二隔热块,在第二加热块靠第二隔热块的一侧上设置有供光片通过的光片滑动槽,光片从第二隔热底座上再次加热;而第二隔热板的上端两侧设置有两个互为对称的棉带过料轴,并在第二隔热板的上端且位于棉带过料轴的下侧设置有供棉带穿过的棉带穿过槽,并在第二隔热板的中部设置有带棉带压紧轮的棉带压轮座,棉带压紧轮位于棉带穿过槽上,并在棉带穿过槽靠光片及棉带过渡机构的一侧向第二加热块上的光片滑动槽贴和并和并的棉片下行槽,棉带下行槽向在第二隔热板靠光片及棉带过渡机构的方向形成出料口。在第一加热块和第二加热块内均设置有电热丝。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的棉带夹取及折返机构包括由驱动缸驱动的夹取十字滑台,在棉带夹取十字滑台的驱动端上固定有棉带夹取旋转缸,在棉带夹取旋转缸的驱动端设置有棉带夹取气爪。棉带夹取气爪设置在棉带夹取旋转缸上的一侧,通过棉带夹取旋转缸旋转180使得棉带夹取气爪存在一个高位和一个低位。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的棉带对折牵引机构包括棉带对折支撑架,在棉带对折支撑架上设置有棉带对折X向牵引机构,在棉带对折X向牵引机构的驱动端上固定设置有棉带对折Y向支撑板,在棉带对折Y向支撑板上设置有棉带对折Y向驱动缸,在棉带对折Y向驱动缸的驱动端上设置有带牵引杆的牵引固定块。棉带对折X向牵引机构可以为电动缸。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的光片及棉带过渡机构包括过渡吸附支撑座,过渡吸附支撑座上设置有过渡吸块,过渡吸块上形成有若干凸出的带安置槽的吸附凸起,在过渡吸附块远离光片及棉带传动机构的一侧设置有棉带托料板件。
在吸附凸起上的端面上设置有若干吸附孔,吸附凸起内部形成有通道,并在吸附凸起的外侧设置有可通气管的接头;通过吸附凸起的安置槽用于限制棉带整体的位置,并通过真空机连接吸附凸起外侧的接头从而确保光片牢牢得吸附在吸附凸起上,从而便于后期棉带与光片的焊接及移动。
本发明进一步设置为:在光片及棉带传动机构靠光片及棉带过渡机构的一侧设置有光片避空机构,所述的光片避空机构包括光片避空驱动缸,设置在光片避空驱动缸驱动端上的光片避空钣金,在光片避空驱动缸的带动下通过光片避空钣金限制光片能否移出光片及棉带出料承接座。光片避空钣金上下移动的过程中能挡住的第二隔热板出料口,通过光片避空机构能够防止光片在不需要时滑出,且能顶起从出料口出来的棉带。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的裁剪机构包括裁剪支撑架,在裁剪支撑架上设置有裁剪伸出缸,在裁剪伸出缸的驱动端上固定设置有气剪刀。通过设置的气剪刀能用于剪断光片和棉带。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的光片及棉带压紧机构包括焊接底座,在焊接底座靠光片及棉带过渡机构的一侧设置有光片及棉带下压紧缸,在光片及棉带下压紧缸的驱动端的一侧设置有光片及棉带下压紧固定板,在光片及棉带下压紧固定板的上端设置有压向焊接底座的光片压料板;在光片及棉带下压紧固定板的外侧设置有棉带上压紧缸,在棉带上压紧缸的驱动端上固定设置有棉带压紧板,在棉带压紧板的上端设置有压向光片压料板的棉带上压料板。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的光片棉带焊接机构包括焊接支撑台,焊接支撑台上设置有带滑块的焊接导轨,滑块上固定设置有朝向焊接底座的超声波焊机,并在焊接支撑台上设置有带动超声波焊机移动的焊接位移缸。
还包括一个外设的控制柜,控制柜内设置有控制电路及控制器等,光片棉带裁切焊接机构的驱动缸或电机等的动作均由控制器编程控制。与现有技术相比本发明具备以下优点:通过设置光片棉带裁切焊接机构用于制作缝合在腹部垫一侧的棉带,棉带包括一根对折的棉带条及设置在棉带条两头对折处的光片,通过光片棉带裁切焊接机构将棉带条对折,并在棉带条两头对折处的插入光片,并将光片焊接在棉带条上。

料筒支架46上设置的两个料筒,一个料筒用于放置棉带卷,另一个料筒用于放置光片卷,光片缓冲缸47设置在放置光片卷所在料筒的下方,光片为柔性有机材质;在光片缓冲缸47的驱动端朝上,且在光片缓冲驱动缸的驱动端上固定设置有光片缓冲支撑架,在光片缓冲支撑架上设置有三个呈等腰三角分布的可自由滚动的光片缓冲滚轮48;光片从位于靠近放置光片卷一侧的且为等腰三角形底角位置的光片缓冲滚轮48下段穿过,后从位于等腰三角形顶尖位置的光片缓冲滚轮48上端穿过,最后从位于等腰三角形另一个底角的下侧穿过,后进入光片及棉带传动机构49;而通过驱动光片缓冲缸47能起到收紧或松弛进入光片及棉带传动机构49中的光片,从而能在光片传送时起到良好的缓冲作用。

光片及棉带出料承接座49e从上至下包括依次设置的第二隔热底座,第二加热块及第二隔热块,在第二加热块靠第二隔热块的一侧上设置有供光片通过的光片滑动槽,光片从第二隔热底座上再次加热;而第二隔热板的上端两侧设置有两个互为对称的棉带过料轴,并在第二隔热板的上端且位于棉带过料轴的下侧设置有供棉带穿过的棉带穿过槽,并在第二隔热板的中部设置有带棉带压紧轮的棉带压轮座,棉带压紧轮位于棉带穿过槽上,并在棉带穿过槽靠光片及棉带过渡机构50的一侧向第二加热块上的光片滑动槽贴和并和并的棉片下行槽,棉带下行槽向在第二隔热板靠光片及棉带过渡机构50的方向形成出料口。在第一加热块和第二加热块内均设置有电热丝。
通过光片加热底座即光片及棉带出料承接座49e的两次加热,通过加热减小光片表面的褶皱使得光片处在舒展平直状态,而通过光片传动电机能给光片传动提供动力。而设置的棉带从动轮和棉带压紧轮及棉带过料块的配合能确保棉带输送的稳定性。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的棉带夹取及折返机构51包括由驱动缸驱动的夹取十字滑台51a,在棉带夹取十字滑台51a的驱动端上固定有棉带夹取旋转缸,在棉带夹取旋转缸的驱动端设置有棉带夹取气爪51b。棉带夹取气爪51b设置在棉带夹取旋转缸上的一侧,通过棉带夹取旋转缸旋转180使得棉带夹取气爪51b存在一个高位和一个低位。
通过棉带夹取十字滑台51a带动棉带夹取旋转缸做X向与Y向的运动,从而带动棉带夹取气爪51b去抓取棉带拉动棉带并加棉带一端进行旋转。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的棉带对折牵引机构52包括棉带对折支撑架52a,在棉带对折支撑架52a上设置有棉带对折X向牵引机构52b,在棉带对折X向牵引机构52b的驱动端上固定设置有棉带对折Y向支撑板,在棉带对折Y向支撑板上设置有棉带对折Y向驱动缸52c,在棉带对折Y向驱动缸52c的驱动端上设置有带牵引杆52d的牵引固定块。棉带对折X向牵引机构52b可以为电动缸。
通过采用上述的技术方案,棉带夹取气爪51b夹取从光片及棉带出料承接座49e上移出的棉带,并向远离光片及棉带出料承接座49e的一侧移动,后牵引杆52d在折Y向驱动缸的驱动下移至光片及棉带出料承接座49e出料的位移,而此时棉带夹取气爪51b夹取的棉带位于牵引杆52d的上侧,后棉带夹取旋转缸旋转,带动棉带夹取气爪51b夹取棉带的一端沿牵引杆52d旋转至牵引杆52d的下端(此时棉带夹角气爪位高位),从而使得棉带半包牵引杆52d呈回折的半环状结构,后在棉带对折X向牵引机构52b的带动下将棉带向远离光片及棉带传动机构49的方向牵引,由于棉带的一端被棉带夹取气爪51b夹住,从而形成了对折的状态。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的光片及棉带过渡机构50包括过渡吸附支撑座50a,过渡吸附支撑座50a上设置有过渡吸块50b,过渡吸块50b上形成有若干凸出的带安置槽的吸附凸起50c,在过渡吸附块远离光片及棉带传动机构49的一侧设置有棉带托料板件50d。
在吸附凸起50c上的端面上设置有若干吸附孔,吸附凸起50c内部形成有通道,并在吸附凸起50c的外侧设置有可通气管的接头;通过吸附凸起50c的安置槽用于限制棉带整体的位置,并通过真空机连接吸附凸起50c外侧的接头从而确保光片牢牢得吸附在吸附凸起50c上,从而便于后期棉带与光片的焊接及移动。
本发明进一步设置为:在光片及棉带传动机构49靠光片及棉带过渡机构50的一侧设置有光片避空机构56,所述的光片避空机构56包括光片避空驱动缸56a,设置在光片避空驱动缸56a驱动端上的光片避空钣金56b,在光片避空驱动缸56a的带动下通过光片避空钣金56b限制光片能否移出光片及棉带出料承接座49e。光片避空钣金56b上下移动的过程中能挡住的第二隔热板出料口,通过光片避空机构56能够防止光片在不需要时滑出,且能顶起从出料口出来的棉带。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的裁剪机构53包括裁剪支撑架53a,在裁剪支撑架53a上设置有裁剪伸出缸53b,在裁剪伸出缸53b的驱动端上固定设置有气剪刀53c。通过设置的气剪刀53c能用于剪断光片和棉带。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的光片及棉带压紧机构54包括焊接底座54a,在焊接底座54a靠光片及棉带过渡机构50的一侧设置有光片及棉带下压紧缸54b,在光片及棉带下压紧缸54b的驱动端的一侧设置有光片及棉带下压紧固定板54c,在光片及棉带下压紧固定板54c的上端设置有压向焊接底座54a的光片压料板54d;在光片及棉带下压紧固定板54c的外侧设置有棉带上压紧缸54e,在棉带上压紧缸54e的驱动端上固定设置有棉带压紧板,在棉带压紧板的上端设置有压向光片压料板54d的棉带上压料板54f。
通过采用上述的技术方案,棉带上压料板54f与棉带下压料板之间为张开状态,且棉带下压料板处在远离焊接底座54a的位置,后驱动光片传动电机带动光片向吸附底座方向上移动,通过棉带夹取气爪51b的配合使得光片先经过焊接底座54a后到吸附底座上,移动一定距离后光片传动电机停止,在驱动棉带下压板下移抵向焊接底座54a(此时棉带上压板与棉带下压板还处在张开状态),使得光片抵在焊接底座54a上,后驱动棉带夹取气爪51b松开在调整位置后再夹取光片,再通过气剪刀53c剪断光片,剪短后棉带夹取气爪51b松开光片,并控制驱动光片传动电机收回延伸出出料口的光片;后棉带夹取气爪51b再驱动夹取棉带,后棉带通过牵引杆52d将棉带从棉带上压板与棉带下压板之间经过后,直至移动到一定距离后棉带上压板与棉带下压板再闭合,夹住棉带,后棉带被固定在光片上,再驱动牵引杆52d退出棉带;再驱动夹紧气爪松开位移折叠棉带上侧的棉带一端,后再将棉带下侧夹住,在驱动气剪刀53c将棉带剪断;而此时棉带上压板与棉带下压板夹持着棉带位于焊接底座54a上。棉带被剪端后棉带夹取气爪51b松开,后通过棉带夹取旋转缸移动低位;当棉带夹取气爪51b下次夹取棉带前,光片避空钣金56b会顶起从出料口出来的棉带,从而能便于棉带夹取气爪51b的夹取。
本发明进一步设置为:所述的光片棉带焊接机构55包括焊接支撑台55a,焊接支撑台55a上设置有带滑块的焊接导轨,滑块上固定设置有朝向焊接底座54a的超声波焊机55b,并在焊接支撑台55a上设置有带动超声波焊机55b移动的焊接位移缸55c。
通过超声波焊机55b对折叠的棉带及光片进行焊接固定。
还包括一个外设的控制柜,控制柜内设置有控制电路及控制器等,光片棉带裁切焊接机构的驱动缸或电机等的动作均由控制器编程控制。上述实施例仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并非依此限制本发明的保护范围,故:凡依本发明的结构、形状、原理所做的等效变化,均应涵盖于本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种光片棉带裁切焊接机构,其特征是:包括光片棉带焊接底板(45),还包括设置在光片棉带焊接底板(45)上的
料筒机构,料筒机构用于放置棉带和光片;
光片及棉带传动机构(49),光片及棉带传动机构(49)用于传送光片及棉带;
光片及棉带过渡机构(50),所述的料筒机构、光片及棉带传动机构(49)、光片及棉带过渡机构(50)设置在同一直线上;
棉带夹取及折返机构(51),棉带夹取及折返机构(51)在光片及棉带过渡机构(50)的一侧;
棉带对折牵引机构(52),棉带对折牵引机构(52)设置在光片及棉带过渡机构(50)的另一侧;
裁剪机构(53),在棉带对折牵引机构(52)的下侧且与棉带夹取及折返机构(51)相对的位置上设置有裁剪机构(53);
光片及棉带压紧机构(54),光片及棉带压紧机构(54)设置在光片及棉带过渡机构(50)靠光片及棉带传动机构(49)的一侧;
光片棉带焊接机构(55),光片棉带焊接机构(55)设置在光片及棉带过渡机构(50)的一侧;
所述的光片及棉带传动机构(49)包括光片棉带传动支撑架(49a),及依次设置在光片棉带传动支撑架(49a)上的光片支撑滚轮(49b),光片加热座(49c),光片及棉带传动承接架(49d),光片及棉带出料承接座(49e);
所述的棉带夹取及折返机构(51)包括由驱动缸驱动的夹取十字滑台(51a),在棉带夹取十字滑台(51a)的驱动端上固定有棉带夹取旋转缸,在棉带夹取旋转缸的驱动端设置有棉带夹取气爪(51b);
所述的棉带对折牵引机构(52)包括棉带对折支撑架(52a),在棉带对折支撑架(52a)上设置有棉带对折X向牵引机构(52b),在棉带对折X向牵引机构(52b)的驱动端上固定设置有棉带对折Y向支撑板,在棉带对折Y向支撑板上设置有棉带对折Y向驱动缸(52c),在棉带对折Y向驱动缸(52c)的驱动端上设置有带牵引杆(52d)的牵引固定块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的光片棉带裁切焊接机构,其特征是:所述的料筒机构包括在光片棉带焊接底板(45)的一侧设置的料筒支架(46),料筒支架(46)上设置有两个互为平行设置的料筒,在光片棉带焊接底板(45)上、且位于料筒支架(46)下侧靠近中部的位置固定设置有光片缓冲缸(47),在光片缓冲缸(47)的驱动端上固定设置有若干光片缓冲滚轮(48)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的光片棉带裁切焊接机构,其特征是:所述的光片及棉带过渡机构(50)包括过渡吸附支撑座(50a),过渡吸附支撑座(50a)上设置有过渡吸块(50b),过渡吸块(50b)上形成有若干凸出的带安置槽的吸附凸起(50c),在过渡吸附块远离光片及棉带传动机构(49)的一侧设置有棉带托料板件(50d)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的光片棉带裁切焊接机构,其特征是:在光片及棉带传动机构(49)靠光片及棉带过渡机构(50)的一侧设置有光片避空机构(56),所述的光片避空机构(56)包括光片避空驱动缸(56a),设置在光片避空驱动缸(56a)驱动端上的光片避空钣金(56b),在光片避空驱动缸(56a)的带动下通过光片避空钣金(56b)限制光片能否移出光片及棉带出料承接座(49e)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的光片棉带裁切焊接机构,其特征是:所述的裁剪机构(53)包括裁剪支撑架(53a),在裁剪支撑架(53a)上设置有裁剪伸出缸(53b),在裁剪伸出缸(53b)的驱动端上固定设置有气剪刀(53c)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的光片棉带裁切焊接机构,其特征是:所述的光片及棉带压紧机构(54)包括焊接底座(54a),在焊接底座(54a)靠光片及棉带过渡机构的一侧设置有光片及棉带下压紧缸(54b),在光片及棉带下压紧缸(54b)的驱动端的一侧设置有光片及棉带下压紧固定板(54c),在光片及棉带下压紧固定板(54c)的上端设置有压向焊接底座(54a)的光片压料板(54d);在光片及棉带下压紧固定板(54c)的外侧设置有棉带上压紧缸(54e),在棉带上压紧缸(54e)的驱动端上固定设置有棉带压紧板,在棉带压紧板的上端设置有压向光片压料板(54d)的棉带上压料板(54f)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的光片棉带裁切焊接机构,其特征是:所述的光片棉带焊接机构(55)包括焊接支撑台(55a),焊接支撑台(55a)上设置有带滑块的焊接导轨,滑块上固定设置有朝向焊接底座(54a)的超声波焊机(55b),并在焊接支撑台(55a)上设置有带动超声波焊机(55b)移动的焊接位移缸(55c)。
