Abstract
The invention relates to A61K8, in particular to an oil-control acne-removal skin-care composition and a preparation method thereof. The raw materials of the oil-controlling acne-removing skin-care composition comprise glycine substances, an anti-oil and fat oxidizing agent and azelaic acid derivatives. The oil-control acne-removing composition provided by the invention is applied to a skin care product, and can effectively condition the skin and maintain the balance of skin tissue barriers. By inhibiting 5 alpha-reductase, the activity of sebaceous glands is reduced, so that excessive secretion of sebum is reduced, and acne is removed from the root. The invention can be widely applied to face cleaning, skin care and body beautifying products, and effectively improves the skin condition.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to A61K8, in particular to an oil-control acne-removal skin-care composition and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Whether dry, oily, neutral or mixed hides, are often subject to oil development. The excessive secretion of skin oil causes pores to become a bacterial hotbed, thereby inducing a series of problems of mouth closure, acne and the like, so people need to use corresponding oil-control skin care products to improve the skin problem.
The patent number CN113456534A provides an oil-controlling acne-removing mixture with multiple skin-care effects and a preparation method thereof, and by adding a sterilization acne-removing component and multiple penetration-promoting components, acne can be quickly inhibited, skin can be conditioned, and secretion of grease can be reduced, so that a certain effect of preventing recurrence of acne can be achieved.
However, some natural plant extracts in these oil control skin care products have slightly changed properties with the increase of the placing time and the change of the external environment, so that the efficacy is greatly influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides, in a first aspect, an oil-controlling, acne-removing skin care composition, which comprises glycine, an anti-sebum oxidant and an azelaic acid derivative as raw materials.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the glycine-containing substance is caprylyl glycine and/or lauroyl glycine.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the anti-grease-oxidizing agent is one or more selected from cinnamomum zeylanicum bark extract, nordihydroguaiaretic acid, and gallnut extract.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the azelaic acid derivative is selected from one or more of azelaic acid cyclodextrin inclusion compound, potassium azelate diglycine and potassium azelate amino acid salt.
Potassium azelaic acid diglycine
Potassium azelate diglycinate is an azelaic acid derivative, has water solubility and small using amount, has good effect of regulating oil secretion, and has remarkable whitening effect. Research shows that the polypeptide can play a biological effect on the basis of ensuring safety. It has good inhibitory effect on seborrheic and acne problems of skin. When the whitening cream is applied to the skin of a human body, the effective activity of tyrosinase can be competitively inhibited, the whitening effect is achieved, the skin moisturizing capability can be improved, and the skin tissue elasticity can be improved.
As a preferable technical scheme, the raw materials of the oil-controlling acne-removing skin-care composition comprise deionized water, propylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate and disodium EDTA.
As a preferable technical scheme, the raw materials of the oil-controlling acne-removing skin-care composition comprise butanediol, p-hydroxyacetophenone and 1, 2-hexanediol.
As a preferred technical scheme, the raw materials of the oil-controlling acne-removing skin-care composition comprise deionized water, butanediol, a scutellaria baicalensis root extract, a sophora flavescens root extract and a glycyrrhiza inflata root extract.
The raw materials of the oil-control acne-removing skin-care composition in the preferable technical scheme of the invention also comprise hexanediol, sarcosine, butanediol, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol and methyl hydroxybenzoate.
As a preferable technical scheme of the invention, the raw materials of the oil-controlling acne-removing skin-care composition comprise essence and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, wherein the weight ratio of the essence to the PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil is (0.001-0.2): (0.004-0.8).
The applicant has found unexpectedly in a great number of experiments that the addition of specific anti-grease oxidizing agents and a glycine substance to the skin care composition can stabilize the skin care composition, prolong the storage time of the skin care composition to a certain extent, and avoid the negative effects that natural plant extracts slightly change the properties of the natural plant extracts along with the increase of the storage time and the change of the external environment. The applicant speculates that this may be due to the fact that the anti-grease oxidant, the extract of cinnamomum zeylanicum bark, contains terpenoids, which have unsaturated bonds as reactive sites, and interact with caprylyl glycine and potassium azelaioyl diglycine, and simultaneously, the terpenoids and other substances in the skin care product system synergistically act, and the molecules of the substances are tightly combined, so that the stability among the molecules of the composition is increased, the storage time of the skin care composition is prolonged, and the negative influence on the skin care composition caused by the change of the external environment is reduced. This effect is particularly pronounced with the skin care composition system provided by the present invention.
