b. and (b) concentrating the extracting solution obtained in the step a by 10-50 times to obtain a concentrated solution, adsorbing and purifying the obtained concentrated solution by using macroporous adsorption resin, eluting by using 10-95 wt% of ethanol water solution, and collecting eluent to obtain the rhodiola rosea extract.
The second aspect of the invention provides a preparation method of the health-care particles with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young and resisting aging, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing a grape seed extract, queen bee embryo powder, a rhodiola root extract, an astragalus extract, an angelica extract, deep sea fish collagen peptide, a green tea extract, vitamin C, water-soluble cyclodextrin, a flavoring agent and a lubricating agent according to the formula ratio;
s2, uniformly mixing the grape seed extract, the queen bee larva powder, the rhodiola rosea extract, the astragalus extract, the angelica extract, the deep sea fish collagen peptide, the green tea extract and the vitamin C which are weighed in the step S1 to obtain a mixture A;
s3, uniformly mixing the water-soluble cyclodextrin weighed in the step S1, a flavoring agent and a lubricant to obtain a mixture B;

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, this embodiment provides a method for preparing a grape seed extract, including the following steps:
(1) placing grape seeds in an extraction tank, adding 20 wt% ethanol water solution with volume 3 times of that of the grape seeds, soaking and extracting for 2.5 hours;
(2) collecting the extracting solution in the step (1), evaporating and recovering ethanol, extracting with ethyl acetate, recovering ethyl acetate from the extracting solution, dissolving with water, purifying with macroporous resin, eluting with 70 wt% ethanol water solution, concentrating the eluent, drying, and pulverizing to obtain grape seed extract.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 2, this embodiment provides a preparation method of queen bee larva powder, including the following steps:
A. putting queen bee embryo into vacuum freeze-drying machine for freeze-drying;
B. and D, grinding the freeze-dried queen bee embryo obtained in the step A into fine powder of 120 meshes to obtain queen bee embryo powder.
Wherein, the freeze-drying treatment in the step A comprises the following steps: freezing queen bee embryo at-30 deg.C for 2 hr, slowly heating to 40 deg.C, and keeping the temperature for 5 hr to complete freeze drying of queen bee embryo.
Specifically, the temperature increase rate in step A was 10 ℃/2 h.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 3, this embodiment provides a method for preparing a rhodiola rosea extract, including the following steps:
a. pulverizing radix Rhodiolae to 80 mesh, adding 10 times of 20 wt% ethanol water solution, and extracting at 45 deg.C for 5 hr to obtain extractive solution;
b. and (b) concentrating the extracting solution obtained in the step a by 30 times to obtain a concentrated solution, adsorbing and purifying the obtained concentrated solution by using macroporous adsorption resin, eluting by using 90 wt% ethanol water solution, and collecting eluent to obtain the rhodiola rosea extract.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a health-care particle with effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young and resisting aging, which comprises the following raw materials by weight: 15g of grape seed extract, 10g of queen bee larva powder, 5g of rhodiola rosea extract, 6.5g of astragalus extract, 4g of angelica extract, 15g of deep sea fish collagen peptide, 3g of green tea extract, vitamin C6g, 113g of water-soluble cyclodextrin, 1.2g of flavoring agent and 0.5g of lubricant.
Wherein, the flavoring agent is a mixture of mannitol and xylitol, and the mass ratio of mannitol to xylitol is 1: 1.
wherein the lubricant is magnesium stearate.
The deep-sea fish collagen peptide consists of sea bass collagen peptide and cod collagen peptide, and the mass ratio of the sea bass collagen peptide to the cod collagen peptide is 1: 2.
In addition, referring to fig. 4, the preparation method of the health-care particle with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young and resisting aging in the embodiment includes the following steps:
s1, weighing a grape seed extract, queen bee embryo powder, a rhodiola root extract, an astragalus extract, an angelica extract, deep sea fish collagen peptide, a green tea extract, vitamin C, water-soluble cyclodextrin, a flavoring agent and a lubricating agent according to the formula ratio;
s2, uniformly mixing the grape seed extract, the queen bee larva powder, the rhodiola rosea extract, the astragalus extract, the angelica extract, the deep sea fish collagen peptide, the green tea extract and the vitamin C which are weighed in the step S1 to obtain a mixture A;
s3, uniformly mixing the water-soluble cyclodextrin weighed in the step S1, a flavoring agent and a lubricant to obtain a mixture B;
s4, adding 70 wt% ethanol water solution into the mixture A obtained in the step S2, cold soaking and extracting for 3 times, filtering, combining filtrates, concentrating to obtain thick paste, and concentrating by taking water as a reference substance until the relative density of the thick paste is 1.3-1.35 (60 ℃);
s5, adding the mixture B obtained in the step S3 into the thick paste obtained in the step S4, uniformly stirring, spray-drying, crushing, granulating, grading, and performing microwave sterilization to obtain the health-care granules with the effects of maintaining beauty, keeping young and resisting aging.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a health-care particle with effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young and resisting aging, which comprises the following raw materials by weight: 5g of grape seed extract, 2g of queen bee embryo powder, 1g of rhodiola rosea extract, 2g of astragalus extract, 1g of angelica extract, 5g of deep sea fish collagen peptide, 0.2g of green tea extract, 0.1g of vitamin C, 30g of water-soluble cyclodextrin, 0.5g of flavoring agent and 0.1g of lubricant.

Test example 1
And (5) a test of efficacy of maintaining beauty and keeping young.
The health granules of example 4, example 5 and example 6 were subjected to clinical tests.
80 female subjects, age 30-60 years, were selected and randomized into four groups of 20 individuals each, the first group being a control group and the second, third and fourth groups being a test diet group. The following symptoms were present in all 80 female subjects: the face is dark and light, and has little luster; rough skin, not fine enough; dark skin, hyperpigmentation; sallow complexion and lack of ruddiness; more wrinkles, and haggard; has chloasma and black speck. Wherein, 20g of the health-care granules in the second group are taken once a day in the morning and evening, 20g of the health-care granules in the third group are taken once a day in the morning and evening, and 20g of the health-care granules in the fourth group are taken once a day in the morning and evening, and the curative effect is judged after the health-care granules in the third group are taken for 4 months continuously.
The therapeutic effect criteria are as follows:
1. the effect is shown: the face color is changed from dark to light, and the face is glossy; the skin roughness is improved, and the skin is fine and smooth; improvement of dark skin, fair skin, reduction of melanin; the complexion is improved to be sallow and yellow, and the complexion is ruddy; the wrinkles are reduced and lightened; the areas of chloasma and black speck are reduced, and the color is lightened.
2. The method has the following advantages: improve complexion, skin, wrinkle and black spot.
3. And (4) invalidation: the appearance is unchanged.
After four months, the first group of 20 people has 1 effective person, 3 effective persons and 16 ineffective persons, and the total effective rate is 20%; in the second group of 20 people, 10 people are effective, 9 people are effective, 1 person is ineffective, and the total effective rate is 95%; in the third group of 20 people, 8 people are effective, 10 people are effective, and 2 people are ineffective, and the total effective rate is 90%; in the fourth group of 20 people, 14 people with obvious effect, 5 people with effect and 1 person with no effect exist, and the total effective rate is 95%. From the above, the health-care particles of the present invention have excellent effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young.
Test example 2
And (5) an anti-aging efficacy test.
Randomly dividing 100 mice into 4 groups, wherein the first group is a control group, and is not administered with any health granule and is on normal diet; the other 3 groups were administered the health granules provided in examples 4-6, respectively, in addition to the normal diet. Wherein the second group is administered with the health promoting granules provided in example 4, the third group is administered with the health promoting granules provided in example 5, and the fourth group is administered with the health promoting granules provided in example 6. After 28 days of continuous gavage, the mice were sacrificed and blood was taken to prepare serum, and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) activities in the serum were measured, and the results are shown in FIGS. 5 and 6.
As can be seen from fig. 5 and 6, the health-care granules of the present invention have excellent anti-aging effects, wherein the anti-aging effects of the health-care granules of example 6 are better than those of examples 4 and 5.
Although embodiments of the present invention have been shown and described, it will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes, modifications, substitutions and alterations can be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the invention, the scope of which is defined in the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (9)
1. A health-care particle with effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young and resisting aging is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5-15 parts of grape seed extract, 1-10 parts of queen bee larva powder, 0.5-5 parts of rhodiola rosea extract, 2-6.5 parts of astragalus extract, 1-4 parts of angelica extract, 5-15 parts of deep sea fish collagen peptide, 0.2-3 parts of green tea extract, 0.1-6 parts of vitamin C, 10-120 parts of water-soluble cyclodextrin, 0.2-2 parts of flavoring agent and 0.1-1 part of lubricant.
2. The health-care particle with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young and resisting aging as claimed in claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 12 parts of grape seed extract, 7 parts of queen bee larva powder, 3 parts of rhodiola rosea extract, 4.2 parts of astragalus extract, 2.1 parts of angelica extract, 10 parts of deep sea fish collagen peptide, 2 parts of green tea extract, 1 parts of vitamin C, 85 parts of water-soluble cyclodextrin, 1 part of flavoring agent and 0.5 part of lubricant.
3. The health granule with effects of caring skin and resisting aging according to claim 1, wherein the correctant is at least one of mannitol and xylitol, and the lubricant is at least one of magnesium stearate and zinc stearate.
4. The health-care particle with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young and resisting aging as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the grape seed extract comprises the following steps:
(1) placing grape seeds in an extraction tank, adding a 5-20 wt% ethanol water solution 2-3 times the volume of the grape seeds, and soaking and extracting for 2-3 hours;
(2) collecting the extracting solution obtained in the step (1), evaporating and recovering ethanol, extracting with ethyl acetate, recovering ethyl acetate from the extracting solution, dissolving with water, purifying with macroporous resin, eluting with 60-80 wt% ethanol water solution, and finally concentrating, drying and crushing the eluent to obtain the grape seed extract.
5. The health granule with skin caring and anti-aging effects as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of queen bee embryo powder comprises the following steps:
A. putting queen bee embryo into vacuum freeze-drying machine for freeze-drying;
B. and D, grinding the freeze-dried queen bee embryo obtained in the step A into fine powder of 100-130 meshes to obtain the queen bee embryo powder.

The health-care particle with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young and resisting aging as claimed in claim 5, wherein the freeze-drying treatment in the step A comprises the following steps: freezing the queen bee larva at a low temperature of-40 to-25 ℃ for 2 to 3 hours, slowly heating to 40 to 48 ℃, and then preserving heat for 4 to 7 hours to finish the freeze drying of the queen bee larva.
7. The health granule with skin caring and anti-aging effects as claimed in claim 6, wherein the temperature rising rate in step A is 10 ℃/2 h.
8. The health-care granule with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young and resisting aging as claimed in claim 1, wherein the preparation method of the rhodiola rosea extract comprises the following steps:
a. crushing rhodiola rosea to 50-100 meshes, adding 5-20 times of 5-20 wt% ethanol water solution by mass, and leaching for 1-7 hours at 30-60 ℃ to obtain an extracting solution;
b. and (b) concentrating the extracting solution obtained in the step a by 10-50 times to obtain a concentrated solution, adsorbing and purifying the obtained concentrated solution by using macroporous adsorption resin, eluting by using 10-95 wt% of ethanol water solution, and collecting eluent to obtain the rhodiola rosea extract.
9. A method for preparing the health-care granules with the effects of maintaining beauty and keeping young and resisting aging according to any one of claims 1 to 8, which comprises the following steps:
s1, weighing a grape seed extract, queen bee embryo powder, a rhodiola root extract, an astragalus extract, an angelica extract, deep sea fish collagen peptide, a green tea extract, vitamin C, water-soluble cyclodextrin, a flavoring agent and a lubricating agent according to the formula ratio;
s2, uniformly mixing the grape seed extract, the queen bee larva powder, the rhodiola rosea extract, the astragalus extract, the angelica extract, the deep sea fish collagen peptide, the green tea extract and the vitamin C which are weighed in the step S1 to obtain a mixture A;
s3, uniformly mixing the water-soluble cyclodextrin weighed in the step S1, a flavoring agent and a lubricant to obtain a mixture B;
s4, adding 50-80 wt% of ethanol water solution into the mixture A obtained in the step S2, performing cold soaking extraction for 2-3 times, filtering, combining filtrates, and concentrating to obtain thick paste with the relative density of 1.3-1.35 (60 ℃);
s5, adding the mixture B obtained in the step S3 into the thick paste obtained in the step S4, uniformly stirring, spray-drying, crushing, granulating, grading, and performing microwave sterilization to obtain the health-care granules with the effects of maintaining beauty, keeping young and resisting aging.
