Experiment 1
Working pressure is high, people stay up night frequently on duty, and people with qi stagnation, chest distress, dysphoria, irritability and constipation xerosis are selected randomly, and 195 office workers suffering from diabetes are unlimited in male and female, and the age group is 20-55 years old.
The volunteers are divided into 13 groups on average, and each group of volunteers eat the cyan nutritional breakfast cereal prepared in the same example or comparative example, and eat one bag of the cereal in the morning every day, and each time, 200 ml of boiled water is used for brewing for eating, and the cereal is continuously eaten for 14 days.
Test 1

The scores of all groups of volunteers were counted, and the average of the scores of all groups was calculated and recorded.

According to the data comparison between the example 2 and the comparative examples 1 to 4 in the tables 4 and 5, only by adopting the fructo-oligosaccharide, the Chinese waxgourd peel, the inulin and the sea sedge in specific proportions to be compounded in a synergistic manner, the effects of better and simultaneously ensuring the taste and the flavor, improving the intestinal function and protecting the liver of the green nutritious breakfast cereal are facilitated, the sub-health state of a human body is improved, the green nutritious breakfast cereal is more delicious and easy to enter the mouth, the requirements of modern office workers are more easily met, and the taste and the efficacy of the green nutritious breakfast cereal are easily influenced due to the absence of any component.
