Abstract
The invention provides an acarid-removing and disinfecting composition, a preparation method and application thereof. The mite-removing and disinfecting composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 20-50 parts of acer truncatum leaf extract, 20-40 parts of melaleuca alternifolia essential oil microcapsule, 10-25 parts of melaleuca alternifolia branch and leaf extract and 5-25 parts of salt. The mite-killing and disinfecting composition provided by the invention is compounded by using plant extracts, is mild and does not irritate, and a plurality of active ingredients act synergistically, so that good sterilizing and mite-killing effects can be obtained under the condition of low usage amount. Meanwhile, the composition has stable performance and low cost, is suitable for sterilization and disinfection of places and industries such as schools, hospitals, public transportation means and the like, and is also suitable for being added into daily chemicals for daily mite removal and sterilization.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical products, in particular to an mite-removing and disinfecting composition, a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
Mites are a miniature pest which has great harm to human health, are very various, have soft and very small body shapes, can be just seen by naked eyes, have the size of about 0.5mm, and have the size of 0.1mm. It is widely used in every corner of our daily life, such as carpets, sofas, mattresses, pillows, summer sleeping mats, etc., and can be parasitic in the pilo-sebaceous glands of human skin to absorb nutrient substances and sebum secretion in cells, thereby damaging human skin; and the excrement and the remains thereof are strong allergic sources, and can cause skin itch, allergic rhinitis, respiratory tract infection, urticaria, asthma and other symptoms.
At present, most people adopt a physical method, such as a method of using a mite removing instrument, sun exposure, frequent washing and the like, various chemical mite removing products such as mite removing bags, mite removing sprays and the like are different, most of the chemical mite removing products claim that the plants remove mites and drive mites, but most of the chemical mite removing products are plant extracts with the functions of sterilizing and removing mites and the like, usually the active ingredients of the agents playing a main role are not high, a large adding amount is often required to really realize the mite removing effect, the extracts related to the Chinese herbal medicines also contain more other complex ingredients and extracting solvents, other potential risks are caused when the extracts are added into the products in a large amount, and the stability, the appearance, the smell and the like of the system can be influenced. In addition, certain chemical mite-killing agents are added or compounded in the formula by a merchant to achieve a better mite-killing effect, but certain chemical mite-killing agents also contain certain toxicity.
Acer truncatum (Acer Truncatum Bunge), also known as Acer truncatum, is a tree of Aceraceae family, and is named as ancient "gold ingot" because of its samara shape. Belongs to the special tree species in China. The plant is rich in various secondary metabolites and bioactive substances, has various benefits such as medicinal use, oil, tannin, chemical industry, greening, ornamental effect, water and soil conservation and the like, and has high development and utilization values. The acer truncatum leaf extract contains rich flavone and chlorogenic acid, has remarkable degerming effect, can resist alkaline environment, has strong oxidation resistance, and has good inhibitory activity on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, salmonella, hemolytic streptococcus, bacillus subtilis and pseudomonas aeruginosa. Low cost, easy availability and high safety.
The melaleuca alternifolia (Melaleuca alternifolia Cheel) is also called Australian tea tree, belongs to melaleuca plants of Myrtaceae, is native to the regions of the south of Australia, such as 23.5-degree coastal region and the north of the northern territory, and is known as Australian national treasures. In the 90 th century, the white-layer tree seeds of the leaves of the plant are successfully introduced in Guangdong, guangxi, hainan, fujian, yunnan and the like of China, a certain planting scale is formed, and in recent years, a large amount of plants are planted in the south of China. According to the clinical test of modern science and medicine, the essential oil of melaleuca alternifolia (Australian tea tree) contains terpineol, terpinene, eucalyptol, various chemical components such as cymene, limonene, terpinene and the like, is a powerful broad-spectrum bactericidal substance, has stronger activity inhibition capability and the effects of resisting bacteria, sterilizing, inhibiting bacteria, activating cells by killing viruses and the like for 57 of 58 bacteria, fungi and viruses in nature, has the sterilization effect which is 11-13 times of that of the lithocarbonic acid, and is listed in the purchase directory of the Food and Drug Administration (FDA); in 2001, the European pharmacopoeia is also included. The melaleuca alternifolia branches and leaves contain rich flavone, betulinic acid, gallic acid, beta-sitosterol, protocatechuic acid and the like, and the extract has strong antioxidant activity and remarkable degerming effect, and has good inhibitory activity on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, salmonella, streptococci, and the like.
