2.相关技术的描述

发明内容

在洁净室内,人员可以执行需要洁净、无尘环境的研发活动或制造。此类空间的用途是无数的。洁净室是在工厂中作为模块化建筑来被制造的,并且然后在仓库或其他灰空间(gray space)中使用平坦地板与其他洁净室连接在一起,这一事实通常意味着,与在适当的地方建造同等的房间相比,该洁净室的墙壁更笔直,并且公差更严格。此外,洁净室的电气系统和其他公用设施可以在运输之前使用集中测试装备进行工厂检查。这通常会得到更好的质量检查且在最终产品中有更少的泄漏。
图2A至图2B是正在被组合在一起的两个模块化建筑区段的内部透视图。具有间隙空间220的两个框架204和金属结构支撑件205在光滑、平坦的地板上一起水平地移动,从而使得该两个框架接合。然后将两个框架204用螺栓连接并且固定在一起,使得它们的地板会聚并且它们的天花板210连接以形成共同的地板和天花板。共同的地板和天花板在内部限定了大的室。共同的天花板和该天花板上方的框架结构限定了一个或多个间隙空间,公用设施路由通过该间隙空间。
洁净室内可以存在多个通风口、用于冷水或热水的出口、灯和探测器。与这些固定装置相关联的是天花板中的风门、阀和接线盒。在维护期间,从洁净室内部访问(access)风门、阀和接线盒会产生洁净室潜在污染的问题,因为这些风门、阀和接线盒至少相对于洁净室而言是脏的。因此,希望从洁净室外部访问它们。
图3是根据实施例的模块化建筑的间隙空间的顶部侧面等距视图。在模块化建筑302内是洁净室314和机械室316上方的间隙空间320,此处示出没有它们的天花板。
HVAC风道330为通风口336进行馈送,而电气导管332为电气出口进行馈送。管道334为洁净室中的空气和水出口进行馈送。风道330、电气导管332和管道334从机械室316穿过间隙容积320到达它们在洁净室320中的相应端部。
图4是模块化建筑402的顶部上的能够行走的条形格栅的等距视图。在模块化建筑组件400的屋顶上,能够行走的地板面板440被支撑在托梁425之间。每个地板面板440可以独立地从其周围的托梁移除,以供人员访问。
在示例性实施例中,地板面板440的条带(swath)延伸了模块化建筑402的单元框架的整个宽度和长度。
每个市售的条形格栅区段为147厘米(4英尺10英寸)×91厘米(3英尺)长,但也有其他尺寸可获得。模块化建筑为约366厘米(12英尺)的宽度乘1524厘米(50英尺)的长度。因此,并排放置的四个格栅区段可以横跨屋顶以覆盖366厘米(12英尺)的宽度。在托梁之间端对端地放置的12组格栅区段覆盖1524厘米(50英尺)的长度。
在一些实施例中,机械室安装在洁净室的天花板上方的滑道上。这允许有更多的地板空间以专用于洁净室操作,并且可以减少到达洁净室所有部分所需的管道和导管的长度。
在一些实施例中,机械室具有与洁净室的进入点分离开的门道或其他人员进入点。这允许维护人员在不弄脏洁净室或中断洁净室的操作的情况下为公用设施提供维护。
图5A至图5B图示了设定在挤制的内托梁525与端部托梁542之间的条形格栅540。端部托梁542和内托梁525焊接到金属墙壁板544。
格栅540搁置在内部托梁525的横向支撑台架546(参见图5B)和端部托梁542的横向支撑台架548上。内托梁525包括在相反侧上的横向支撑台架546,使得该内托梁支撑多个格栅。它的截面是加号“+”形状的。同时,端部托梁542包括单个横向支撑台架548以形成T形。
每个横向支撑台架546和548的深度等于格栅的高度。因此,每个地板面板格栅540的顶部与托梁525和548的顶部齐平。
托梁由铝制成,使得托梁坚固、耐腐蚀且重量轻。
每个挤制的端部托梁542和内部托梁525包括在它们的横向支撑台架546和548的底部与它们各自相应的底部之间的共同深度。该深度不同于它们的横向支撑台架546和548的顶部与它们各自相应的顶部之间的共同深度。这样使得挤制的托梁可以被上下反转,使得它们替代的共同深度面朝上。这种替代的深度可以适应地板面板的不同深度。例如,替代的共同深度可以是5厘米(2英寸),以适应不透明的地板面板而非更薄的能够看穿的条形格栅。
图6是从托梁625移除能够行走的地板面板的条形格栅的一个区段的透视图。公用设施服务部件660以及接线盒629安装在间隙空间内。公用设施服务部件可以包括风门、阀或其他部件。线缆托架中的数据线缆632和管道634也安装在间隙空间内。移除该格栅区段允许人员在无需进入洁净室的情况下访问该间隙空间中的部件。
图7A至图7B是具有可重新构造的电气配电板安装系统的模块化建筑的屋顶700的透视图。能够行走的格栅740设置在托梁725之间。
能够展开的支架750支撑电气导管754,该电气导管从洁净室和机械室延伸到安装在支架上的电气配电板752。在工厂进行电气和其他连接并进行测试,以准备将模块化建筑运输到其操作位置。当支架被展开时,柔性的导管区段不需要撤回内部的线或对配电板连接以其他方式重新布线。
通过机械枢轴758连接到托梁725,能够展开的支架可以从躺下的水平位置(在图7A中示出)重新构造成展开的直立构型(在图7B中示出)。能够展开的支架只是围绕枢轴758旋转。在该能够展开的支架的直立构型中,用斜撑固定。在水平位置,能够展开的支架可能需要移除该能够移除的格栅中的一个或多个格栅,以便其部件可以配合在托梁之间以便行进。
当能够展开的支架处于直立时,支架的(一个或多个)配电板前面存在至少750毫米(mm)宽和至少900毫米深的洁净的平坦区域。这符合在电气规范(例如国家电气规范§110.26(A))中访问此类配电板的典型要求。
图8是根据实施例的过程800的流程图。在操作801中,提供具有天花板的空气受控的、能够密封的洁净室。在操作802中,将用于模块化建筑的单元框架安装成包围洁净室并且突出到洁净室天花板上方。在操作803中,将托梁紧固到能够密封的洁净室的天花板上方的框架,以便在天花板上方且托梁下方形成间隙容积。在操作804中,将能够展开的支架附接到至少一个托梁,该能够展开的支架可以从i)在托梁上躺下的水平构型和ii)直立构型中重新定位。在操作805中,将安装在能够展开的支架上的电气配电板通过柔性导管布线到洁净室。在操作806中,在布线之后将能够展开的支架定位成水平构型。在操作807中,将具有单元框架和水平构型的能够展开的支架的洁净室运输到目的地。在操作808中,具有电气配电板的能够展开的支架被展开成直立构型。

Claims (23)
1.一种用于制药洁净室制造的模块化建筑设备,包括:
具有天花板的空气受控、能够密封的洁净室;
机械室;
用于模块化建筑的单元框架,所述框架包围所述洁净室和所述机械室并且突出于所述洁净室的天花板的上方;
托梁,所述托梁通过所述框架被悬置在所述能够密封的洁净室的所述天花板上方,并且在所述天花板上方和所述托梁下方形成间隙容积;
安装在所述间隙容积内的公用设施服务部件;
从所述机械室穿过所述间隙容积延伸到所述公用设施服务部件的风道、管道或电气导管;以及
由所述托梁支撑的并且在所述公用设施服务部件上方的能够行走的地板面板,所述地板面板中的至少一些地板面板是能够移除的,以便提供人员访问所述公用设施服务部件。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述能够行走的地板面板是格栅区段,每个格栅区段能够独立地从所述托梁移除。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备,其中,所述格栅区段包括平滑的条形格栅或锯齿的条形格栅。
4.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,每个托梁包括横向支撑台架,并且所述地板面板被构造成搁置在所述托梁之间。
5.根据权利要求4所述的设备,其中,所述托梁的每个内部托梁包括在所述内部托梁的相反侧上的横向支撑台架,并且多个地板面板被支撑在所述内部托梁的任一侧上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,每个托梁包括在等于所述地板面板的高度的深度处的横向支撑台架,所述地板面板被构造成搁置在所述托梁之间并且具有与所述托梁的顶部齐平的顶部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,每个托梁包括挤制的金属并且被焊接到金属墙壁板,每个挤制的金属托梁在横向支撑台架的底部与所述托梁的底部之间包括5厘米(2英寸)的深度,所述深度适用于5厘米厚的实心面板。
8.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述地板面板在下面的所述洁净室的整个宽度和长度上延伸。
9.根据权利要求8所述的设备,其中,所述地板面板在所述单元框架的整个长度上延伸。
10.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述机械室在所述洁净室的所述天花板上方。
11.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述机械室具有与所述洁净室的进入点分离开的人员进入点。
12.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述机械室的高度延伸至所述地板面板的高度。
13.根据权利要求1所述的设备,其中,所述公用设施服务部件包括风门、阀或接线盒。
14.一种用于制药洁净室制造的模块化建筑设备,包括:
具有天花板的空气受控、能够密封的洁净室;
用于模块化建筑的单元框架,所述框架包围所述洁净室并且突出于所述洁净室的天花板的上方;
托梁,所述托梁通过所述框架被悬置在所述能够密封的洁净室的所述天花板上方,并且在所述天花板上方和所述托梁下方形成间隙容积;
由所述托梁支撑的能够行走的地板面板,每个地板面板是能够移除的,以便提供人员访问所述间隙容积;和
与所述托梁中的至少一个托梁连接的能够展开的支架,所述能够展开的支架支撑与行进到所述洁净室的导管连接的电气配电板,所述能够展开的支架能够从i)在所述托梁上躺下的水平构型和ii)直立构型中重新定位。
15.根据权利要求14所述的设备,其中,当所述能够展开的支架处于所述直立构型时,在所述电气配电板前面的所述地板面板上方存在至少750毫米(mm)宽和至少900毫米深的净工作空间。
16.根据权利要求14所述的设备,其中,与所述电气配电板连接的所述导管中的至少一些导管是柔性导管,当在所述水平构型与所述直立构型之间重新定位所述能够展开的支架时,所述柔性导管不需要撤回内部的线。
17.根据权利要求14所述的设备,其中,所述能够展开的支架通过枢轴连接到所述托梁中的至少一个托梁,所述能够展开的支架被构造成围绕所述枢轴从所述水平构型旋转到所述直立构型。
18.根据权利要求14所述的设备,其中,所述地板面板设置在所述托梁之间,并且所述地板面板的顶部与所述托梁的顶部齐平。
19.根据权利要求14所述的设备,其中,所述地板面板是实心的、或能够看穿的条形格栅。
20.一种组装用于制药洁净室制造的模块化洁净室设备的方法,所述方法包括:
提供具有天花板的空气受控的、能够密封的洁净室;
安装用于模块化建筑的单元框架,所述框架包围所述洁净室并且突出于所述洁净室的天花板的上方;
在所述能够密封的洁净室的所述天花板上方将托梁紧固到所述框架,以便在所述天花板上方且在所述托梁下方形成间隙容积;
将能够展开的支架附接到所述托梁中的至少一个托梁,所述能够展开的支架能够从i)在所述托梁上躺下的水平构型和ii)直立构型中重新定位;
通过柔性导管将安装在所述能够展开的支架上的电气配电板布线到所述洁净室;
在所述布线之后将所述能够展开的支架定位成所述水平构型;
将带有所述单元框架和水平构型的能够展开的支架的所述洁净室运输到目的地;和
在所述目的地处将带有所述电气配电板的所述能够展开的支架展开至所述直立构型。
21.根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,当所述能够展开的支架处于水平构型时所述能够展开的支架的一部分搁置在所述托梁的至少两个托梁之间。
22.根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中,所述能够展开的支架通过枢轴连接到所述托梁中的至少一个托梁,所述定位包括将所述能够展开的支架围绕所述枢轴从所述水平构型旋转到所述直立构型。
23.根据权利要求20所述的方法,还包括:
在所述托梁之间插入能够行走的地板面板,每个地板面板是能够移除的,以便提供人员访问所述间隙容积。
