Description

Device is hatched to porous brain piece that facilitates use
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of medical instruments, and particularly relates to a convenient porous brain slice incubation device.
Background
The brain slice is a specimen commonly used in neuroscience research at present, and the method is that the brain tissue or spinal cord is completely taken out from the animal body, and is cut into 200-500 mu m slices in artificial cerebrospinal fluid. These sheets retain the activity and function of a portion of the neural tissue, and have the advantage of retaining a relatively intact neural circuit and extracellular environment compared to discrete or cultured cells; compared with the animal body, the method has the advantages of relatively simple and controllable influence factors, a plurality of brain slices are usually cut aiming at the interested brain area when the brain slices are prepared, then the brain slices are placed in the artificial cerebrospinal fluid for incubation, and the common method is to place all the brain slices in one incubation barrel for incubation. However, the overall shape of each brain area is not regular, and may change in a transition manner in different directions. Therefore, distinguishing which section of the whole brain area the cut brain slice is located in the experiment can help to know the function and shape difference of different sections of the brain area, and has important significance for overall understanding of the brain area of interest.
At present, most of the commonly used brain slice incubation barrels place all the cut brain slices together for incubation. Such incubation has the following drawbacks: 1. all brain slices are mixed together, when one brain slice is selected, other brain slices beside the brain slice are easily disturbed, and the disturbance disturbs the placement sequence of the original brain slices on one hand and further confuses the progressive hierarchical relationship of different brain slices; on the other hand, the disturbance can stimulate neurons and glial cells in brain slices, cause unnecessary activation of the neurons, and influence the activity and function of the neurons; 2. at present, the brain slice incubation temperature is mostly carried out under two conditions of 34 ℃ and room temperature, but at present, the temperature is mostly kept under the water bath condition, although the water bath temperature control is uniform in heating and convenient to observe, when the water bath temperature control is used, once the water level is lower than that of the incubator, the incubator can be inclined, so that the normal brain slice incubation is influenced; if a new incubation liquid is added, the temperature can float, the activity of the brain slice/tissue slice is influenced, and the experimental result is influenced; 3. the existing brain slice incubation structure is an instrument for incubating a plurality of brain slices, and when the brain slices are put together, the brain slices are easily overlapped to influence the activity; 4. when a single brain piece/tissue piece is incubated in the incubator, the incubation liquid is wasted.
Aiming at the problems, the invention provides the conveniently-used porous brain slice incubation device, which effectively ensures a proper incubation environment and simultaneously solves the problems that a plurality of incubations can be incubated together, and a single incubation can effectively save incubation liquid.
