A cooking appliance 100, a control method of the cooking appliance, a control apparatus of the cooking appliance, and a computer-readable storage medium according to some embodiments of the present invention are described below with reference to fig. 1 to 7.
Example 1:
as shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the first aspect of the present invention proposes a cooking appliance 100 including a cooking appliance body 110, a steam generating device 130, a steam applying device 140, and a controller 160. Wherein, the cooking utensil body 110 is provided with a cooking cavity 120; the steam generating device 130 is arranged on the cooking utensil body 110; the steam applying device 140 is provided to the cooking appliance body 110, the steam applying device 140 is communicated with the steam generating device 130 and the cooking cavity 120, the steam applying device 140 is provided with a heating member 154, and the heating member 154 is configured to heat the steam medium; the controller 160 stores control instructions.
The controller 160 outputs a control command to the steam generating device 130 and the steam applying device 140, the steam generating device 130 generates a steam medium according to the control command, and the steam applying device 140 heats the steam medium according to the control command and supplies the heated steam medium to the cooking cavity 120.
The cooking appliance 100 in this embodiment includes any one of an electric cooker, an electric pressure cooker, an electric stewpan, an electric steamer, and an electric frying pan, and heats and cooks the food material 200 to cook the food material 200. The cooking appliance 100 of the present embodiment is an electric cooking appliance 100, which generates high-temperature steam medium to heat the food material 200 under the driving of electric power. For example, the cooking appliance 100 of the present embodiment is an electric cooker, which is particularly suitable for cooking cereal food 200.
The controller 160 of this embodiment outputs a control instruction to the steam generating device 130 and the steam applying device 140, the steam generating device 130 generates a steam medium (e.g., a cold steam medium with a low temperature generated after atomization) according to the control instruction, after the steam medium flows into the steam applying device 140, the heating element 154 of the steam applying device 140 operates to heat the steam medium, and supplies the heated steam medium to the cooking cavity 120, so as to heat the food material 200 in the cooking cavity 120 by using the heated steam medium, and cook the food material 200.
Further, by arranging the steam generating device 130 to generate the cold steam medium by using the steam generating device 130, the generation of the cold steam medium greatly shortens the time from the normal temperature to the generation of the relatively stable steam medium of the liquid medium, and the purpose of quickly generating steam can be realized.
Further, by arranging the steam applying device 140, the generated steam is heated by the heating element 154 of the steam applying device 140 to meet the cooking requirement of the food material 200 in the cooking cavity 120, and the time for the steam to reach the set temperature interval can be shortened while the food material 200 is effectively heated due to the fact that the heating object of the steam applying device 140 is a steam medium.
That is, the steam generating means 130 and the steam applying means 140 cooperate to provide stable and reliable support for shortening cooking time and improving work efficiency of the product.

Wherein the communication part 142 defines a flow path of the steam medium, having a convergence effect on the steam medium, so that the steam medium can be effectively supplied into the cooking chamber 120.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the communicating portion 142 includes a first pipeline 144 and a second pipeline 146, at least a portion of the first pipeline 144 extends into the cooking cavity 120, a portion of the first pipeline 144 extending into the cooking cavity 120 is provided with a first outlet 148, the second pipeline 146 is provided with a second outlet 150, and a height of the second outlet 150 is not equal to a height of the first outlet 148.
Like this, realized supplying with the purpose of high temperature steam medium in a plurality of directions, a plurality of angle to cooking chamber 120 to guarantee the area of contact and the contact angle of high temperature steam medium and edible material 200 (for example, rice-water mixture) in cooking chamber 120, can strengthen the disturbance effect to edible material 200, and then be favorable to promoting edible material 200's culinary art effect, culinary art taste.

Further, as shown in fig. 1, the cooking chamber 120 is formed with a liquid level limit line 170 such that at least a portion of the first outlet 148 is positioned at a height lower than that of the liquid level limit line 170, and the second outlet 150 is positioned at a height higher than that of the liquid level limit line 170.
By properly setting the position relationship of the liquid level limit line 170, the first outlet 148 and the second outlet 150, the position height of at least one part of the first outlet 148 is lower than that of the liquid level limit line 170, and the position height of the second outlet 150 is higher than that of the liquid level limit line 170. In this way, the food material 200 (such as the rice-water mixture) in the cooking cavity 120 can be disturbed by the high-temperature steam medium flowing out from the first outlet 148 to break up the agglomerated rice clusters, so that the condition of uneven water absorption of rice grains caused by the rice clusters can be improved, and the control of the cooking of the rice and the improvement of the taste of the rice are facilitated.
In addition, the high-temperature steam flowing out from the second outlet 150 can expel cold air in the cooking cavity 120 out of the cooking cavity 120, so that the temperature in the cooking cavity 120 can be ensured to meet the cooking requirement, and therefore the temperature of the food material 200 in the cooking cavity 120 can be controlled more conveniently, the water absorption of the food material 200 in the cooking cavity 120 can be improved, and the cooking of the food material 200 and the improvement of the taste are facilitated.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the steam applying device 140 further includes a first driving member 152, and the first driving member 152 is connected to the communication portion 142, and the first driving member 152 is used for controlling the first pipeline 144 and/or the second pipeline 146 to move according to a control command.

The height of the first outlet 148 and/or the second outlet 150 can be adjusted by the arrangement, so that the height of the first outlet 148 and/or the second outlet 150 can be adjusted in a targeted manner according to the depth of the food material 200, the cooking effect of the high-temperature steam medium sprayed out of the first outlet 148 and/or the second outlet 150 on the food material 200 is guaranteed, and the cooking of the food material 200 is controlled, and the taste of the food material 200 is improved. This setting can satisfy the diversified user demand of user, is favorable to promoting the performance of product.
Specifically, the second outlet 150 may be located at a height higher than the top of the cooking chamber 120, the second outlet 150 may be located at a height higher than the liquid level limit line 170, or at least a portion of the second outlet 150 may be located at a height higher than the liquid level limit line 170.

In addition, the steam generating means 130 and the steam applying means 140 are provided at the body 112, the body 112 is provided at the top thereof with a first through hole 116, and at least a portion of the first pipe 144 extends into the cooking chamber 120 through the first through hole 116.
In the present embodiment, the cooking utensil body 110 includes a body 112 and a pot 114, and the pot 114 is provided with a cooking cavity 120. The body 112 has a cavity for accommodating the pot 114, and the steam generating device 130 and the steam applying device 140 can be installed on the body 112, and the body 112 has supporting and fixing functions for the pot 114, the steam generating device 130 and the steam applying device 140. The top of the body 112 is provided with a first through hole 116, and at least a portion of the first pipe 144 extends into the cooking chamber 120 through the first through hole 116. That is, at least a portion of the first pipe 144 extends into the cooking chamber 120 through the first through hole 116 at the top of the body 112, so that the high-temperature steam medium can be introduced into the cooking chamber 120 from the top of the pot 114.
In other embodiments, a second through hole is formed at the side or bottom of the body 112, the pot 114 is provided with an opening communicated with the second through hole, and at least a portion of the first pipeline 144 extends into the cooking cavity 120 through the second through hole and the opening. For example, when the steam applying device 140 is provided at the side or the bottom of the body 112, in order to smoothly introduce the high-temperature steam medium of the steam applying device 140 located at the side or the bottom of the cooking cavity 120 into the cooking cavity 120, a second through hole is provided at the side or the bottom of the body 112, and the pot 114 is provided with an opening, the second through hole being opposite to the opening, so that at least a part of the first pipe 144 passes through the second through hole and the opening and extends into the cooking cavity 120, thereby achieving the purpose of introducing the high-temperature steam medium into the cooking cavity 120 from the side or the bottom of the cooking cavity 120.
In other embodiments, the top of the body 112 is provided with a first through hole 116, at least a portion of the first pipeline 144 extends into the cooking chamber 120 through the first through hole 116, and a second through hole is provided at the side or bottom of the body 112, and the pot 114 is provided with an opening communicating with the second through hole, and at least a portion of the first pipeline 144 extends into the cooking chamber 120 through the second through hole and the opening.
Further, the second outlet 150 is disposed on the pot 114, for example, the second outlet 150 is disposed on at least one of the top, the side and the bottom of the pot 114.
Example 6:
according to an embodiment of the invention, including the features defined in any of the above embodiments, and further: the cooking utensil body comprises a pot and a material containing piece, at least part of the material containing piece is contained in the pot, and a cooking cavity is formed in the material containing piece.
Therefore, the food material can be put into the cooking cavity of the material containing member. Specifically, when food materials with small volume are needed to be cooked, the food materials can be placed in the material containing piece, and then the material containing piece is placed in the pot; if the food with larger volume needs to be cooked, the material containing piece can be taken out of the pot, and the pot can be independently used for cooking the food and the like.
Further, in the present embodiment, the cooking utensil body further includes a pot body, and at least a part of the pot is accommodated in the pot body; the cover body is arranged on the cooker body in an openable and closable manner; the steam applying device is arranged on the cover body, a first through hole is formed in the bottom of the cover body, and at least part of the first pipeline penetrates through the first through hole to extend into the cooking cavity.
The cooking utensil body also comprises a pot body and a cover body, the cover body can be arranged on the pot body in an opening and closing manner, and the pot body has the functions of containing, supporting and fixing a pot positioned in the pot body. In addition, at least one of the cover body and the cooker body is provided with the steam applying device, namely, the positions of the steam applying devices and the number of the steam applying devices can be set in a targeted manner according to the internal structure of the cooking appliance, so that the occupancy rate of the steam applying devices to the internal space of the cooking appliance is reduced under the condition of ensuring the cooking effect and the food taste.
Wherein, the bottom of lid is equipped with first through-hole, and at least part first pipeline passes first through-hole and stretches into the culinary art chamber. Therefore, the first pipeline extends into the cooking cavity by utilizing the first through hole at the bottom of the cover body, so that the high-temperature steam medium discharged by the steam applying device can be led into the cooking cavity from the top of the cooker.
In other embodiments, the steam applying device is arranged on the cooker body, the side part or the bottom part of the cooker body is provided with a second through hole, the cooker is provided with an opening communicated with the second through hole, and at least part of the first pipeline penetrates through the second through hole and the opening to extend into the cooking cavity. This arrangement achieves the purpose of introducing a high-temperature steam medium into the cooking chamber from the side or bottom of the cooking chamber.
In some other embodiments, the number of the steam applying devices is multiple, a part of the steam applying devices are arranged on the cover body, the bottom of the cover body is provided with a first through hole, and at least a part of the first pipeline penetrates through the first through hole and extends into the cooking cavity; the other part of the steam applying device is arranged on the cooker body, a second through hole is formed in the side part or the bottom of the cooker body, an opening communicated with the second through hole is formed in the cooker, and at least part of the first pipeline penetrates through the second through hole and the opening to extend into the cooking cavity.
Further, the steam generating device is arranged on the cooker body or the cover body.
Example 7:
as shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the invention, comprising the features defined in any of the above embodiments, and further: the cooking appliance 100 further includes an exhaust device 180, and the exhaust device 180 is used for exhausting gas in the cooking cavity 120 out of the cooking appliance 100.

In detail, the steam generating device 130 includes a water tank 132 and an atomizing member 134. The water tank 132 is used for storing water, and the water in the water tank 132 can flow into the atomizing element 134, so that the atomizing element 134 can convert the liquid medium into the vapor medium according to a control instruction. The atomizing element 134 operates to disperse the liquid to convert into an atomized vapor medium of minute droplets. according to a second aspect of the present invention, a control method of a cooking appliance is provided, and fig. 2 shows a flow chart of the control method of the cooking appliance according to the first embodiment of the present invention, wherein the control method of the cooking appliance includes:
step S202: in response to a control instruction from the controller, the steam generating means generates a steam medium, and the steam applying means heats the steam medium and supplies the heated steam medium to the cooking cavity.
In detail, in response to a control instruction from the processor, the steam generating device generates a steam medium (e.g., a cold steam medium with a low temperature generated after atomization) according to the control instruction, after the steam medium flows into the steam applying device, a heating element of the steam applying device works to heat the steam medium, and the heated steam medium is supplied to the cooking cavity, so that the purpose of heating the food in the cooking cavity by using the heated steam medium is achieved.
Furthermore, the cold steam medium is generated by the steam generating device, the generation of the cold steam medium greatly shortens the time from the normal temperature to the generation of the relatively stable steam medium, and the purpose of quickly generating steam can be realized.
Further, the heating member of steam application device heats the steam that produces to satisfy the culinary art demand of the edible material of culinary art intracavity, because the heating object of steam application device is the steam medium, so can shorten the time that steam reaches the settlement temperature interval when guaranteeing to carry out effective heating to the edible material.

a steam generating device provided in the cooking appliance body;
a steam applying device provided to the cooking appliance body, the steam applying device being in communication with the steam generating device and the cooking cavity, the steam applying device being provided with a heating element configured to heat the steam medium;
a controller storing control instructions;
wherein the controller outputs the control instruction to the steam generating device and the steam applying device, the steam generating device generates a steam medium according to the control instruction, and the steam applying device heats the steam medium according to the control instruction and supplies the heated steam medium to the cooking cavity.
2. The cooking appliance of claim 1,
and the steam generating device generates a steam medium according to the control instruction and supplies the steam medium with a flow value in a set flow interval to the steam applying device.
3. The cooking appliance of claim 2,
and the steam applying device heats the steam medium according to the control instruction and supplies the steam medium with a temperature value in a set temperature interval and a flow value in a set flow interval to the cooking cavity.
4. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the steam applying means comprises:
a communication portion in communication with the cooking cavity.
5. The cooking appliance of claim 4, wherein the communication portion comprises:
at least part of the first pipeline extends into the cooking cavity, and a first outlet is formed in the part of the first pipeline extending into the cooking cavity;
and the second pipeline is provided with a second outlet, and the position height of the second outlet is not equal to the position height of the first outlet.
6. The cooking appliance of claim 5,
the cooking cavity is formed with a liquid level limiting line, at least one part of the first outlet is lower than the liquid level limiting line in position height, and the second outlet is higher than the liquid level limiting line in position height.
7. The cooking appliance of claim 5, wherein the steam applying device further comprises:
a first driver connected with the communication portion, the first driver being configured and adapted to control the first and/or second line to move according to the control command.
8. The cooking appliance of claim 5, wherein the cooking appliance body comprises:
a body;
the cooker is provided with the cooking cavity, at least part of the cooker is contained in the machine body, and the steam generating device and the steam applying device are arranged on the machine body;
a first through hole is formed in the top of the machine body, and at least part of the first pipeline penetrates through the first through hole and extends into the cooking cavity; and/or
A second through hole is formed in the side portion or the bottom of the machine body, an opening communicated with the second through hole is formed in the pot, and at least part of the first pipeline penetrates through the second through hole and the opening to extend into the cooking cavity;
wherein, the second outlet is arranged on the cooker.
9. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
an exhaust configured to be adapted to exhaust gas within the cooking cavity out of the cooking appliance.
10. The cooking appliance of claim 9, wherein the exhaust means comprises:
an exhaust line that is turned on to exhaust the gas inside the cooking cavity out of the cooking appliance, and that is turned off to stop the gas inside the cooking cavity from being exhausted outward; and/or
An exhaust valve which is opened to exhaust the gas in the cooking cavity out of the cooking utensil, and is closed to stop the gas in the cooking cavity from being exhausted outwards; and/or
The exhaust driving component is started to exhaust the gas in the cooking cavity out of the cooking utensil, and the exhaust driving component is stopped to stop the gas in the cooking cavity from being exhausted outwards.
11. The cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the steam generating means comprises:
a water tank;
an atomizing member in communication with the water tank, the atomizing member configured to be adapted to convert a liquid medium to a vapor medium in accordance with the control instructions.
12. The cooking appliance of claim 11, wherein the steam generating device further comprises:
a second drive configured to drive the liquid medium of the water tank to be intermittently or continuously fed into the atomizing member according to the control instruction.
13. A control method of a cooking appliance for controlling the cooking appliance according to any one of claims 1 to 12, the control method of the cooking appliance comprising:
in response to a control instruction from the controller, the steam generating means generates a steam medium, and the steam applying means heats the steam medium and supplies the heated steam medium to the cooking chamber.
14. The method for controlling a cooking appliance according to claim 13, wherein the step of generating a steam medium by the steam generating device specifically comprises:
controlling the steam applying device to work to generate steam, and supplying steam medium with a flow value in a set flow interval to the steam applying device.
