When the first heating unit 4 reaches a preset temperature, the water supply pump 8 is activated, the first steam control valve 71 is opened, and cooking steam is supplied to the food in the cooking area 20 again. And circulating the steps until the preset cooking time or the preset circulation times are met, stopping the work of the water supply pump 8 and the first heating unit 4, closing the first steam control valve 71, and opening the second heating unit 5 to bake the food for the last time so as to embrittle the skin of the food. The food cooked by steaming and baking not only has crisp surface, but also keeps fresh and tender inside without too dry and hard, and has good taste.

Claims (19)

1. The cooking pot with the composite function comprises a pot base, an inner pot positioned in the pot base and a main pot cover for sealing the inner pot, wherein the inner pot is provided with a cooking area for containing cooking food; a first heating unit is arranged in the pot base, a second heating unit is arranged on the main pot cover, and the first heating unit and the second heating unit are used for respectively providing heating heat energy for the cooking area of the inner pot; the cooking device is characterized by further comprising a steam unit, wherein the steam unit comprises a steam generation unit, a steam conveying pipeline communicated with the steam generation unit, and nozzles communicated with the steam conveying pipeline, the nozzles comprise a cooking steam nozzle and a cleaning steam nozzle, the cooking steam nozzle is fixedly connected to the main pot cover, the nozzle direction of the cooking steam nozzle faces to the cooking area of the inner pot and is used for spraying steam for cooking food to the cooking area, the cleaning steam nozzle is fixedly connected to the main pot cover, and the nozzle direction of the cleaning steam nozzle faces to the facing area of the main pot cover, which faces to the inner pot, and is used for spraying steam for cleaning oil stains to the facing area; the steam generating unit is arranged in the first heating unit so as to realize water medium vaporization by absorbing heat of the first heating unit, and the steam conveying pipeline extends from the outer side of the inner pot to the main pot cover in a bypassing way and is communicated with the nozzle; the steam control valve is arranged on the steam delivery pipeline and used for selectively providing steam for the cooking steam nozzle or/and the cleaning steam nozzle according to instructions.
2. The cookware according to claim 1, wherein four said washing steam nozzles are uniformly distributed on said main lid.
3. The cookware according to claim 1, wherein said washing steam nozzle comprises at least two first washing steam nozzles disposed at an outer circumferential position of said facing area and a second washing steam nozzle disposed at a top position of said facing area.

The cookware of claim 1, wherein said first heating unit comprises a bottom heater located under said inner pan, said bottom heater having a bottom heating element, a heat conductive floor body receiving said bottom heating element and conducting heat thereof, said steam generating unit being disposed in said heat conductive floor body.
5. The cookware according to claim 4, wherein said bottom heating element comprises a first bottom heating element arranged in a ring shape and a second bottom heating element arranged on an inner ring area defined by said first bottom heating element and spaced therefrom; the steam generation unit is disposed in a spaced area between the first bottom heat generating element and the second bottom heat generating element, and the steam generation unit is disposed around the second bottom heat generating element.
6. The cookware according to claim 4, wherein said heat conducting bottom plate has a heat conducting surface, said bottom of said inner pot being capable of engaging said heat conducting surface to conduct heat.
7. The cookware according to claim 4, further comprising a water supply pipeline, wherein the steam outlet of the steam generating unit is communicated with the steam delivery pipeline, the water inlet of the steam generating unit is communicated with the water outlet of the water supply pipeline, and the water supply pipeline is provided with a water supply control valve which is used for supplying water working medium to the steam generating unit according to instructions.

The cookware according to claim 7, further comprising a water supply pump and a water storage tank, wherein the water inlet of said water supply line is communicated with said water storage tank, said water supply pump is disposed on said water supply line between said water storage tank and said steam generation unit, and said water supply control valve is disposed between said water storage tank and said water supply pump.
9. The cookware according to claim 8, wherein a safety valve is further arranged on the steam delivery pipeline, and a steam release end of the safety valve is communicated with the water storage tank.
10. The cooking pot according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein the first heating unit comprises a side heater located at a side of the inner pot, the side heater having a side heating element, a heat conductive side plate receiving the side heating element and conducting heat thereof, the steam generating unit being disposed in the heat conductive side plate.
11. The cookware according to any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein a rotary fan, a motor for driving the rotary fan and a shield are provided on the main lid, a lower space of the shield is defined as the facing area, the second heating unit is provided in a lower space of the shield, the rotary fan is also provided in the lower space of the shield and located between the shield and the second heating unit, the motor is located above the shield, and an output shaft of the motor passes through the shield and is in transmission connection with the rotary fan.
12. The cooking pot according to claim 11, wherein three of the cooking steam nozzles are arranged on the main pot cover.
13. The cooking pot as claimed in claim 11, wherein the second heating unit is capable of facing the cooking area of the inner pot straight during cooking so as to provide radiant heat energy directly to the cooking area.
14. The cookware according to claim 11, wherein said main lid is reversibly mounted on said base, at least a portion of said steam delivery conduit for engaging said main lid and said base being a hose.
15. The cookware according to claim 14, wherein said main lid is reversibly arranged on said pan base by means of a hinge mechanism, said hose passing through said hinge mechanism to engage said main lid and said pan base.
16. The cooking pot as claimed in claim 15, wherein a wire passage is further provided in the hinge mechanism, and the electrical signal wire between the main pot cover and the pot base is a soft signal wire and is arranged in the wire passage.
17. The cooking pot of any one of claims 1 to 9 further comprising an auxiliary lid movable away from the pot base, the auxiliary lid selectively covering the inner pot with the main lid; the auxiliary pot cover is used for accumulating high-pressure environment for cooking in the cooking area of the inner pot to realize high-pressure cooking, and a high-pressure release valve is arranged on the auxiliary pot cover.
18. The cooking pot as claimed in claim 17, further comprising an auxiliary lid detector for detecting whether the auxiliary lid has been closed, and a controller for determining whether the second heating unit, the cooking steam nozzle, and the motor are allowed to be activated in response to a detection signal of the auxiliary lid detector.
19. The cookware of claim 18, wherein said controller is further configured to control said first heating unit, said second heating unit, said cooking steam nozzle and said motor to operate simultaneously in one control scheme.
