Further, if the electronic control component 150 increases the flow rate of the liquid flowing through the throttling portion according to the water adding function instruction, the electronic control component 150 simultaneously controls the steam generator 122 to operate, the liquid flowing into the cooking cavity 112 is hot water, and if the electronic control component 150 controls the steam generator 122 not to operate, the liquid flowing into the cooking cavity 112 is cold water.
Further, when the electronic control assembly 150 receives the steam function command, the electronic control assembly 150 is configured to operate the pump assembly 130 and the steam generator 122 simultaneously, and reduce the flow rate of the liquid flowing through the throttling portion, so that a small amount of liquid flows into the cooking cavity 112 in a gaseous state through the operated steam generating device 120, thereby performing a steam cooking function on the cooking cavity 112. Specifically, when the electronic control assembly 150 controls the operation of the steam generator 122, the flow rate of the liquid pumped into the steam generating device 120 by the pump assembly 130 is in a proper range by adjusting the throttling part, so that the liquid flows into the cooking cavity 112 through the operating steam generating device 120 in the form of a gas-liquid mixture, and the functions of simultaneously adding water and steam to the cooking cavity 112 are realized.
Further, as shown in fig. 1, the electronic control assembly 150 includes a control panel 152, a water adding function key and a steam function key are provided on the control panel 152, and the operating states of the throttle portion and the steam generating device 120 are controlled according to the water adding function and the steam function key, so that the throttle portion and the steam generating device 120 cooperate to make the liquid of the pump body steam generating device 120 enter the cooking cavity 112 in a liquid or gaseous state, thereby realizing the water adding function and the steam cooking function of the cooking cavity 112. The electric control assembly 150 comprises a control panel 152, a water adding function key and a steam function key are arranged on the control panel 152, the electric control panel controls the electromagnetic pump to provide water with different flow rates to the steam generator 122 through a program, and then the steam with different flow rates is heated by the steam generator 122 to cook the cooking cavity 112, or the steam generator 122 heats the generated hot water to supplement water in the cooking cavity 112.

Because the high-temperature steam 400 is introduced into the cooked food from the bottom of the pot, the steam chafing dish has the advantages of high steam temperature, quick heating, high efficiency, reasonable heat exchange, uniform heating temperature, no sticking to the bottom of the pot, no paste after long-term cooking and delicious taste, and improves the satisfaction degree of users.
Further, when the food in the cooking cavity 112 is cooked by the high-temperature steam, the user can eat the hot pot, because the time for the user to eat the hot pot is long, in the process of eating the hot pot by the user, less and less water can be contained in the cooking cavity 112, when the user needs to replenish water in the cooking cavity 112, the user does not need to take water or heat water by himself, the water adding function key on the control panel 152 is directly pressed, the steam hot pot enters the automatic water replenishing function mode again, at the moment, the flow of the electromagnetic valve is controlled by the electronic control assembly 150, so that the water in the water tank 140 still flows into the cooking cavity 112 in a liquid state after passing through the steam generator 122, the automatic water adding function of the steam hot pot is realized, great convenience is brought to the user, and the using satisfaction degree of the user.
The steam hot pot provided by the application has the characteristics of uniform heating temperature, no sticking to the bottom of the pot, no paste after long-time cooking and delicious taste, and has the characteristic of no loss of cooking soup for a long time; in addition, when a user uses the steam hot pot, the steam hot pot can be used for automatically adding water after the hot pot bottom materials are put in to complete hot pot ingredients, and if soup is reduced in the process of eating the hot pot, the steam hot pot can still be used for automatically supplementing water, so that great convenience is brought to the consumer.

a steam generating device disposed outside the cooking cavity, the steam generating device configured to communicate with the cooking cavity;

a throttle in communication with the steam generating device and the pump body assembly, the throttle configured to regulate a flow of liquid pumped by the pump body assembly into the steam generating device.
2. The pan body assembly of claim 1, wherein the steam generating device comprises:
a steam generator disposed outside the cooking cavity;
and the nozzle assembly is arranged inside the cooking cavity and communicated with the steam generator.
3. The pan body assembly of claim 2, wherein the nozzle assembly comprises:
a nozzle communicating the steam generator and the cooking chamber;
and the check valve is arranged inside the nozzle.
4. The pan body assembly of claim 2,
the steam generator is provided with an outlet which is communicated with the nozzle assembly through a pipeline;
wherein the number of outlets is one; and/or
The throttling part is a throttle valve.
5. The pan body assembly of claim 2, further comprising:
the water tank is arranged outside the cooking cavity and is connected with the pump body assembly;
the throttling part is arranged on a pipeline between the water tank and the pump body assembly; or
The throttling part is arranged on a pipeline between the pump body assembly and the steam generator; or
The throttle portion is arranged in the pump body assembly.
6. The pan body assembly of claim 5, further comprising:
a base assembly configured to have the cooking cavity;
the water tank is connected with or separated from the base assembly.
7. The pan body assembly of claim 6, wherein the base assembly further comprises:
the casing, the culinary art chamber is located the inside of casing, the water tank is located the outside of casing, steam generator throttle portion pump body subassembly is located the inside of casing.
8. The pan body assembly of any one of claims 2 to 7, further comprising:
and the electric control assembly is electrically connected with the throttling part, the steam generator and the pump body assembly.
9. The pan body assembly of claim 8, wherein the electrical control assembly comprises:
and the control panel is provided with a water adding function key and a steam function key, and the throttle part and the steam generating device are controlled to work according to the water adding function key and the steam function key.

13. The pan body assembly of claim 1, wherein the steam generating device comprises a steam generator, the pan body assembly further comprising:

14. The pan body assembly of claim 13, wherein the electrical control assembly comprises:
and the control panel is provided with a water adding function key and a steam function key, and the throttle part and the steam generating device are controlled to work according to the water adding function key and the steam function key.
