但普通的褶皱面料由于只是在普通布料的基础上通过机器经过褶皱处理得到,所以使用的时间长一点褶皱感就会下降,尤其经过拉扯洗涤揉搓的处理,容易导致褶皱面料失去褶皱感,从而就变成了普通的面料,影响用户的穿着体验。
因此需要提出一种新的方案来解决这个问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种褶皱面料及其制备工艺。

实施例一:一种褶皱面料,包括柔软面层以及定型层,定型层和柔软面层经热定型形成有若干褶皱部,定型层用于提供维持褶皱部折叠的保持力,褶皱部上设有对称设置的凹部以及位于柔软面层表面的烫金部,其中,定型层由TPU纱线经纬编织而成,定型层呈网眼组织结构,并且褶皱部的两侧设有相互朝向凹陷的褶边,烫金部位于相邻褶边之间,而柔软面层采用羊毛精梳纱以赛洛纺工艺织造成平纹组织。
工作原理:褶皱面料通过定型层能在热压起皱时,由于定型层采用网眼组织结构,具有良好透气性的同时,能使定型层的表面具有平整的质地,且定型层选用TPU纱线材质,能在受热压皱时,具有良好的成型能力,维持长时间保持褶皱面料的褶皱感,虽经洗涤仍旧保持原状,使能对褶皱面料能虽经洗涤后仍旧保持褶皱的样式,而且柔软面层的设置,能在定型层在经热压变硬后,仍旧使褶皱面料的表面具有柔软顺滑的触感,在将褶皱面料应用至窗帘布以及服装面料时,具有良好的亲肤性,并且褶皱面料上形成的褶皱布设置对称设置且相互朝向的凹部,褶皱部的两侧相互朝向的且呈V性的褶边,能使褶皱部的边沿呈现相互对称设置的Z形结构,具有两个稳定的三角状结构,提高褶皱面料的抗形变能力,能在清洗后由于相互朝向且对称设置,能提供阻碍其恢复平整的效果,并且褶皱部的表面设置烫金部,同时烫金部位于两褶边之间,能在多重褶皱部之间保持间隔而平铺时,具有良好的层次感合立体感,能增加褶皱面料的层次感,提高褶皱面料的品质,并且柔软面层选用精梳的羊毛纤维材质,能通过羊毛纤维具有良好的柔软手感,并且以赛洛纺工艺进行织造,使得提高羊毛精梳纱表面的光滑度,进而时褶皱表面具有柔顺的质感。
实施例二:一种褶皱面料的制备工艺,其具体步骤包括:
胚布准备,选用紧密赛洛纺编织成的柔软面层与同门幅的定型层通过热熔胶或缝合的方式复合成坯布,并且对复合成的坯布进行长度、幅宽、质量、经纬纱线密度和强力等物理指标,以及纺疵、织疵、脏斑,破损等外观疵点;
退浆、精炼,通过喷射溢流染色机对坯布进行水洗退浆,烘干出布,具体的,退浆、精炼的具体步骤包括:
进布、湿润,采用蒸汽加湿的方式对布匹进行湿润,再输送至喷射溢流染色机中;
配置浸扎液,以处方配比添加精炼剂、纯碱、烧碱、保险粉充分混合后,以浴比1:10进行混合,以80℃浸扎20min,浸扎液的处方配比以各含量包括:精练剂0.5g/L,纯碱2g/L,30%烧碱2g/L,保险粉1g/L,水洗、烘干,经浸扎处理后的坯布以40℃的温度水洗10min;
出布。
起皱,将精炼后的坯布投至起皱机内以揉捻压皱的方式对坯布起皱,起皱的具体步骤包括:将经退浆、精炼后的布匹依次进行圈码、钉襻后投进转笼式起皱机内,调整转笼旋转速度为5-25r·min-1,且设定温度为110-130℃。
预定型,预热定型机至180-230℃,保温2-5min后,拉伸坯布进行热定型,定型时间根据坯布厚度及湿度设定在40-60s,坯布表面形成无序排列的褶痕,然后自然冷却至室温;
碱减量,先后进行碱洗和中和洗涤,水洗洁净,具体的,碱减量的具体步骤包括:
浸渍工作液,根据碱减液处方配比混合氢氧化钠粉末以及促进剂,充分溶解混合后,以95℃温度浸扎60min;
酸洗中和,浸渍碱减液后免水洗,直接添加冰醋酸调节溶液至PH=7,冷却至室温。
水洗、脱干。
定形,对碱减量步骤洗涤后的坯布进行脱水甩干,保留坯布含湿率在15-20%,并送至预热至180-230℃的定型机内进行定型30-40min;
形成褶裥,预设模具,将定形后的坯布夹于模具内,预热压皱机温度至220-240℃,压皱60-90s,坯布表面形成相互对称设置的褶皱部;
转移印花,将经形成褶裥的坯布投至辊涂印花机内,以涂辊转移印花的方式在坯布的表面以及褶皱部处形成印花部和留白部;
表面烫金,在坯布表面的留白部通过热压烫金的方式压合形成烫金部,具体的,表面烫金的具体过程包括:根据客户需求选择烫金膜,在坯布的留白部辊涂粘合胶,留白部表面形成若干糙点,烫金膜通过热压转移的方式于褶皱部形成烫金部。
检验。
工作过程:坯布选用同门幅的柔软面层合定型层进行粘接或缝合连接,能使褶皱面料具有良好的整体感,且在后续压皱过程中,不易出现分层而具有良好的完整度,同时对坯布进行水洗退浆,能洗去坯布粘接和运输过程中的粉尘和毛屑,而后进行起皱和预定型,能在拉伸坯布时进行热定型,能先对定型布进行改性,短暂的加热有助于后续褶皱的成型,并且有助于人们了解布匹特性,便于技术人员了解布匹特点,能根据实际状况调整后续定型设定的温度和时间,然后根据布匹特点,进行碱减量操作,能使纤维表面变得松弛,减少纤维本身的重量,提高褶皱面料的垂感,具有良好的弯曲和剪切特性,使褶皱面料更具柔软的特点,在碱减量时,能先进行浸渍碱液后,直接加入冰醋酸,进行中和,减少了水洗的次数,节约了水洗的用水成本和用时,更加环保、节能,并且随后进行二次的定型和褶裥,使褶皱面料上形成牢固的褶皱部,提高褶皱面料的抗水洗能力,最后以辊涂的方式精准的褶皱面料表面形成印花,且在留白部进行烫金,提高褶皱面料的层次感和立体效果。
退浆以及精炼的过程中采用蒸汽加湿的方式一方面能对坯布进行湿润,有助于后续浸湿的速率,加快工艺的工作效率,缩短操作的时间,同时对坯布进行加热,能时坯布更加柔软,以便后续的处理,而以1:10浴比的方式进行浸扎,有助于除去坯布在织造过程中添加的油剂以及灰尘,使坯布更加干净整洁,并且采用转笼式起皱的方式,能提高褶皱面料的品质,且具有其柔软、蓬松的手感,在节省前处理的时间同时,一小批量处理的方式进行起皱,能提高褶皱面料的褶皱感,并且在印花形成的留白处不仅涂覆粘合胶,同时形成糙点,增大留白处的摩擦系数,使烫金部能牢固的粘附在留白处,而留白处的设置,能避免色彩与烫金重叠而影响烫金效果,以及染剂影响烫金的问题。

Claims (9)

1.一种褶皱面料,其特征在于:包括柔软面层以及定型层,所述定型层和柔软面层经热定型形成有若干褶皱部,所述定型层用于提供维持褶皱部折叠的保持力,所述褶皱部上设有对称设置的凹部以及位于柔软面层表面的烫金部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种褶皱面料,其特征在于:所述定型层由TPU纱线经纬编织而成,所述定型层呈网眼组织结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种褶皱面料,其特征在于:所述褶皱部的两侧设有相互朝向凹陷的褶边,所述烫金部位于相邻所述褶边之间。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种褶皱面料,其特征在于:所述柔软面层采用羊毛精梳纱以赛洛纺工艺织造成平纹组织。
5.一种褶皱面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:其具体步骤包括:
胚布准备,选用紧密赛洛纺编织成的柔软面层与同门幅的定型层通过热熔胶或缝合的方式复合成坯布;
退浆、精炼,通过喷射溢流染色机对坯布进行水洗退浆,烘干出布;
起皱,将精炼后的坯布投至起皱机内以揉捻压皱的方式对坯布起皱;
预定型,预热定型机至180-230℃,保温2-5min后,拉伸坯布进行热定型,定型时间根据坯布厚度及湿度设定在40-60s,坯布表面形成无序排列的褶痕,然后自然冷却至室温;
碱减量,先后进行碱洗和中和洗涤,水洗洁净;
定形,对碱减量步骤洗涤后的坯布进行脱水甩干,保留坯布含湿率在15-20%,并送至预热至180-230℃的定型机内进行定型30-40min;
形成褶裥,预设模具,将定形后的坯布夹于模具内,预热压皱机温度至220-240℃,压皱60-90s,坯布表面形成相互对称设置的褶皱部;
转移印花,将经形成褶裥的坯布投至辊涂印花机内,以涂辊转移印花的方式在坯布的表面以及褶皱部处形成印花部和留白部;
表面烫金,在坯布表面的留白部通过热压烫金的方式压合形成烫金部;
检验。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种褶皱面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述退浆、精炼的具体步骤包括:
进布、湿润,采用蒸汽加湿的方式对布匹进行湿润,再输送至喷射溢流染色机中;
配置浸扎液,以处方配比添加精炼剂、纯碱、烧碱、保险粉充分混合后,以浴比1:10进行混合,以80℃浸扎20min;
水洗、烘干,经浸扎处理后的坯布以40℃的温度水洗10min;
出布;
所述浸扎液的处方配比以各含量包括:
精练剂 0.5g/L
纯碱 2g/L
30%烧碱 2g/L
保险粉 1g/L。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种褶皱面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述起皱的具体步骤包括:将经退浆、精炼后的布匹依次进行圈码、钉襻后投进转笼式起皱机内,调整转笼旋转速度为5-25r·min-1,且设定温度为110-130℃。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种褶皱面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述表面烫金的具体过程包括:根据客户需求选择烫金膜,在坯布的留白部辊涂粘合胶,留白部表面形成若干糙点,烫金膜通过热压转移的方式于褶皱部形成烫金部。
9.根据权利要求5所述的一种褶皱面料的制备工艺,其特征在于:所述碱减量的具体步骤包括:
浸渍工作液,根据碱减液处方配比混合氢氧化钠粉末以及促进剂,充分溶解混合后,以95℃温度浸扎60min;
酸洗中和,浸渍碱减液后免水洗,直接添加冰醋酸调节溶液至PH=7,冷却至室温。
水洗、脱干。
