本发明公开了一种双面绒人造革的制备方法,先以涤纶低弹丝和涤锦复合丝为原料,织得坯布,坯布的组织结构为正反五枚缎纹组织,再经过后整理工艺,得到双面绒基布;将双面绒基布浸润在聚氨酯浆料中,并轧出多余浆料,然后再经过凝固槽中的DMF水溶液处理,使双面绒基布的双面均形成聚氨酯皮膜;将形成有聚氨酯皮膜的基布依次经过水洗、烘干、双面磨毛、定型,最终得到成品。本发明制成的人造革双面起绒,手感柔软,强度大,匀染性、染深性和染色牢度均较好,原料易得,工艺简单,生产成本低,生产过程中可做到水和溶剂的回收利用,有利于环保。

技术领域
本发明涉及人造革制造领域,具体涉及一种双面绒人造革的制备方法。
背景技术
随着生态环境的不断恶化,世界各国都意识到保护环境和动物的重要性,使用人造革替代动物真皮已经成为一种趋势。人造革发展到现在,其性能越来越接近真皮,有些特性甚至已经超越了天然真皮。目前,人造革的主要应用领域为鞋材、箱包、汽车内饰、服装等方面。人造革的广泛使用也缓解了人们对天然真皮的需求与供给的不平衡性。
目前,人造革、合成革主要由两部分组成,一部分是基底材料,基布一般使用机织布、针织布和非织造布;另一部分是涂覆材料,主要有聚氯乙烯(PVC)和聚氨酯(PU)树脂。超细纤维合成革是新一代人工皮革,它在外观、手感和内在结构上都接近真皮。现有技术中,超细纤维合成革按生产工艺来区分,主要分为定岛和不定岛两种,其中定岛超纤合成革染色均匀度好,机械性能高,但柔软度和起绒后的手感较差;不定岛超纤合成革起绒后的手感较好,比较柔软,但染色均匀度不好,色牢度差,强度也较低,起绒的纤维易于脱落,抗起球性能较差。另外,原料及复杂的工艺也使得海岛超纤合成革的价格远高于普通合成革,其中复杂的工艺又造成了生产能耗大的问题。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种双面绒人造革的制备方法,制成的人造革双面起绒,手感柔软,强度大,染色均匀度好,原料易得,工艺简单,生产成本低,生产过程中的水和溶剂可回收利用,有利于环保。
为实现上述技术目的,达到上述技术效果,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:一种双面绒人造革的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一:以涤纶低弹丝和涤锦复合丝为原料,织得坯布,坯布的组织结构为正反五枚缎纹组织,坯布再经过后整理工艺,得到双面绒基布;
步骤二:将双面绒基布浸润在聚氨酯浆料中,并轧出多余浆料,然后再进入凝固槽,经过凝固槽中的DMF水溶液处理,使双面绒基布的双面均形成聚氨酯皮膜;
步骤三:将步骤二得到的形成有聚氨酯皮膜的基布依次经过水洗和烘干后,得到人造革半成品一;
步骤四:将步骤三得到的人造革半成品一通过磨毛机进行双面磨毛,得到人造革半成品二;
步骤五:将人造革半成品二通过定型机进行定型,经过定型后得到成品。
优选的,所述双面绒基布的织物组织是由5条经纱和10条纬纱交织而成,其中,经纱为75d/72f涤纶低弹丝,纬纱为160d/72f涤锦复合丝。
优选的,所述聚氨酯浆料由以下质量份数的原料制得:

与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明在基布的选择上,采用了正反五枚缎纹的机织布,并且通过后整理使得该机织布双面起绒;双面绒面料的手感柔软舒适,绒毛浓密蓬松;设计的组织结构,也使得面料的强度也比海岛超纤非织造布高;使用双面绒面料进行后续的制革工序,可以使得制成的人造革成品具有较好的手感和外观效果;
(2)本发明的双面绒基布所采用的原料为涤纶低弹丝和涤锦复合丝,从而在匀染性、染深性和染色牢度上比海岛超细纤维要好,因此,制成的双面绒人造革染色后的色牢度更好,也不易出现染色不匀的情况;
(3)本发明的制备方法采用的聚氨酯浆料通过合理的成分和配比设计,在双面绒基布表面形成聚氨酯皮膜,经过凝固后,再进行磨毛处理,可以获得如天然皮革一样的绒毛感,并具有较好的外观效果和手感;
(4)本发明的生产工艺简单,原料易得,价格低廉,成本低,有利于广泛应用;另外,在固化时所使用的DMF溶剂可以回收使用,其回收率高,有利于保护环境。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明一实施方式的一种双面绒人造革及其制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1.基布的制备:坯布是以75d/72f涤纶低弹丝作为经纱,160d/72f涤锦复合丝作为纬纱,并采用正反五枚缎纹的组织结构编织而成;如图1所示,正反五枚缎纹组织结构是由5条经纱和10条纬纱交织而成,其中,黑色的组织点表示经纱在上,白色的组织点表示经纱在下。坯布织造完成后,对其进行后整理,后整理流程为:坯布→退卷→拉毛→剪毛→起皱→染色→脱水→烘干→拉毛→剪毛→刷毛→定型→检验,经过后整理制得双面绒基布。
2.含浸:通过挤压辊反复挤压,使得双面绒基布含浸在聚氨酯浆料中,之后通过挤压将多余的聚氨酯浆料挤出;其中,聚氨酯浆料的成分及重量配比为:
3.固化:浸渍过聚氨酯浆料的双面绒基布进入凝固槽中,经过凝固槽中的DMF水溶液处理,使双面绒基布的双面均形成聚氨酯皮膜;其中,DMF水溶液的浓度为20~25%,凝固温度为20~30℃,双面绒基布通过凝固槽的速度为5~15m/min;使用后的DMF水溶液可回收利用,其回收率高,有利于保护环境。
4.水洗:将形成有聚氨酯皮膜的基布依次通过八个水洗槽进行水洗,其中,要求末端水洗槽中DMF的浓度接近0%,水洗槽有一定的倾斜角度,末端的角度稍高,这样可以进行水的循环使用。水洗过程是在常温下进行,水洗过程中,形成有聚氨酯皮膜的基布的进布速度为5~15m/min。
5.烘干:对经过水洗后的基布进行烘干,得到人造革半成品一,其中,烘干的温度约为100℃,烘干过程中,基布的进布速度为5~15m/min。
6.磨毛:完成烘干后,通过两台正反相连接的磨毛机对人造革半成品一进行双面磨毛,磨毛机的速度为0~5m/min,使用180目砂纸,对双面绒基布两面形成的聚氨酯皮膜进行打磨,使得表面出现绒毛效果,以得到人造革半成品二;
7.定型:将人造革半成品二通过定型机进行定型,定型温度为120~130℃,定型速度为25m/min,最终得到双面绒人造革成品。
本发明制成的人造革双面起绒,手感柔软,强度大,染色均匀度好,原料易得,工艺简单,生产成本低。

步骤二:将双面绒基布浸润在聚氨酯浆料中,并轧出多余浆料,然后再进入凝固槽,经过凝固槽中的DMF水溶液处理,使双面绒基布的双面均形成聚氨酯皮膜;
步骤三:将步骤二得到的形成有聚氨酯皮膜的基布依次经过水洗和烘干后,得到人造革半成品一;
步骤四:将步骤三得到的人造革半成品一通过磨毛机进行双面磨毛,得到人造革半成品二;
步骤五:将人造革半成品二通过定型机进行定型,经过定型后得到成品。
