技术领域
本发明属于粉料输送自动控制技术领域,尤其涉及一种PVC干燥床粉料输送装置及控制方法。
背景技术
聚氯乙烯(PVC)是应用非常广泛的化工原料,在PVC生产工艺流程中,经过聚合的PVC需要通过干燥床,进行PVC料浆的干燥,从而获粉磨状态的PVC产品,最后送往PVC包装系统。在PVC干燥过程中,经干燥后的PVC呈粉末状态,含水率在0.1%~0.2%之间,在PVC粉末输送的时候极易产生静电,静电会降低PVC粉末的流动性,所以在经过振动筛的时候,会出现PVC跑料现象,跑料现象指正常的PVC粉末未通过振动筛,而进入筛后料中,影响正常PVC的产量。为了减小PVC粉末的静电,增强PVC粉末的流动性,需要在一次输送管线中增加加湿除静电装置,但是在实际生产过程中,输送管线中的负荷波动频繁,使得增湿量很难匹配PVC粉末输送量,这样会导致增湿量过多,使PVC粉末粘连在一起,形成块状,在输送管线中发生堵料,增湿量过少,PVC粉末静电过大,发生跑料。
现有的干燥床一次输送管线主要存在如下问题:加湿量过大会导致一次输送管线堵料,加湿量过小会导致一次振荡筛跑料。由于很难精确控制增湿系统,导致PVC干燥一次输送频繁发生跑料和堵料现象,跑料会减少正常PVC的产量,堵料会影响PVC干燥的连续性,这些问题对生产都是不利的。
发明内容
为解决干燥后的PVC粉料在一次输送发生跑料和堵料问题,本发明提供了一种PVC干燥床粉料输送装置及控制方法,该装置和控制方法可以有效解决干燥后的PVC粉料在一次输送时发生跑料和堵料问题,使PVC粉料产品输送更加稳定且连续。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明提供的技术方案如下:
一种PVC干燥床粉料输送装置,包括一与PVC粉料输送管线及PVC粉料振动筛相连的输送管线连接管,所述输送管线连接管上设有加湿器,所述加湿器与增湿装置通过加湿气体输送管线及加湿气体控制开关阀相连,于输送管线连接管的一侧设有振打器,所述振打器与仪表气源经振打器气源管线及振打器气源控制开关阀相连,所述加湿气体控制开关阀和振打器气源控制开关阀与控制装置相连。
进一步地,所述加湿器为由空心管构成的圆环,于圆环内侧开设有若干通气孔,所述通气孔设置于输送管线连接管内。
进一步地,所述控制装置为DCS或PLC控制平台。
一种应用所述装置的PVC干燥床粉料输送控制方法,所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、离线获取描述堵料情况的历史数据组,将该数据组作为拟合模型的基础数据;
步骤二、利用拟合公式实时计算当前数据与基础数据的相似度,当相似度大于预设值时,执行阀门切换操作。
进一步地,所述步骤一包括:
步骤101):获取输送管线压力和离心机电流的历史数据,当一次输送发生堵料时,从当前时刻起向前切割10分钟历史数据;
步骤102):计算离心机电流平均值,对离心机电流平均值大小划分区间,依据该区间存储上一步骤切割的输出管线压力的历史数据,将该数据作为拟合用的基础数据,然后再次重复步上一步骤,获得描述堵料情况的所有数据。
进一步地,所述步骤二包括:

(2)通过本发明的方法计算出的方波序列,进行振打器和加湿器的控制,可以避免加湿量过大引起的输送管线内堵料。

本发明提供一种PVC干燥床粉料输送装置及控制方法,可以解决PVC干燥床粉料在一次输送时的跑料和堵料问题。
如图1所示,一种PVC干燥床粉料输送防跑料和堵料装置主要由输送管线连接管S01、加湿器S02、振打器S03、振打器气源管线S04、振打器气源控制开关阀S05、加湿气体输送管线S06和加湿气体控制开关阀S07所组成。
进一步地,输送管线连接管S01上部用于连接PVC一次输送管线,下部用于连接振动筛。
加湿器S02用于对输送管线连接管S01内PVC粉料进行加湿,防止PVC粉料静电过大,在振动筛上跑料。
振打器S03用于对输送管线连接管S01进行振打,防止PVC粉料在输送管线连接管内堵料。
振打器气源管线S04用于连接振打器和气源。振打器气源控制开关阀S05用于控制振打器气源。加湿气体输送管线S06用于连接加湿器和被加湿的气体。加湿气体控制开关阀S07用于控制加湿器内的气体。

步骤S203:根据方波序列的周期和持续时间,控制器产生方波序列,加湿开关阀根据该序列进行开关控制,振打器气源开关阀打开,振打器启动,一直持续到方波序列结束为止。
由步骤S202计算的方波序列的周期6.3秒,方波持续时间60秒,进行加湿器开关阀和振打器气源开关阀的控制,即在方波持续时间60秒内,振打器气源开关阀打开,加湿器开关阀打开6.3秒,关6.3秒,直到方波持续时间结束。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行改动、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (6)

1.一种PVC干燥床粉料输送装置,其特征在于:包括一与PVC粉料输送管线及PVC粉料振动筛相连的输送管线连接管,所述输送管线连接管上设有加湿器,所述加湿器与增湿装置通过加湿气体输送管线及加湿气体控制开关阀相连,于输送管线连接管的一侧设有振打器,所述振打器与仪表气源经振打器气源管线及振打器气源控制开关阀相连,所述加湿气体控制开关阀和振打器气源控制开关阀与控制装置相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC干燥床粉料输送装置,其特征在于:所述加湿器为由空心管构成的圆环,于圆环内侧开设有若干通气孔,所述通气孔设置于输送管线连接管内。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC干燥床粉料输送装置,其特征在于:所述控制装置为DCS或PLC控制平台。
4.一种应用权利要求1-3任一所述装置的PVC干燥床粉料输送控制方法,其特征在于:所述方法包括如下步骤:
步骤一、离线获取描述堵料情况的历史数据组,将该数据组作为拟合模型的基础数据;
步骤二、利用拟合公式实时计算当前数据与基础数据的相似度,当相似度大于预设值时,执行阀门切换操作。
5.根据权利要求4所述的PVC干燥床粉料输送控制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤一包括:
步骤101):获取输送管线压力和离心机电流的历史数据,当一次输送发生堵料时,从当前时刻起向前切割10分钟历史数据;
步骤102):计算离心机电流平均值,对离心机电流平均值大小划分区间,依据该区间存储上一步骤切割的输出管线压力的历史数据,将该数据作为拟合用的基础数据,然后再次重复步上一步骤,获得描述堵料情况的所有数据。
6.根据权利要求4所述的PVC干燥床粉料输送控制方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二包括:
步骤201):获取从当前时刻起向前10分钟的输送管线压力和离心机电流当前数据;
步骤202):利用拟合公式,根据离心机电流平均值的不同值,分区间进行相似度的计算,然后计算控制器输出波形,周期=fit*10,持续时间60秒,
