Wherein the beans comprise 4 parts of peanut kernels, 5 parts of black beans, 5 parts of red beans, 4 parts of mung beans and 4 parts of peas; the rice is corn 5 parts, millet 4 parts and coix seed 4 parts.
The preparation method is the same as that of example 1.
Comparative example 1
A meal replacement powder, which is different from the meal replacement powder in example 2 in that no morchella esculenta is contained in the raw material.
Comparative example 2
A meal replacement powder is different from the meal replacement powder in example 2 in that hericium erinaceus, red dates and black sesame are not contained in raw materials.
Comparative example 3
A meal replacement powder is different from the meal replacement powder in example 2 in that beans are not contained in the raw materials.
Comparative example 4
A meal replacement powder was prepared as described in example 2, except that the raw materials contained no rice and no buckwheat.
Comparative example 5
The difference between the compound mushroom meal replacement powder and the embodiment 2 is that the preparation method comprises the following steps:
drying and curing morchella and hericium erinaceus at 85-90 ℃, and then crushing into 4000-mesh and 6000-mesh morchella superfine powder and hericium erinaceus superfine powder at normal temperature;
drying and curing red dates, black sesame, beans, rice and wheat at 85-90 ℃, and then crushing into 800-mesh micro powder at normal temperature;
and mixing the superfine powder and the micro powder to prepare the compound mushroom meal replacement powder.
Test example 1
The V-type mixed sensory indexes (sensory indexes are the results obtained by looking at, smelling and tasting and grading) of the meal replacement powders of examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and comparative examples 1 to 5, and nutritional indexes such as protein content and total amino acid content were measured and compared, and the results are shown in the following tables.
Table 1: v-type mixed compound mushroom low-temperature ultrafine powder sensory index grading standard
Figure BDA0003442133320000111
Table 2: v-type mixed compound mushroom low-temperature ultramicro powder protein content (g/100g) change condition

The comparison shows that the material is subjected to superfine grinding at the ultralow temperature of less than or equal to-40 ℃, so that the fat is effectively prevented from being consumed and deteriorated due to heating during the grinding of the material in the traditional grinding process, the loss of high-quality protein can be effectively prevented, the water solubility and the dispersibility are good, and the palatability of the product is effectively improved. The compound product meets the functional requirements and also considers the nutritional requirements so as to meet the requirements of different groups on the functions, safety and nutrition of the product by continuously improving the living quality.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
