本发明涉及纺织品领域,尤其涉及一种防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法。
背景技术
纺织品,即经纺织加工而成的产品,包括纱线、机织物、针织物、编织物等,分为梭织布和针织布两大类。
随着人们对生活卫生要求的不断提高,在选择使用的纺织品方面,除了基本的干净、柔软、抗菌等功能外,还会关注纺织品的防螨虫效果,而纺织品的防螨虫效果主要来源与其编织的纱线以及整体的面料组成。
相关技术中,对于防螨虫纱线或是面料来说,其防螨虫效果多是使用外加的防螨虫抑制剂,虽然抑制剂能够起到较好的防螨虫效果,但是对于经常处于潮湿状态的纺织品来说,经过重复的清洗,其上的抑制剂含量逐渐降低,进而使其防螨虫作用表现并不理想,并不能保持长期有效的作用效果。
因此,有必要提供一种防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法解决上述技术问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法,解决了现有防螨虫纺织品防螨虫效果不够持久的问题。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的防螨虫混纺纱线,包括以下重量份原料:
大豆纤维40-50份、亚麻纤维30-40份、竹纤维25-35份、涤纶20-30份、腈纶纤维10-20份以及添加剂5-10份。
优选的,包括以下重量份原料:
大豆纤维40份、亚麻纤维30份、竹纤维25份、涤纶20份、腈纶纤维10份以及添加剂5份,所述添加剂为氰硫基乙酸异冰片酯。

优选的,所述防螨层的厚度设置为0.1-0.3毫米,所述防螨层、基布层、透气层、上粘合层、下粘合层以及防水层的厚度比例为1:1.5:0.8:0.5:0.5:1。
一种防螨虫混纺面料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
S1、防螨层制备:按比例取大豆纤维、亚麻纤维、竹纤维、涤纶、腈纶纤维混合,然后依次进行除杂、松解、开松、梳理、精梳、牵引、加捻、卷线工艺,制得防螨混纺纱线,再将防螨混纺纱线浸泡在添加剂中,浸泡完成之后取出烘干,之后,分别将防螨混纺纱线与棉纱放入编织设备中,以防螨混纺纱线为经线,以棉纱为纬线交错编织得到防螨层;
S2、基布层制备:将棉纤维与醋酯纱线混合,依次采用除杂、松解、开松、梳理、精梳、牵引、加捻、卷线工艺混纺纱线,将混纺纱线放入编织设备中编织得到基布层;
S3、防水层制备:a、首先将PTFE洗净后切片,之后对其进行烘干,再放入双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融,然后通过300目的金属筛网进行除杂处理,得到熔融物;
b、再将熔融物加入纺丝箱中,通过纺丝箱制成涤纶长线,然后对涤纶长线进行烘干处理,得到纺纱长线备用;
c、将高强拉力涤纶与纺纱长线进行共捻得到混纺线,再使用导丝筒将混纱线卷绕起备用,然后将混纱线放置在纺织机上,将其纺织成防水层。
S4、压合处理:在基布层的上表面与透气层的上表面分别均匀涂覆下粘接层和上粘接层,自然冷却晾干后得到基布复合粘接层和透气复合粘接层,然后按照由下到上的顺序依次将基布复合粘接层、防螨层和透气复合粘接层、防水层按照放入压合设备中,最终复合得到所需的防螨虫混纺面料。

下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
第一实施例
请结合参阅图1、图2、图3、图4,其中,图1为本发明提供的双螺杆挤出机外部的结构示意图;图2为图1所示的A部放大示意图;图3为图1送料机构与连接结构外部的结构示意图;图4为图1送料机构与连接结构分离时的结构示意图。防螨虫混纺纱线,包括以下重量份原料:
大豆纤维40份、亚麻纤维30份、竹纤维25份、涤纶20份、腈纶纤维10份以及添加剂5份,所述添加剂为氰硫基乙酸异冰片酯。
一种防螨虫混纺的面料,其特征在于,包括:由所述防螨虫混纺纱线和棉纱编织而成的防螨层、基布层、透气层、上粘合层、下粘合层以及防水层;
其中,所述基布层的上表面通过下粘合层与所述防螨层粘接,所述透气层连接于所述防螨层的上表面,所述防水层通过所述上粘合层与所述透气层的上表面粘接。
所述防水层是由PTFE膜和高强拉力涤纶复合而成,所述透气层是由再生纤维素纤维编织而成,所述基布层是由棉纤维和醋酯纤维编织而成。
所述防螨层的厚度设置为0.1毫米,所述防螨层、基布层、透气层、上粘合层、下粘合层以及防水层的厚度比例为1:1.5:0.8:0.5:0.5:1。
一种防螨虫混纺面料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
S1、防螨层制备:按比例取大豆纤维40份、亚麻纤维30份、竹纤维25份、涤纶20份、腈纶纤维10份以及添加剂5份,所述添加剂为氰硫基乙酸异冰片酯混合,然后依次进行除杂、松解、开松、梳理、精梳、牵引、加捻、卷线工艺,制得防螨混纺纱线,再将防螨混纺纱线浸泡在添加剂中,浸泡完成之后取出烘干,之后,分别将防螨混纺纱线与棉纱放入编织设备中,以防螨混纺纱线为经线,以棉纱为纬线交错编织得到防螨层;
S2、基布层制备:将棉纤维与醋酯纱线混合,依次采用除杂、松解、开松、梳理、精梳、牵引、加捻、卷线工艺混纺纱线,将混纺纱线放入编织设备中编织得到基布层;
S3、防水层制备:a、首先将PTFE洗净后切片,之后对其进行烘干,再放入双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融,然后通过300目的金属筛网进行除杂处理,得到熔融物;
b、再将熔融物加入纺丝箱中,通过纺丝箱制成涤纶长线,然后对涤纶长线进行烘干处理,得到纺纱长线备用;
c、将高强拉力涤纶与纺纱长线进行共捻得到混纺线,再使用导丝筒将混纱线卷绕起备用,然后将混纱线放置在纺织机上,将其纺织成防水层。
S4、压合处理:在基布层的上表面与透气层的上表面分别均匀涂覆下粘接层和上粘接层,自然冷却晾干后得到基布复合粘接层和透气复合粘接层,然后按照由下到上的顺序依次将基布复合粘接层、防螨层和透气复合粘接层、防水层按照放入压合设备中,最终复合得到所需的防螨虫混纺面料。
所述S3中用于对PTFE切片进行熔化制得熔融物的双螺杆挤出机,所述挤出机包括送料机构1和挤出机构2,所述送料机构1安装于所述挤出机构2的顶部,所述挤出机构2的顶部设置有用于对所述送料机构1固定的连接结构3,连接结构3包括电动伸缩杆31,所述电动伸缩杆31的顶端安装有安装座32。
所述安装座32的右侧安装有固定组件33,所述固定组件33包括固定套筒331和卡扣332,所述固定套筒331固定安装于所述安装座32的右侧,所述固定套筒331的外部套接有连接卡件333,所述卡扣332位于所述连接卡件333的正下方,所述连接卡件333的底部卡接于所述卡扣332的外部,所述固定套筒331上螺纹连接有定位转件334,所述定位转件334的一端延伸至所述安装座32的内部。
送料机构1和挤出机构2为上下组装形式,送料机构1用于将待加工原料向下输送至挤出机构2中,连接结构3通过安装在挤出机构2上,通过与送料机构1连接,使得送料机构1能够稳定安装在挤出机构2的顶部,电动伸缩杆31外接有电源,通过外部开关控制其伸缩,安装座32与送料筒11适配设置,能够紧密套接在送料筒11的外部,且在安装座32上设置有与安装块12适配的凹槽,在送料筒11外部安装在安装座32上时,通过两个安装块12与安装座32有效连接,卡扣332与安装在主体21的顶部,卡扣332与连接卡件333适配设置,位于连接卡件333的正下方,通过连接卡件333底部与卡扣332内部卡接,进而对安装座32起到竖直方向的固定作用,使得安装座32能够稳定与主体21的顶部连接,在右侧的安装块12的一侧开设有与定位转件334适配的螺纹孔,通过定位转件334外部与该螺纹孔内部螺纹连接,进而对安装块12起到有效固定作用,进而使得送料筒11与安装座32稳定连接;
通过设置该连接结构3,实现对送料筒11的有效固定,实现送料筒11与主体21顶部自由安装与拆卸,同时能够对送料筒11以及安装座32位置进行固定,而设置电动伸缩杆31,能够带动送料筒11在竖直方向移动,在送料筒11底部或是主体21顶部出现堵塞时,可通过控制电动伸缩杆31伸长,使得送料筒11底部直接与主体21的顶部分离,然后方便工作人员对其进行操作,问题解决之后,直接控制电动伸缩杆31收缩,进而使得送料筒11与主体21自动组装即可,在使用时十分方便,无需人工手动拆分操作;
而将送料机构1与挤出机构2设置组装形式,在需要对两者内部维修时,可以将两者拆分开,然后单独对故障部分进行维修,改变了传统的一体式设计形式,使得维修更加方便,同时在需要搬运挤出机时,也将送料机构1与挤出机构2拆分开,然后分别对两者进行搬运,改变了传统的整体搬运形式,使其体积变小,不容易受到外部空间限制,进而在搬运时更加方便、更加轻松。
所述送料机构1包括送料筒11,所述送料筒11外部的两侧均固定安装有安装块12,所述定位转件334的一端与所述安装块12的内部螺纹连接,所述送料筒11上设置有用于对内部原料输送的输送组件13,所述送料筒11外部的一侧安装有进料斗14。
所述挤出机构2包括主体21,所述送料筒11底部与所述主体21的顶部进料口连接,所述主体21的内部设置有用于对内部原料搅拌挤出的双螺旋驱动组件22,所述卡扣332固定安装于所述主体21外部的一侧,且所述电动伸缩杆31安装于所述主体21的顶部。
与相关技术相比较,本发明提供的防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法具有如下有益效果:
通过大豆纤维、亚麻纤维、竹纤维这类天然纤维作为纱线主要组成成分,利用其自身具备的抗菌、除螨的效果,使得编织的面料自带很好的防螨虫作用,同时配合涤纶和添加剂进一步提升面料整体的防螨虫效果,将材料自身防螨虫效果以及外加防螨虫效果结合使用,使得面料在重复清洗后,整体的除螨效果不会明显下降,能够保持持久且稳定的除螨虫效果,进而更好的满足人们的使用需求。
第二实施例
基于本发明的第一实施例一种防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法,本发明的第二实施例提供另一种防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法,其中,第二实施例并不会妨碍第一实施例的技术方案的独立实施。
具体的,本发明的提供另一种防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法不同之处在于:
一种防螨虫混纺纱线,包括以下重量份原料:
大豆纤维45份、亚麻纤维35份、竹纤维30份、涤纶25份、腈纶纤维15份以及添加剂8份。
一种防螨虫混纺面料,包括:由所述防螨虫混纺纱线和棉纱编织而成的防螨层、基布层、透气层、上粘合层、下粘合层以及防水层;
其中,所述基布层的上表面通过下粘合层与所述防螨层粘接,所述透气层连接于所述防螨层的上表面,所述防水层通过所述上粘合层与所述透气层的上表面粘接。
所述防螨层的厚度设置为0.2毫米,所述防螨层、基布层、透气层、上粘合层、下粘合层以及防水层的厚度比例为1:1.5:0.8:0.5:0.5:1。
第三实施例
基于本发明的第一实施例一种防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法,本发明的第三实施例提供另一种防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法,其中,第三实施例并不会妨碍第一实施例的技术方案的独立实施。
具体的,本发明的提供另一种防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法不同之处在于:
一种防螨虫混纺纱线,包括以下重量份原料:
大豆纤维50份、亚麻纤维40份、竹纤维35份、涤纶30份、腈纶纤维20份以及添加剂10份。
一种防螨虫混纺面料,包括:由所述防螨虫混纺纱线和棉纱编织而成的防螨层、基布层、透气层、上粘合层、下粘合层以及防水层;
其中,所述基布层的上表面通过下粘合层与所述防螨层粘接,所述透气层连接于所述防螨层的上表面,所述防水层通过所述上粘合层与所述透气层的上表面粘接。
所述防螨层的厚度设置为0.3毫米,所述防螨层、基布层、透气层、上粘合层、下粘合层以及防水层的厚度比例为1:1.5:0.8:0.5:0.5:1。
对实施例1-3中所制备出来的防螨虫混纺面料在经过100次重复清洗之后,分别选取100组测试样品面料,并对面料上的抗拉伸强度、螨虫含量、柔软度、透气性数据进行测量和统计,为了便于比较,所有实施例的数据基于实施例1的数据进行统一化,具体请参阅表1;

由上表可知,由于实施例2制备出来的的防螨虫混纺面料抗拉伸强度、螨虫含量、柔软度、透气性都比其实施例都要高,故实施例2中给出的透明有色夹网布材料的制备方法是最优选择。

Claims (10)

1.一种防螨虫混纺纱线,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:
大豆纤维40-50份、亚麻纤维30-40份、竹纤维25-35份、涤纶20-30份、腈纶纤维10-20份以及添加剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防螨虫混纺纱线,其特征在于,包括以下重量份原料:
大豆纤维40份、亚麻纤维30份、竹纤维25份、涤纶20份、腈纶纤维10份以及添加剂5份,所述添加剂为氰硫基乙酸异冰片酯。
3.一种使用如权利要求1-2任意一项所述的防螨虫混纺纱线制备的面料,其特征在于,包括:由所述防螨虫混纺纱线和棉纱编织而成的防螨层、基布层、透气层、上粘合层、下粘合层以及防水层;
其中,所述基布层的上表面通过下粘合层与所述防螨层粘接,所述透气层连接于所述防螨层的上表面,所述防水层通过所述上粘合层与所述透气层的上表面粘接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防螨虫混纺面料,其特征在于,所述防水层是由PTFE膜和高强拉力涤纶复合而成,所述透气层是由再生纤维素纤维编织而成,所述基布层是由棉纤维和醋酯纤维编织而成。
5.根据权利要求3所述的防螨虫混纺面料,其特征在于,所述防螨层的厚度设置为0.1-0.3毫米,所述防螨层、基布层、透气层、上粘合层、下粘合层以及防水层的厚度比例为1:1.5:0.8:0.5:0.5:1。
6.一种如权利要求3-5任意一项所述的防螨虫混纺面料的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
S1、防螨层制备:按比例取大豆纤维、亚麻纤维、竹纤维、涤纶、腈纶纤维混合,然后依次进行除杂、松解、开松、梳理、精梳、牵引、加捻、卷线工艺,制得防螨混纺纱线,再将防螨混纺纱线浸泡在添加剂中,浸泡完成之后取出烘干,之后,分别将防螨混纺纱线与棉纱放入编织设备中,以防螨混纺纱线为经线,以棉纱为纬线交错编织得到防螨层;
S2、基布层制备:将棉纤维与醋酯纱线混合,依次采用除杂、松解、开松、梳理、精梳、牵引、加捻、卷线工艺混纺纱线,将混纺纱线放入编织设备中编织得到基布层;
S3、防水层制备:a、首先将PTFE洗净后切片,之后对其进行烘干,再放入双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融,然后通过300目的金属筛网进行除杂处理,得到熔融物;
b、再将熔融物加入纺丝箱中,通过纺丝箱制成涤纶长线,然后对涤纶长线进行烘干处理,得到纺纱长线备用;
c、将高强拉力涤纶与纺纱长线进行共捻得到混纺线,再使用导丝筒将混纱线卷绕起备用,然后将混纱线放置在纺织机上,将其纺织成防水层。
S4、压合处理:在基布层的上表面与透气层的上表面分别均匀涂覆下粘接层和上粘接层,自然冷却晾干后得到基布复合粘接层和透气复合粘接层,然后按照由下到上的顺序依次将基布复合粘接层、防螨层和透气复合粘接层、防水层按照放入压合设备中,最终复合得到所需的防螨虫混纺面料。
7.根据权利要求6所述的防螨虫混纺面料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中用于对PTFE切片进行熔化制得熔融物的双螺杆挤出机,所述挤出机包括送料机构和挤出机构,所述送料机构安装于所述挤出机构的顶部,所述挤出机构的顶部设置有用于对所述送料机构固定的连接结构,连接结构包括电动伸缩杆,所述电动伸缩杆的顶端安装有安装座。
8.根据权利要求7所述的防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述安装座的右侧安装有固定组件,所述固定组件包括固定套筒和卡扣,所述固定套筒固定安装于所述安装座的右侧,所述固定套筒的外部套接有连接卡件,所述卡扣位于所述连接卡件的正下方,所述连接卡件的底部卡接于所述卡扣的外部,所述固定套筒上螺纹连接有定位转件,所述定位转件的一端延伸至所述安装座的内部。
9.根据权利要求8所述的防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述送料机构包括送料筒,所述送料筒外部的两侧均固定安装有安装块,所述定位转件的一端与所述安装块的内部螺纹连接,所述送料筒上设置有用于对内部原料输送的输送组件,所述送料筒外部的一侧安装有进料斗。
10.根据权利要求9所述的防螨虫混纺纱线、面料及其制备方法,其特征在于,所述挤出机构包括主体,所述送料筒底部与所述主体的顶部进料口连接,所述主体的内部设置有用于对内部原料搅拌挤出的双螺旋驱动组件,所述卡扣固定安装于所述主体外部的一侧,且所述电动伸缩杆安装于所述主体的顶部。
