梭织面料通过编织机械或人工裁剪可用于礼服的制作原料,礼服是以裙装为基本款式特征,是指在某些重大场合上参与者所穿着的庄重而且正式的服装。晚礼服是产生于西方社交活动中,在晚间正式聚会、仪式、典礼上穿着的礼仪用服装。小礼服是在晚间或日间的鸡尾酒会正式聚会、仪式、典礼上穿着的礼仪用服装。裙套装礼服是职业女性在职业场合出席庆典、仪式时穿着的礼仪用服装。婚礼礼服是在婚礼的时候穿的服装。
现有的礼服制造的梭织面料在使用过程中,针对排汗除潮的设计较为单一,容易产生汗气排出困难的问题,导致异味的产生,以及灰尘、油渍和污垢容易吸附于面料表面,需要时时清洗,且制备的衣物,更换频繁的缺点。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料及其制备方法,解决了上述背景技术中提出现有的礼服制造的梭织面料在使用过程中,针对排汗除潮的设计较为单一,容易产生汗气排出困难的问题,导致异味的产生,以及灰尘、油渍和污垢容易吸附于面料表面,需要时时清洗,且制备的衣物,更换频繁的问题。

可选的,疏水层包括防泼水涂层、粘接层和无纺布,防泼水涂层的下方连接有粘接层,且粘接层的下方连接有无纺布。
可选的,防泼水涂层为耐久排水聚合体,以及采用碳氟化合物配方制备,防泼水涂层通过粘接层固定在无纺布上,且防泼水涂层通过粘接层与无纺布相连接。

S4、采用上述步骤S1-步骤S3,耐磨抗拉扯层由PPT弹性丝线和形状记忆纤维丝线采用加弹机、平牵机和合股机复合成丝,并采用纺织机械编织成,外防静电层由横向导电纤维丝、纵向导电纤维丝和棉线采用行网络、空气变形、假捻、加弹等方式构建出复合丝线,并采用纺织机械编织成,抗菌层由第一竹炭纤维丝线和第二竹炭纤维丝线采用纺织机械编织成;
S5、通过粘接层与防泼水涂层相连,构建出疏水层;
S6、将疏水层、耐磨抗拉扯层、防紫外线层、外防静电层、面料基层和内防静电层由外而内紧密贴合,利用平牵机夹持两端,拉伸,并采用贴合机加热定型,以及金属丝线使用编织机械将疏水层、耐磨抗拉扯层、防紫外线层、外防静电层、面料基层和内防静电层二次定型,制取复合面料;
S7、将步骤S6中的复合面料,以及丝绸层、抗菌层和吸湿排汗层浸泡入稀释消毒药剂内,通过高温烘干消毒后,采用贴合机定型,制取适用于礼服制造的梭织面料。

请参阅图1至图8,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料,包括疏水层1,疏水层1的下方连接有耐磨抗拉扯层2,且耐磨抗拉扯层2的下方连接有防紫外线层3,防紫外线层3的下方连接有外防静电层4,且外防静电层4的下方连接有面料基层5,面料基层5的下方连接有内防静电层6,且内防静电层6的下方连接有丝绸层7,丝绸层7的下方连接有抗菌层8,且抗菌层8的下方连接有吸湿排汗层9,吸湿排汗层9内设有气孔10,疏水层1、耐磨抗拉扯层2、防紫外线层3、外防静电层4、面料基层5和内防静电层6内穿接有金属丝线11。
发明中:疏水层1包括防泼水涂层101、粘接层102和无纺布103,防泼水涂层101的下方连接有粘接层102,且粘接层102的下方连接有无纺布103。
发明中:防泼水涂层101为耐久排水聚合体,以及采用碳氟化合物配方制备,防泼水涂层101通过粘接层102固定在无纺布103上,且防泼水涂层101通过粘接层102与无纺布103相连接;防泼水涂层101能够使水和油污形成球体从织物表层滑落,避免面料表面吸附油渍或污垢,以及减少更换礼服的繁琐,以及保持气体的流通,使织物具有拒水透气的效果,面料保持干爽,使人们在穿着的过程中感觉舒服。
发明中:耐磨抗拉扯层2包括PPT弹性丝线201和形状记忆纤维丝线202,PPT弹性丝线201的内部穿出形状记忆纤维丝线202,PPT弹性丝线201和形状记忆纤维丝线202沿经向和纬向呈垂直十字交错穿插相连。
发明中:PPT弹性丝线201呈螺旋状结构套接在形状记忆纤维丝线202上,PPT弹性丝线201由形状记忆纤维丝线202的外部缠绕引出;PPT弹性丝线201的螺旋状结构能够有效的增强面料的弹性恢复性能,受到外力拉扯不易变形,以及便于恢复至初始状态,而PPT弹性丝线201配合形状记忆纤维丝线202的使用,使得衣物更贴合用户的身形,穿着更加的舒适。
发明中:外防静电层4由横向导电纤维丝401、纵向导电纤维丝402和棉线403相互编织而成,横向导电纤维丝401沿纬向错位设置,纵向导电纤维丝402沿经向错位设置,横向导电纤维丝401之间与纵向导电纤维丝402之间均设置有棉线403。
发明中:横向导电纤维丝401与纵向导电纤维丝402呈十字交叉编织,棉线403交错分布于横向导电纤维丝401和纵向导电纤维丝402之间,并且棉线403之间呈十字交叉状;通过横向导电纤维丝401、纵向导电纤维丝402和棉线403的配合使用,能够有效的避免灰尘的吸附,以及能够有效的避免静电的产生,防止干燥天气产生静电,而棉线403的设置,能够有效的提高用户穿着的舒适性,从而能够有效的为面料提供防尘、防静电,以及保暖的效用。
发明中:抗菌层8包括第一竹炭纤维丝线801、第二竹炭纤维丝线802和通孔803,抗菌层8由第一竹炭纤维丝线801和第二竹炭纤维丝线802呈垂直十字交叉编织而成,第一竹炭纤维丝线801与第二竹炭纤维丝线802之间的缝隙设置为通孔803;通过第一竹炭纤维丝线801和第二竹炭纤维丝线802的交错分布,能够有效的吸附面料表面的水分子,保持面料的干燥,以及具备抗菌抑菌的功用,能够有效的延长面料的使用时间,而通孔803的等距分布能够有效的增大第一竹炭纤维丝线801和第二竹炭纤维丝线802与水分子的接触面积,从而能够有效的提高抗菌、防潮的性能。
发明中:防紫外线层3为尼龙防紫外线面料,外防静电层4和内防静电层6关于面料基层5对称设置,内防静电层6与丝绸层7缝合相连,且丝绸层7与抗菌层8缝合相连,抗菌层8与吸湿排汗层9相粘接,且吸湿排汗层9为植物纤维丝线交错编织而成,并且气孔10沿吸湿排汗层9的内部均匀分布;通过防紫外线层3能够有效的减少外部光线对皮肤损伤,为皮肤提供隔离保护,丝绸层7的柔软特性,能够有效的提高穿戴的舒适性,吸湿排汗层9的设置,更为用户提供排汗的通道,避免异味的产生。
一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、选取适配原料,搅拌混合均匀后投入挤出机挤出成丝,制取多股复合丝线;
S2、多股复合丝线通过纺纱机械交织缠绕,构建出面料形状,获取坯布;
S3、坯布并利用平牵机夹持两端,拉伸,使坯布处于平整状态;
S4、采用上述步骤S1-步骤S3,耐磨抗拉扯层2由PPT弹性丝线201和形状记忆纤维丝线202采用加弹机、平牵机和合股机复合成丝,并采用纺织机械编织成,外防静电层4由横向导电纤维丝401、纵向导电纤维丝402和棉线403采用行网络、空气变形、假捻、加弹等方式构建出复合丝线,并采用纺织机械编织成,抗菌层8由第一竹炭纤维丝线801和第二竹炭纤维丝线802采用纺织机械编织成;
S5、通过粘接层102与防泼水涂层101相连,构建出疏水层1;
S6、将疏水层1、耐磨抗拉扯层2、防紫外线层3、外防静电层4、面料基层5和内防静电层6由外而内紧密贴合,利用平牵机夹持两端,拉伸,并采用贴合机加热定型,以及金属丝线11使用编织机械将疏水层1、耐磨抗拉扯层2、防紫外线层3、外防静电层4、面料基层5和内防静电层6二次定型,制取复合面料;
S7、将步骤S6中的复合面料,以及丝绸层7、抗菌层8和吸湿排汗层9浸泡入稀释消毒药剂内,通过高温烘干消毒后,采用贴合机定型,制取适用于礼服制造的梭织面料。
综上,该防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料及其制备方法,使用时,首先,耐磨抗拉扯层2由PPT弹性丝线201和形状记忆纤维丝线202采用加弹机、平牵机和合股机复合成丝,并采用纺织机械编织成,外防静电层4由横向导电纤维丝401、纵向导电纤维丝402和棉线403采用行网络、空气变形、假捻、加弹等方式构建出复合丝线,并采用纺织机械编织成,抗菌层8由第一竹炭纤维丝线801和第二竹炭纤维丝线802采用纺织机械编织成;其次,通过粘接层102与防泼水涂层101相连,并构建出疏水层1;然后,将疏水层1、耐磨抗拉扯层2、防紫外线层3、外防静电层4、面料基层5和内防静电层6由外而内紧密贴合,利用平牵机夹持两端,拉伸,并采用贴合机加热定型,以及金属丝线11使用编织机械将疏水层1、耐磨抗拉扯层2、防紫外线层3、外防静电层4、面料基层5和内防静电层6二次定型,制取复合面料;最后,将步骤S6中的复合面料,以及丝绸层7、抗菌层8和吸湿排汗层9浸泡入稀释消毒药剂内,通过高温烘干消毒后,采用贴合机定型,制取适用于礼服制造的梭织面料。

1.一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料,包括疏水层(1),其特征在于:所述疏水层(1)的下方连接有耐磨抗拉扯层(2),且耐磨抗拉扯层(2)的下方连接有防紫外线层(3),所述防紫外线层(3)的下方连接有外防静电层(4),且外防静电层(4)的下方连接有面料基层(5),所述面料基层(5)的下方连接有内防静电层(6),且内防静电层(6)的下方连接有丝绸层(7),所述丝绸层(7)的下方连接有抗菌层(8),且抗菌层(8)的下方连接有吸湿排汗层(9),所述吸湿排汗层(9)内设有气孔(10),所述疏水层(1)、耐磨抗拉扯层(2)、防紫外线层(3)、外防静电层(4)、面料基层(5)和内防静电层(6)内穿接有金属丝线(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料,其特征在于:所述疏水层(1)包括防泼水涂层(101)、粘接层(102)和无纺布(103),所述防泼水涂层(101)的下方连接有粘接层(102),且粘接层(102)的下方连接有无纺布(103)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料,其特征在于:所述防泼水涂层(101)为耐久排水聚合体,以及采用碳氟化合物配方制备,所述防泼水涂层(101)通过粘接层(102)固定在无纺布(103)上,且防泼水涂层(101)通过粘接层(102)与无纺布(103)相连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料,其特征在于:所述耐磨抗拉扯层(2)包括PPT弹性丝线(201)和形状记忆纤维丝线(202),所述PPT弹性丝线(201)的内部穿出形状记忆纤维丝线(202),所述PPT弹性丝线(201)和形状记忆纤维丝线(202)沿经向和纬向呈垂直十字交错穿插相连。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料,其特征在于:所述PPT弹性丝线(201)呈螺旋状结构套接在形状记忆纤维丝线(202)上,所述PPT弹性丝线(201)由形状记忆纤维丝线(202)的外部缠绕引出。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料,其特征在于:所述外防静电层(4)由横向导电纤维丝(401)、纵向导电纤维丝(402)和棉线(403)相互编织而成,所述横向导电纤维丝(401)沿纬向错位设置,所述纵向导电纤维丝(402)沿经向错位设置,所述横向导电纤维丝(401)之间与纵向导电纤维丝(402)之间均设置有棉线(403)。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料,其特征在于:所述横向导电纤维丝(401)与纵向导电纤维丝(402)呈十字交叉编织,所述棉线(403)交错分布于横向导电纤维丝(401)和纵向导电纤维丝(402)之间,并且棉线(403)之间呈十字交叉状。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(8)包括第一竹炭纤维丝线(801)、第二竹炭纤维丝线(802)和通孔(803),所述抗菌层(8)由第一竹炭纤维丝线(801)和第二竹炭纤维丝线(802)呈垂直十字交叉编织而成,所述第一竹炭纤维丝线(801)与第二竹炭纤维丝线(802)之间的缝隙设置为通孔(803)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料,其特征在于:所述防紫外线层(3)为尼龙防紫外线面料,所述外防静电层(4)和内防静电层(6)关于面料基层(5)对称设置,所述内防静电层(6)与丝绸层(7)缝合相连,且丝绸层(7)与抗菌层(8)缝合相连,所述抗菌层(8)与吸湿排汗层(9)相粘接,且吸湿排汗层(9)为植物纤维丝线交错编织而成,并且气孔(10)沿吸湿排汗层(9)的内部均匀分布。
10.根据权利要求1-9所述的一种防磨损的适用于礼服制造的梭织面料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

S4、采用上述步骤S1-步骤S3,耐磨抗拉扯层(2)由PPT弹性丝线(201)和形状记忆纤维丝线(202)采用加弹机、平牵机和合股机复合成丝,并采用纺织机械编织成,外防静电层(4)由横向导电纤维丝(401)、纵向导电纤维丝(402)和棉线(403)采用行网络、空气变形、假捻、加弹等方式构建出复合丝线,并采用纺织机械编织成,抗菌层(8)由第一竹炭纤维丝线(801)和第二竹炭纤维丝线(802)采用纺织机械编织成;
S5、通过粘接层(102)与防泼水涂层(101)相连,构建出疏水层(1);
S6、将疏水层(1)、耐磨抗拉扯层(2)、防紫外线层(3)、外防静电层(4)、面料基层(5)和内防静电层(6)由外而内紧密贴合,利用平牵机夹持两端,拉伸,并采用贴合机加热定型,以及金属丝线(11)使用编织机械将疏水层(1)、耐磨抗拉扯层(2)、防紫外线层(3)、外防静电层(4)、面料基层(5)和内防静电层(6)二次定型,制取复合面料;
S7、将步骤S6中的复合面料,以及丝绸层(7)、抗菌层(8)和吸湿排汗层(9)浸泡入稀释消毒药剂内,通过高温烘干消毒后,采用贴合机定型,制取适用于礼服制造的梭织面料。
