背景技术
针织面料,按织造方法分,有纬编针织面料和经编针织面料两类。纬编针织面料常以低弹涤纶丝或异型涤纶丝、锦纶丝、棉纱、毛纱等为原料,采用平针组织,变化平针组织,罗纹平针组织,双罗纹平针组织、提花组织,毛圈组织等,在各种纬编机上编织而成,随着人们生活水平的提高,消费者对服饰功能性的需求,其中纺织品保健功能作为当前受到大力追捧的纺织面料之一,受到了极大的关注,广泛用于服装及家居用品中。目前一些国家着重开发抗微生物霉素、蜱螨不起皱和防紫外线等方面的保健型面料,普遍使用的技术是微型气膜技术,该技术是将一种或几种活性产品包裹在微粒子胶囊中,在织进衣料的纤维里,使其成为保健衣料。一些织进衣料纤维里的胶囊和皮肤接触时,就爆裂开来,但发出香气、防虫剂和防菌剂等,发挥其卫生保健作用。
现有技术中抗虫防螨面料,通常是对织物进行抗菌除螨后进行整理,虽然具有抗菌除螨效果强、工艺简单的特点,但是生产出的布料在经过多次洗涤后,抗菌除螨效果将大大降低,无法实现布料的长时间抗菌除螨,导致后期处理较为繁琐,且浪费原材料,同时现有中的抗虫防螨面料在实现抗菌除螨后对吸湿性的要求大大降低,导致布料在穿着时紧贴皮肤表面吸湿排汗性能较差,导致穿着不适,且现有技术中还有通过织物的高密度,使螨虫无法通过织物,达到抗菌除螨的效果,但是由于织物的高密度导致手感较差,且透气性和吸湿性较差,贴身穿着时严重影响舒适度。
发明内容
为了弥补现有技术的不足,本发明提出的一种吸湿快干的抗虫防螨面料及其制备方法。本发明主要用于提供一种吸湿快干的抗虫防螨面料及其制备方法,该面料具有长时间抗菌防螨效果,抗静电防辐射功能,服装用具有穿着透气舒适吸湿速干单向导湿的功能,且抗菌除螨效果不会随着洗涤次数增加而降低。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:本发明所述的一种吸湿快干的抗虫防螨面料,包括面料层、防水薄膜层和亲肤层;所述面料层为纬编针织面料在熔融纺丝时加入纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒制得的抗菌防螨面料;所述防水薄膜层位于面料层暴露在外部的正面;所述亲肤层位于面料层与皮肤接触的反面;所述亲肤层为由抗辐射层和棉层经粘合压制而成的复合面料层;所述棉层紧贴皮肤表面;所述抗辐射层位于棉层和面料层之间;所述棉层表面设有均匀布置的吸湿区域,且吸湿区域为弧形设计,吸湿区域中部厚度小于棉层厚度,使棉层紧贴皮肤表面波浪形凹凸不平,通过设置的面料层,为吸湿快干的抗虫防螨面料提供基质支撑,同时通过纬编针织面料在熔融纺丝时加入纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒使秒料层内纬编针织面料具备较强的抗菌除螨的性能,制成面料层的抗菌除螨性不会随着洗涤次数的增加而减小,免除了后期整理工序需要的能耗,极大的节约了资源,同时提高面料的抗菌除螨持续性,提高面料使用寿命,通过亲肤层为抗辐射层和棉层经粘合压制而成的复合面料层,棉层紧贴皮肤表面,抗辐射层位于棉层和面料层之间,使亲肤层紧贴皮肤时更加舒适的同时通过抗辐射层有效抵抗辐射,且通过防水薄膜层有效提高面料的防水性,防止面料穿着过程中外部大量水分进入亲肤层,导致亲肤层紧贴皮肤,造成穿着不适,同时提高面料的使用寿命,且通过湿区域为弧形设计,吸湿区域中部厚度小于棉层厚度,使棉层紧贴皮肤表面波浪形凹凸不平,防止面料紧贴皮肤表面,造成皮肤不适,配合吸水层的吸水性能,保证皮肤的干爽透气。

一种吸湿快干的抗虫防螨面料的制备方法,该制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1:设计纬编织物的结构,根据面料用途确定纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒种类,同时确定各原料使用比例和纱线的纱支,将纬编针织面料分两部分进行熔融,纬编针织面料熔融纺丝时两部分分别加入不同量的纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒,制得两种含纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒量不同的抗菌防螨纤维,将制得的抗菌防螨纤维采用单面纬编大圆机进行编织,使含有较多量纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒的抗菌防螨纤维位于面料层正面,较少量纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒的抗菌防螨纤维位于面料层反面,得到胚布,通过含有较多量纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒的抗菌防螨纤维位于面料层正面,较少量纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒的抗菌防螨纤维位于面料层反面配合亲肤层有效防止抗菌防螨颗粒的化学物质对皮肤表面造成伤害,降低化学物质危险性,同时大幅度提高面料对外部空气的杀菌除螨性能,防止外部细菌和螨虫进入亲肤层,提高面料杀菌除螨性能;
S2:将S1中得到的胚布进行自然回缩,自然回缩的时间为24小时,自然回缩后进行蒸汽收缩,接着过100-110℃热水浸轧处理,再经定型机定型,定型温度190℃,速度为22米/分钟,时间为10分钟,然后置入煮练机中进行煮练,煮练温度为110℃,时间控制在50分钟,保证胚布完成退软,退软后的胚布经质量检测合格后进行定性处理,得到半成品布料;
S3:将S2中得到的半成品面料,正面粘附防水薄膜层,反面粘附亲肤层,再经过压合处理后得到成品布料;
S4:在S3中得到的成品布料中加入防水浆料、吸湿排汗助剂和快干助剂,将加入防水浆料、吸湿排汗助剂和排汗助剂后的成品布料依次进行烘干、皂洗和再烘干处理,处理次数大于3次,防水浆料配方为防水剂40g/kg和防水剂增强剂6g/kg,吸湿排汗助剂的含量为70g/l,快干助剂的含量为30g/l,烘干后经浸轧、定型、预缩、成品检验,得到所述吸湿快干的抗虫防螨面料。
所述煮练机包括安装架、煮练炉、进料口、煮沸腔、转动环、搅动环、柔性金属环、挤压囊和安装管;所述安装架的左端固定安装有煮练炉;所述煮练炉的内部开设有煮沸腔,煮练炉的上端开设有进料口;所述煮沸腔的内壁转动安装有搅动环;所述搅动环的外壁通过柔性金属环转动连接有转动环,搅动环的内壁均匀固定安装有安装管;所述转动环转动安装在煮练炉的壁中,转动环的壁中固定安装有挤压囊;所述柔性金属环的内侧外表面摩擦连接有加热环;所述加热环均匀固定安装在搅动环的壁中;所述安装管的内部通过弹簧弹性连接有滑块;所述滑块的外端对称铰接有倒钩;所述倒钩设置为弧形,倒钩设在煮沸腔内;当需要对胚布进行退软时,即可将胚布通过入料口置入进煮练腔内,此时驱动转动环转动,即在转动环转动时会带动其内端的柔性金属环转动,即使得柔性金属环与搅动环外壁内的加热环产生摩擦,从而完成对整个搅动环进行加热,实现对煮练腔内胚布的加热煮练,而当柔性金属环与加热环进行摩擦时其自身亦会升温,从而使得其自身发生一定量的膨胀,进而使得其对其外端的挤压囊进行挤压,使得其将其内部气压输送至安装管中,当安装管内的气压增大时,会向外端推动滑块使得其外端铰接的倒钩勾住胚布的外侧将其拉伸,从而实现在煮练的过程中对胚布进行拉伸,从而使得整个胚布退软的过程被大大缩减,大幅提升工作效率,同时当柔性金属环受热膨胀到一定系数时,其与加热环的摩擦系数达到最大,从而在阻力的作用下使得转动环停止转动,进而即可实现自动对煮练炉内的温度进行控制,避免温度过高导致胚布被损坏。

本发明的有益效果如下:
1.本发明提供的技术方案,通过纬编针织面料在熔融纺丝时加入纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒使秒料层内纬编针织面料具备较强的抗菌除螨的性能,制成面料层的抗菌除螨性不会随着洗涤次数的增加而减小,免除了后期整理工序需要的能耗,极大的节约了资源,同时提高面料的抗菌除螨持续性,提高面料使用寿命。
2.本发明提供的技术方案,通过亲肤层为抗辐射层和棉层经粘合压制而成的复合面料层,棉层紧贴皮肤表面,抗辐射层位于棉层和面料层之间,使亲肤层紧贴皮肤时更加舒适的同时通过抗辐射层有效抵抗辐射,且通过防水薄膜层有效提高面料的防水性,防止面料穿着过程中外部大量水分进入亲肤层,导致亲肤层紧贴皮肤,造成穿着不适,同时提高面料的使用寿命,且通过湿区域为弧形设计,吸湿区域中部厚度小于棉层厚度,使棉层紧贴皮肤表面波浪形凹凸不平,防止面料紧贴皮肤表面,造成皮肤不适,配合吸水层的吸水性能,保证皮肤的干爽透气。
3.本发明提供的技术方案,通过煮练机实现在煮练的过程中对胚布进行拉伸,从而使得整个胚布退软的过程被大大缩减,大幅提升工作效率,同时当柔性金属环受热膨胀到一定系数时,其与加热环的摩擦系数达到最大,从而在阻力的作用下使得转动环停止转动,进而即可实现自动对煮练炉内的温度进行控制,避免温度过高导致胚布被损坏。

使用图1-图5对本发明一实施方式的一种吸湿快干的抗虫防螨面料及其制备方法进行如下说明。

S1:设计纬编织物的结构,根据面料用途确定纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒种类,同时确定各原料使用比例和纱线的纱支,将纬编针织面料分两部分进行熔融,纬编针织面料熔融纺丝时两部分分别加入不同量的纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒,制得两种含纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒量不同的抗菌防螨纤维,将制得的抗菌防螨纤维采用单面纬编大圆机进行编织,使含有较多量纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒的抗菌防螨纤维位于面料层正面,较少量纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒的抗菌防螨纤维位于面料层反面,得到胚布,通过含有较多量纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒的抗菌防螨纤维位于面料层正面,较少量纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒的抗菌防螨纤维位于面料层反面配合亲肤层有效防止抗菌防螨颗粒的化学物质对皮肤表面造成伤害,降低化学物质危险性,同时大幅度提高面料对外部空气的杀菌除螨性能,防止外部细菌和螨虫进入亲肤层,提高面料杀菌除螨性能;
S2:将S1中得到的胚布进行自然回缩,自然回缩的时间为24小时,自然回缩后进行蒸汽收缩,接着过100-110℃热水浸轧处理,再经定型机定型,定型温度190℃,速度为22米/分钟,时间为10分钟,然后置入煮练机中进行煮练,煮练温度为110℃,时间控制在50分钟,保证胚布完成退软,退软后的胚布经质量检测合格后进行定性处理,得到半成品布料;

实施例一:
本实施案例提供了一种防螨面料,具体是:40SJ石墨烯(棉65%/石墨烯粘胶35%)+50D弹力丝添纱单面布,设计规格实用68"170G/M2。
其生产流程如下:材料准备→织造→染前准备→定胚→煮练→染色→中检测→防蚊整理→单向导湿印制→亲水吸湿快干整理→预缩→成品检测,具体如下:
(1)流程中织造部分,采用单面纬编平纹针织结构,面纱采用40/1’j石墨烯(棉65%/石墨烯粘胶35%)赛络纺材料,底纱采用50D sorona生物基(索罗娜),机型:38”x24G总针数:2592排针:121212。
(2)定胚前让胚布自然回缩24小时,并过蒸汽收缩,定胚采用过90度热水高温定胚,以保证sorona生物基纤维充分定型,保证其弹性和弹性恢复力,定型温度190℃,速度:22米/分钟,时间为1~5min。
(3)煮练工序,煮练温度为110℃,时间控制在30~60min,保证胚布完成退软,吸水性能好,缸内不可制软,保证面料在出缸后有良好吸水性能,以便于后道工序的整理加工。
(4)防蚊整理,采用HHL vp1防蚊助剂,溶剂浓度为2~5wt%,优选为3wt%,pH值控制在4.0~7.0,经浸轧工艺,轧余率为80%,溶液使用量为3.75kg/100L;浸轧后的胚布再经定型整理,定型温度160~180℃,定型时间为1min。
(5)单向导湿印制,单面印制非连续式旋涡图案,roth公司id号ci3020图案,圆网印制,防水浆料需要搅拌均匀,配方为华大浩宏防水剂h 20g/kg华大浩宏防水剂增强剂4g/kg,对浆重,印制后170℃烘焙1分钟,印制后做防沾色皂洗,避免散布游离的防水剂影响单向导湿效果。
(6)亲水吸湿快干整理,华大浩宏吸湿排汗助剂h-wa 60g/l,华大浩宏快干助剂613820g/l,经浸轧、定型、预缩、成品检验,得到所需的针织面料,定型温度170℃,速度为22米/分钟,时间为1~5min。
实施例二
本实施案例提供了一种防螨面料,具体是32SJ/1J+40SJ石墨烯(棉65%/石墨烯粘胶35%)+50D弹力丝双层布,设计规格实用72"250/M2。
其生产流程如下:材料准备→织造→染前准备→定胚→煮练→染色→中检测→防蚊整理→单向导湿印制→亲水吸湿快干整理→预缩→成品检测,具体如下:
(1)流程中织造部分,采用双面纬编针织结构,内层采用40/1’j石墨烯(棉65%/粘胶35%)赛络纺材料,中间连接层采用75dsorona生物基纤维,面层采用32SJ越南新大东紧密纺。机型:38"24G,总针数:2880,纱长/含针:23CM/40S:26CM/32S:27.5CM/100G。
(2)定胚前让胚布自然回缩24小时,并过蒸汽收缩,定胚采用高温定胚,以保证sorona生物基纤维充分定型,保证其弹性和弹性恢复力,定型温度190℃,速度:22米/分钟,时间为1-5min。
(3)煮练工序,煮练温度为110℃,时间控制在30-60min,保证胚布完成退软,吸水性能好,缸内不可制软,保证面料在出缸后有良好吸水性能,以便于后道工序的整理加工。
(4)防蚊整理,采用HHL vp1防蚊助剂,溶剂浓度为2-5wt%,优选为3wt%,pH值控制在4.0~7.0,经浸轧工艺,轧余率为80%,溶液使用量为3.75kg/100L;浸轧后的胚布再经定型整理,定型温度160~180℃,定型时间为1min。
(5)单向导湿印制,单面印制非连续式旋涡图案,roth公司id号ci3020图案,圆网印制,防水浆料需要搅拌均匀,配方为华大浩宏防水剂h 20g/kg华大浩宏防水剂增强剂4g/kg,对浆重,印制后170℃烘焙1分钟,印制后做防沾色皂洗,避免散布游离的防水剂影响单向导湿效果。
(6)亲水吸湿快干整理,华大浩宏吸湿排汗助剂h-wa 60g/l,华大浩宏快干助剂613820g/l,经浸轧、定型、预缩、成品检验,得到所需的针织面料,定型温度170℃,速度为22米/分钟,时间为1-5min。
将上述二组实施例得到的针织面料进行快干单向导湿、抗菌性能、防蚊性能、塑性变形率进行检测,结果如下:

从上述结果可以看出实施例一、实施例二快干单向导湿、抗菌性能、防蚊性能、塑性变形率等性能方面均表现突出,尤其是实施例一的快干单向导湿效果和金黄色葡萄球菌分别达到了279.6和98.35%略优于实施例二。而实施例二的驱避率达到了87%略优于实施例一,由于采用了sorona生物基纤维,实施例一和实施例二的塑性变形率都非常的优秀。

S1:设计纬编织物的结构,根据面料用途确定纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒种类,同时确定各原料使用比例和纱线的纱支,将纬编针织面料分两部分进行熔融,纬编针织面料熔融纺丝时两部分分别加入不同量的纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒,制得两种含纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒量不同的抗菌防螨纤维,将制得的抗菌防螨纤维采用单面纬编大圆机进行编织,使含有较多量纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒的抗菌防螨纤维位于面料层正面,较少量纳米级抗菌防螨颗粒的抗菌防螨纤维位于面料层反面,得到胚布;
S2:将S1中得到的胚布进行自然回缩,自然回缩的时间为24小时,自然回缩后进行蒸汽收缩,接着过100-110℃热水浸轧处理,再经定型机定型,定型温度190℃,速度为22米/分钟,时间为10分钟,然后置入煮练机中进行煮练,煮练温度为110℃,时间控制在50分钟,保证胚布完成退软,退软后的胚布经质量检测合格后进行定性处理,得到半成品布料;
S3:将S2中得到的半成品面料,正面粘附防水薄膜层,反面粘附亲肤层,再经过压合处理后得到成品布料;
S4:在S3中得到的成品布料中加入防水浆料、吸湿排汗助剂和快干助剂,将加入防水浆料、吸湿排汗助剂和排汗助剂后的成品布料依次进行烘干、皂洗和再烘干处理,处理次数大于3次,防水浆料配方为防水剂40g/kg和防水剂增强剂6g/kg,吸湿排汗助剂的含量为70g/l,快干助剂的含量为30g/l,烘干后经浸轧、定型、预缩、成品检验,得到所述吸湿快干的抗虫防螨面料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种吸湿快干的抗虫防螨面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述煮练机包括安装架(1)、煮练炉(2)、进料口(3)、煮沸腔(4)、转动环(5)、搅动环(6)、柔性金属环(7)、挤压囊(8)和安装管(9);所述安装架(1)的左端固定安装有煮练炉(2);所述煮练炉(2)的内部开设有煮沸腔(4),煮练炉(2)的上端开设有进料口(3);所述煮沸腔(4)的内壁转动安装有搅动环(6);所述搅动环(6)的外壁通过柔性金属环(7)转动连接有转动环(5),搅动环(6)的内壁均匀固定安装有安装管(9);所述转动环(5)转动安装在煮练炉(2)的壁中,转动环(5)的壁中固定安装有挤压囊(8);所述柔性金属环(7)的内侧外表面摩擦连接有加热环(71);所述加热环(71)均匀固定安装在搅动环(6)的壁中;所述安装管(9)的内部通过弹簧弹性连接有滑块(91);所述滑块(91)的外端对称铰接有倒钩(92);所述倒钩(92)设置为弧形,倒钩(92)设在煮沸腔(4)内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种吸湿快干的抗虫防螨面料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述倒钩(92)的外端固定连接有膨胀囊(93);所述膨胀囊(93)呈球形,膨胀囊(93)的外端内壁开设有泄压槽(94),膨胀囊(93)与挤压囊(8)设置为连通状态。
