本发明公开了一种防起球复合面料,属于纺织技术领域。防起球复合面料包括基布层,基布层的上方设置有抗菌层,抗菌层的上方设置有防起球层,防起球层的上方设置有防护层,基布层的下方设置有记忆层,基布层又经纱和纬纱编织而成,经纱为60根/cm的天丝纤维和竹纤维混纺制成的纱线,纬纱为45根/cm的丝光纤维和羊绒纤维混纺制成的纱线,抗菌层为聚酯纤维制成,表面涂有抗菌涂层,防起球层为绒毛球,绒毛球穿插在网状的硅胶纤维上,网眼尺寸为3~5mm2,防护层为聚乙烯纤维,聚乙烯纤维的表面缠绕有亚麻纤维和粘胶纤维,记忆层为形状记忆纤维,形状记忆纤维的表面有微孔,微孔中填充有纳米碳。该面料不易起球更加的美观,同时具有防皱性和耐磨性。

本发明涉及纺织技术领域,特别涉及一种防起球复合面料。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们对日常衣物面料的要求越来越高。常见服装面料主要为棉布、麻布、丝绸、呢绒、皮革和化纤等等。一般被用来制作休闲装、工作装,目前也多以其制作普通的夏装。现代生活中,随处可见由各种面料制成的纺织品,如窗帘、台布、沙发布、椅套等等。然而传统面料制作的织物虽然在透气和透光方面表现出色,却在综合性的功能上显得比较逊色,时间久了会有异味,清洗起来非常麻烦,还易起球,看起来陈旧且不美观。一般面料纤维的末端或松散的纤维的部分从面料的表面伸出来并通过在磨损过程中产生的摩擦应力就形成了球。
发明人在实现本发明的过程中,发现现有技术中至少存在以下缺陷:现有技术下多采用机械的物理方法将球除去,例如通过毛刷等将其刷或刮去,导致了费力以及费时。所以就需要生产出一种美观度高、保暖性好、易制造、且同时能实现抗起球效果的复合面料。

本发明提供的一种防起球复合面料,通过设置基布层中天丝纤维、竹纤维、丝光纤维和羊绒纤维这4种不同纤维的混纺,提升了面料的光滑度和编结密度。通过设置聚酯纤维并在其表面涂附抗菌涂层,提升了面料的抗菌能力,能够有效阻挡细菌。通过设置穿插在网状的硅胶纤维上的绒毛球,能够使得面料在长久的使用过程中不易发生起球,提升了面料的美观性。通过设置表面缠绕有亚麻纤维和粘胶纤维的聚乙烯纤维,提升了面料的耐磨性和防水性,能够使得面料在使用时不会因为摩擦而产生面料的损坏。通过设置形状记忆纤维,提升了面料的防皱能力,使得面料在发生形变以后,能够很好的恢复原来的形状,不会产生皱褶。

如图2所示,一种防起球复合面料,所述防起球复合面料包括基布层(1),所述基布层(1)的上方设置有抗菌层(2),所述抗菌层(2)的上方设置有防起球层(3),所述防起球层(3)的上方设置有防护层(4),所述基布层(1)的下方设置有记忆层(5),所述基布层(1)由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱为60根/cm的天丝纤维和竹纤维混纺制成的纱线,所述纬纱为45根/cm的丝光纤维和羊绒纤维混纺制成的纱线,所述抗菌层(2)为聚酯纤维制成,表面涂有抗菌涂层(8),所述防起球层(3)为绒毛球(6),所述绒毛球(6)穿插在网状的硅胶纤维(7)上,网眼尺寸为3~5mm2,所述防护层(4)为聚乙烯纤维,所述聚乙烯纤维的表面缠绕有亚麻纤维和粘胶纤维,所述记忆层(5)为形状记忆纤维,所述形状记忆纤维的表面有微孔,所述微孔中填充有纳米碳(9)。
所述防护层(4),防起球层(3),抗菌层(2),基布层(1)和记忆层(5)采用银纤维丝(10)缝合连接在一起。所述绒毛球(6)为圆形,穿插在所述硅胶纤维(7)的纱线交叉位置。所述聚酯纤维表面还涂敷有粘胶剂。所述亚麻纤维与粘胶纤维的缠绕螺旋方向相反。所述聚乙烯纤维的表面还涂有一层防水涂料。所述纳米碳(9)为纳米碳膜管,直径不大于40µm。所述抗菌层(2)和起绒球均使用去离子水浸渍。所述抗菌涂层(8)为双乙酸钠和苯并咪唑粉末溶于水制成。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的一种防起球复合面料,通过设置基布层中天丝纤维、竹纤维、丝光纤维和羊绒纤维这4种不同纤维的混纺,提升了面料的光滑度和编结密度。通过设置聚酯纤维并在其表面涂附抗菌涂层,提升了面料的抗菌能力,能够有效阻挡细菌。通过设置穿插在网状的硅胶纤维上的绒毛球,能够使得面料在长久的使用过程中不易发生起球,提升了面料的美观性。通过设置表面缠绕有亚麻纤维和粘胶纤维的聚乙烯纤维,提升了面料的耐磨性和防水性,能够使得面料在使用时不会因为摩擦而产生面料的损坏。通过设置形状记忆纤维,提升了面料的防皱能力,使得面料在发生形变以后,能够很好的恢复原来的形状,不会产生皱褶。

Claims (9)
1.一种防起球复合面料,其特征在于:所述防起球复合面料包括基布层(1),所述基布层(1)的上方设置有抗菌层(2),所述抗菌层(2)的上方设置有防起球层(3),所述防起球层(3)的上方设置有防护层(4),所述基布层(1)的下方设置有记忆层(5),所述基布层(1)由经纱和纬纱编织而成,所述经纱为60根/cm的天丝纤维和竹纤维混纺制成的纱线,所述纬纱为45根/cm的丝光纤维和羊绒纤维混纺制成的纱线,所述抗菌层(2)为聚酯纤维制成,表面涂有抗菌涂层(8),所述防起球层(3)为绒毛球(6),所述绒毛球(6)穿插在网状的硅胶纤维(7)上,网眼尺寸为3~5mm2,所述防护层(4)为聚乙烯纤维,所述聚乙烯纤维的表面缠绕有亚麻纤维和粘胶纤维,所述记忆层(5)为形状记忆纤维,所述形状记忆纤维的表面有微孔,所述微孔中填充有纳米碳(9)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球复合面料,其特征在于:所述防护层(4),防起球层(3),抗菌层(2),基布层(1)和记忆层(5)采用银纤维丝(10)缝合连接在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球复合面料,其特征在于:所述绒毛球(6)为圆形,穿插在所述硅胶纤维(7)的纱线交叉位置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球复合面料,其特征在于:所述聚酯纤维表面还涂敷有粘胶剂。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球复合面料,其特征在于:所述亚麻纤维与粘胶纤维的缠绕螺旋方向相反。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球复合面料,其特征在于:所述聚乙烯纤维的表面还涂有一层防水涂料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球复合面料,其特征在于:所述纳米碳(9)为纳米碳膜管,直径不大于40µm。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球复合面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌层(2)和绒毛球(6)均使用去离子水浸渍。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种防起球复合面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌涂层(8)为双乙酸钠和苯并咪唑粉末溶于水制成。
