本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种新型防辐射面料其生产工艺。
背景技术
随着纺织业的飞速发展,织物面料也迎来了它们的新时代,人们对现代织物的要求也越来越高,对功能方面的特征要求也越来越多。辐射在我们的周围随处可见,如影随形,不管是工作用的手机、电脑、打印机还是家用的微波炉、电热毯、吹风机等都会产生一定量的辐射,对人体的健康有威胁作用,尤其对于抵抗力较弱的老人和小孩,产生的危害作用更大,此外,长期在辐射环境中工作,会造成失眠多梦、免疫力低下等症状,尤其对于怀孕的妇女来说,更需要对辐射密切防护,保护胎儿,因此急需一种高度防辐射的面料,方便全面的抵御辐射。
现有市场也已经陆陆续续出现了具有防辐射的面料,但是这些面料制作出来的防辐射服色彩比较单一,另外还比较笨拙,适用范围小。如中国发明专利申请(申请号:201310735102.3)公开了一种防辐射服,包括上衣、裤子及帽子,在上衣的中间部位设置有拉链,该拉链的一侧设置有第一防护层,另一侧设置有第二防护层,上衣内侧设置有调节带,所述上衣、裤子、帽子、第一防护层、第二防护层均为三层结构,自外向内分别是重金属防辐射层、载体层及银纤维层,所述载体层由聚苯乙烯构成,其厚度为2-5mm;所述上衣、裤子和帽子的各自的缝合成形部位得三个结构层的长度不相等,所述上衣、裤子和帽子通过载体层的超声波焊接缝合,所述上衣与裤子、上衣与帽子之间连接部位的结构和缝合方式同上衣的缝合成形部位的结构、缝合方式相同,所述上衣、裤子和帽子缝合后为一体结构。从该发明中还能看出防辐射服不但舒适性差、弹性弱。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有的技术存在上述问题,提出了一种新型防辐射面料其生产工艺。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种新型防辐射面料,包括基布,基布上端设有外衬层,基布下端设有内衬层,所述基布通过经纱一和纬纱一交织而成,经纱一和纬纱一呈垂直交叉结构,所述经纱一和纬纱一交叉形成节点,节点上以上下穿插加编形式设有金线,所述金线与经纱一和纬纱一各呈45°角设置;
外衬层由经纱二和纬纱二交织而成,经纱二和纬纱二均采用莫代尔纤维制成;莫代尔纤维是一种高湿模量再生纤维素纤维,该纤维的原料采用欧洲的榉木,先将其制成木浆,再通过专门的纺丝工艺加工成纤维.纤维的整个生产过程中没有任何污染。它的干强接近于涤纶,湿强要比普通粘胶提高了许多、光泽、柔软性、吸湿性、染色性、染色牢度均优于纯棉产品。
内衬层由经纱三和纬纱三交织而成,其中经纱三采用高精梳棉纤维制成,纬纱三采用索罗娜纤维制成。高精梳的棉纱更光滑,平整,出来的面料表面平整,没有棉结,吸湿性好,滑爽,穿着舒适,易洗易干,防臭,吸汗排湿。索罗娜纤维由1,3一丙二醇(PDO)和PTA(或DMT)两种主要原料制成的。其中PDO为其关键原料,占总原料的比重为37%。能赋予内衬层极为柔软的手感、持久的保形性、良好的吸湿排汗性能、舒适的拉伸回复性以及耐污和抗皱性能。
优选的,所述金线由金属长纤维或导电纤维制成。其中金属长纤维由不锈钢丝通过冷拉、退火制成。
优选的,经纱一由聚氨基甲酸酯纤维制成,纬纱一由PET纤维制成。聚氨基甲酸酯纤维具有高度弹性,能够拉长6~7倍,但随张力的消失能迅速恢复到初始状态,其分子结构为一个像链状的、柔软及可伸长性的聚氨基甲酸酯,通过与硬链段连接在一起而增强其特性。PET纤维由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,而且其坚牢耐用、抗皱。
优选的,所述基布、外衬层和内衬层厚度比为1:0.8:0.6。
优选的,所述基布与外衬层之间和内衬层与基布之间均通过胶粘剂复合,胶粘剂PUR热熔胶。
一种上述新型防辐射面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:依次包括如下步骤:
a、纺纱,通过纺纱机将各纤维纺制成纱线,得到新型防辐射面料中经纱一、纬纱一、经纱二、纬纱二、经纱三和纬纱三;
b、金线选用金属长纤维,金属长纤维通过不锈钢丝冷拉、退火制得;
c、经编,通过经编机将经纱一和纬纱一编织成基布,通过经编机将经纱二和纬纱二编织成外衬层,通过经编机将经纱三和纬纱三编织成内衬层;
d、在步骤c中经纱一和纬纱一编织成基布过程中加编金线,金线与经纱一和纬纱一各呈45°角具有两个方向,这两方向的金线为垂直结构,最后基布上的金线呈网格状;
e、复合,选取复合机,在复合机中加入PUR热熔胶将基布、外衬层和内衬层进行复合。
有益效果
本发明提供了一种新型防辐射面料及其生产工艺,具备以下

1、该新型防辐射面料,金线以两方向加编至基布内,使得基布具有防辐射功能,基布通过经纱一和纬纱一交织而成,金线与经纱一和纬纱一各呈45°角设置,使得在左右拉伸基布时,金线形成的网格受力均匀,力量均匀的分摊至两方向的金线上,可有效避免金线受力不均变形导致基布无法恢复,其中经纱一由聚氨基甲酸酯纤维制成,纬纱一由PET纤维制成,使得基布具有较好的回弹性,对金线的恢复具有讲好的辅助功能,加强了整体面料的恢复能力。
2、该新型防辐射面料,经纱三采用高精梳棉纤维制成,纬纱三采用索罗娜纤维制成,使得内衬层具有光滑、平整、防臭、吸汗排湿和滑爽的特性,适合人们贴身穿着,提高整体面料的适用范围。经纱二和纬纱二均采用莫代尔纤维制成,使得外衬层在生产过程中没有任何污染,提高了安全指数,另外使得外衬层具有易染色性,加强了人们对色彩的选着。
3、该新型防辐射面料,外衬层和内衬层使得基布被夹持在中间,避免基布裸露即金线的裸露,不仅提高了美观性,还提高了整体布料的使用寿命。

如图1-2所示,本新型防辐射面料,包括基布1,基布1上端设有外衬层2,基布1下端设有内衬层3,基布1、外衬层2和内衬层3厚度比为1:0.8:0.6。基布1与外衬层2之间和内衬层3与基布1之间均通过胶粘剂复合,胶粘剂PUR热熔胶。基布1通过经纱一4和纬纱一5交织而成,经纱一4和纬纱一5呈垂直交叉结构,经纱一4和纬纱一5交叉形成节点,节点上以上下穿插加编形式设有金线6,金线6由金属长纤维或导电纤维制成。其中金属长纤维由不锈钢丝通过冷拉、退火制成。金线6与经纱一4和纬纱一5各呈45°角设置;外衬层2由经纱二和纬纱二交织而成,经纱二和纬纱二均采用莫代尔纤维制成;莫代尔纤维是一种高湿模量再生纤维素纤维,该纤维的原料采用欧洲的榉木,先将其制成木浆,再通过专门的纺丝工艺加工成纤维.纤维的整个生产过程中没有任何污染。它的干强接近于涤纶,湿强要比普通粘胶提高了许多、光泽、柔软性、吸湿性、染色性、染色牢度均优于纯棉产品。内衬层3由经纱三和纬纱三交织而成,其中经纱三采用高精梳棉纤维制成,纬纱三采用索罗娜纤维制成。高精梳的棉纱更光滑,平整,出来的面料表面平整,没有棉结,吸湿性好,滑爽,穿着舒适,易洗易干,防臭,吸汗排湿。索罗娜纤维由1,3一丙二醇(PDO)和PTA(或DMT)两种主要原料制成的。其中PDO为其关键原料,占总原料的比重为37%。能赋予内衬层3极为柔软的手感、持久的保形性、良好的吸湿排汗性能、舒适的拉伸回复性以及耐污和抗皱性能。经纱一4由聚氨基甲酸酯纤维制成,纬纱一5由PET纤维制成。聚氨基甲酸酯纤维具有高度弹性,能够拉长6~7倍,但随张力的消失能迅速恢复到初始状态,其分子结构为一个像链状的、柔软及可伸长性的聚氨基甲酸酯,通过与硬链段连接在一起而增强其特性。PET纤维由有机二元酸和二元醇缩聚而成的聚酯经纺丝所得,具有较高的强度与弹性恢复能力,而且其坚牢耐用、抗皱。
基本实现原理:金线6以两方向加编至基布1内,使得基布1具有防辐射功能,基布1通过经纱一4和纬纱一5交织而成,金线6与经纱一4和纬纱一5各呈45°角设置,使得在左右拉伸基布1时,金线6形成的网格受力均匀,力量均匀的分摊至两方向的金线6上,可有效避免金线6受力不均变形导致基布1无法恢复,其中经纱一4由聚氨基甲酸酯纤维制成,纬纱一5由PET纤维制成,使得基布1具有较好的回弹性,对金线6的恢复具有讲好的辅助功能,加强了整体面料的恢复能力;经纱三采用高精梳棉纤维制成,纬纱三采用索罗娜纤维制成,使得内衬层3具有光滑、平整、防臭、吸汗排湿和滑爽的特性,适合人们贴身穿着,提高整体面料的适用范围;经纱二和纬纱二均采用莫代尔纤维制成,使得外衬层2在生产过程中没有任何污染,提高了安全指数,另外使得外衬层2具有易染色性,加强了人们对色彩的选着。外衬层2和内衬层3使得基布1被夹持在中间,避免基布1裸露即金线6的裸露,不仅提高了美观性,还提高了整体布料的使用寿命。
新型防辐射面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:依次包括如下步骤:a、纺纱,通过纺纱机将各纤维纺制成纱线,得到新型防辐射面料中经纱一4、纬纱一5、经纱二、纬纱二、经纱三和纬纱三。b、金线6选用金属长纤维,金属长纤维通过不锈钢丝冷拉、退火制得。c、经编,通过经编机将经纱一4和纬纱一5编织成基布1,通过经编机将经纱二和纬纱二编织成外衬层2,通过经编机将经纱三和纬纱三编织成内衬层3。d、在步骤c中经纱一4和纬纱一5编织成基布1过程中加编金线6,金线6与经纱一4和纬纱一5各呈45°角具有两个方向,这两方向的金线6为垂直结构,最后基布1上的金线6呈网格状。e、复合,选取复合机,在复合机中加入PUR热熔胶将基布1、外衬层2和内衬层3进行复合。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

Claims (5)

1.一种新型防辐射面料,包括基布,基布上端设有外衬层,基布下端设有内衬层,所述基布通过经纱一和纬纱一交织而成,经纱一和纬纱一呈垂直交叉结构,所述经纱一和纬纱一交叉形成节点,节点上以上下穿插加编形式设有金线,所述金线与经纱一和纬纱一各呈45°角设置;
外衬层由经纱二和纬纱二交织而成,经纱二和纬纱二均采用莫代尔纤维制成;
内衬层由经纱三和纬纱三交织而成,其中经纱三采用高精梳棉纤维制成,纬纱三采用索罗娜纤维制成。
2.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型防辐射面料,其特征在于,所述金线由金属长纤维或导电纤维制成。优选的,经纱一由聚氨基甲酸酯纤维制成,纬纱一由PET纤维制成。
3.根据权利要求3所述的一种新型防辐射面料,其特征在于,所述基布、外衬层和内衬层厚度比为1:0.8:0.6。
4.根据权利要求4所述的一种新型防辐射面料,其特征在于,所述基布与外衬层之间和内衬层与基布之间均通过胶粘剂复合,胶粘剂PUR热熔胶。
5.一种上述新型防辐射面料的生产工艺,其特征在于:依次包括如下步骤:
a、纺纱,通过纺纱机将各纤维纺制成纱线,得到新型防辐射面料中经纱一、纬纱一、经纱二、纬纱二、经纱三和纬纱三;
b、金线选用金属长纤维,金属长纤维通过不锈钢丝冷拉、退火制得;
c、经编,通过经编机将经纱一和纬纱一编织成基布,通过经编机将经纱二和纬纱二编织成外衬层,通过经编机将经纱三和纬纱三编织成内衬层;
d、在步骤c中经纱一和纬纱一编织成基布过程中加编金线,金线与经纱一和纬纱一各呈45°角具有两个方向,这两方向的金线为垂直结构,最后基布上的金线呈网格状;
e、复合,选取复合机,在复合机中加入PUR热熔胶将基布、外衬层和内衬层进行复合。
