Abstract

本发明提供一种抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料，包括抗皱层和复合在抗皱层两侧的基体层，所述基体层由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述基体层的经纱由桑蚕丝和银纤维并捻而成，所述基体层的纬纱由亚麻纤维构成，所述抗皱层为由聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网状结构；作为里层的基体层中嵌织入导电纤维。该面料在具备良好的抗皱免烫效果的同时，还能有效的消除静电。

一种抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料
技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料技术，尤其涉及一种抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料。
背景技术
丝绸，用蚕丝或合成纤维、人造纤维、长丝织成的纺织品，丝绸之品高贵典雅，具有较强的舒适感，且其颜色绚丽，富有光泽，常见的丝绸之品有真丝领带、真丝睡衣、丝绸床上用品以及真丝围巾等，深受各年龄段的人群喜爱。
但是传统面料容易起皱，在穿着一段时间后，容易变形起皱，目前存在一些抗皱技术，但抗皱效果并不理想，且工艺复杂；目前，一些防辐射面料通常都采用价格昂贵的具有防辐射效果的纤维丝编织而成，这些面料不仅价格昂贵，而且不具备吸水性，且染色效果不佳，采用金属纤维丝的防辐射、防静电面料还比较粗糙，不适合直接与皮肤接触。
综上，亟待一种集抗皱和消除静电于一身的丝绸复合面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于，针对传统丝绸面料抗皱不理想、易产生静电的问题，提出一种抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料，该面料在具备良好的抗皱免烫效果的同时，还能有效的消除静电。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用的技术方案是：一种抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料，包括抗皱层和复合在抗皱层两侧的基体层，所述基体层由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述基体层的经纱由桑蚕丝和银纤维并捻而成，所述基体层的纬纱由亚麻纤维构成，所述抗皱层为由聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网状结构；作为里层的基体层中嵌织入导电纤维。
进一步地，所述基体层的经纱和纬纱交织成平纹组织、斜纹组织或缎纹组织。
进一步地，所述导电纤维为不锈钢超细丝或碳纤维。
进一步地，所述复合为胶黏剂复合。
进一步地，所述胶黏剂为GY热熔胶。
本发明抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料结构简单、合理、紧凑，与现有技术相比较具有以下优点：
1）抗皱层采用聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网状结构，利用聚氨酯纤维的弹性记忆功能，使得面料具备良好的抗皱免烫效果。
2）本发明的一个基体层中嵌织入导电纤维，增加丝绸面料的导电性，使丝绸在摩擦中产生的静电迅速释放，来有效地消除静电。
3）本发明包括两个基体层，位于内层的基体层在制成服装时贴近皮肤，增加了服装的舒适性。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明进一步说明：
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料，如图1所示，包括抗皱层2和复合在抗皱层两侧的基体层（第一基体层1和第二基体层3），所述复合为胶黏剂复合，所述胶黏剂为GY热熔胶。所述基体层由经纱和纬纱交织而成，具体地所述基体层的经纱和纬纱交织成平纹组织。所述基体层的经纱由桑蚕丝和银纤维并捻而成，所述基体层的纬纱由亚麻纤维构成，所述抗皱层为由聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网状结构；作为里层的基体层中嵌织入导电纤维，所述导电纤维为不锈钢超细丝。
抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料的抗皱层采用聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网状结构，利用聚氨酯纤维的弹性记忆功能，使得面料具备良好的抗皱免烫效果。基体层中嵌织入导电纤维，增加丝绸面料的导电性，使丝绸在摩擦中产生的静电迅速释放，来有效地消除静电。位于内层的基体层在制成服装时贴近皮肤，增加了服装的舒适性。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料其结构与实施例1基本相同，不同的是所述基体层的经纱和纬纱交织成斜纹组织，所述导电纤维为碳纤维。

1.一种抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料，其特征在于，包括抗皱层和复合在抗皱层两侧的基体层，所述基体层由经纱和纬纱交织而成，所述基体层的经纱由桑蚕丝和银纤维并捻而成，所述基体层的纬纱由亚麻纤维构成，所述抗皱层为由聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网状结构；作为里层的基体层中嵌织入导电纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料，其特征在于，所述基体层的经纱和纬纱交织成平纹组织、斜纹组织或缎纹组织。
3.根据权利要求1所述抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料，其特征在于，所述导电纤维为不锈钢超细丝或碳纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料，其特征在于，所述复合为胶黏剂复合。
5.根据权利要求4所述抗皱、抗静电丝绸复合面料，其特征在于，所述胶黏剂为GY热熔胶。
