Abstract
本发明提供一种防水丝绸复合面料,包括依次设置的基体层、抗皱层、防水层和基体层,所述基体层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述基体层的经纱由桑蚕丝和银纤维并捻而成,所述基体层的纬纱由亚麻纤维构成,所述抗皱层为由聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网状结构;作为里层的基体层中嵌织入导电纤维;所述防水层为热熔粘合的TPU防水透湿膜。该面料在具备良好的防水性能的同时,还具有优良的抗皱免烫效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及针织面料技术,尤其涉及一种防水丝绸复合面料。
背景技术
丝绸,用蚕丝或合成纤维、人造纤维、长丝织成的纺织品,丝绸之品高贵典雅,具有较强的舒适感,且其颜色绚丽,富有光泽,常见的丝绸之品有真丝领带、真丝睡衣、丝绸床上用品以及真丝围巾等,深受各年龄段的人群喜爱。
但是传统面料容易起皱,在穿着一段时间后,容易变形起皱,目前存在一些抗皱技术,但抗皱效果并不理想,且工艺复杂;目前,一些防辐射面料通常都采用价格昂贵的具有防辐射效果的纤维丝编织而成,这些面料不仅价格昂贵,而且不具备吸水性,且染色效果不佳,采用金属纤维丝的防辐射、防静电面料还比较粗糙,不适合直接与皮肤接触。由于蚕丝具有较好的吸湿性,在雨天穿着或者收纳于衣柜中,尤其是南方的梅雨季节,长时间持续性下雨,空气潮湿,蚕丝服装会大量吸收空气中的水分,使服装变潮不易打理。
综上,亟待一种抗皱、防水的丝绸面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对传统丝绸面料抗皱不理想、易产生静电的问题,提出一种防水丝绸复合面料,该面料在具备良好的防水性能的同时,还具有优良的抗皱免烫效果。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种防水丝绸复合面料,包括依次设置的基体层、抗皱层、防水层和基体层,所述基体层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述基体层的经纱由桑蚕丝和银纤维并捻而成,所述基体层的纬纱由亚麻纤维构成,所述抗皱层为由聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网状结构;作为里层的基体层中嵌织入导电纤维;所述防水层为热熔粘合的TPU防水透湿膜。
进一步地,所述基体层的经纱和纬纱交织成平纹组织、斜纹组织或缎纹组织。
进一步地,所述导电纤维为不锈钢超细丝或碳纤维。
进一步地,所述TPU防水透湿膜的厚度为0.01mm-0.05mm。进一步地,所述基体层与抗皱层间通过PU胶水层连接。PU胶水对基体层与抗皱层之间具有良好的粘合效果,使得两者之间粘结牢固
本发明防水丝绸复合面料结构简单、合理、紧凑,与现有技术相比较具有以下优点:
1)抗皱层采用聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网状结构,利用聚氨酯纤维的弹性记忆功能,使得面料具备良好的抗皱免烫效果。
2)本发明的一个基体层中嵌织入导电纤维,增加丝绸面料的导电性,使丝绸在摩擦中产生的静电迅速释放,来有效地消除静电。
3)本发明包括两个基体层,位于内层的基体层在制成服装时贴近皮肤,增加了服装的舒适性。
4)本发明防水丝绸复合面料表面热熔粘合有带微孔的TPU防水透湿膜,TPU 防水透湿膜使水蒸汽 ( 如人体散发的汗蒸汽 ) 能通过,而雨水与水滴不能通过,利用这种微孔结构可达到优秀的防水透湿功能,再者,因为该孔极度细小,使风不能透过,防水丝绸复合面料具有防风性和保暖性特点。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例1
本实施例公开了一种防水丝绸复合面料,如图1所示,包括依次设置的基体层1、抗皱层2、防水层3和基体层1,所述基体层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述基体层的经纱和纬纱交织成平纹组织。所述基体层的经纱由桑蚕丝和银纤维并捻而成,所述基体层的纬纱由亚麻纤维构成,所述抗皱层为由聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网状结构;作为里层的基体层中嵌织入导电纤维;所述导电纤维为不锈钢超细丝。所述防水层为热熔粘合的TPU防水透湿膜。
防水丝绸复合面料的抗皱层采用聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网状结构,利用聚氨酯纤维的弹性记忆功能,使得面料具备良好的抗皱免烫效果。基体层中嵌织入导电纤维,增加丝绸面料的导电性,使丝绸在摩擦中产生的静电迅速释放,来有效地消除静电。位于内层的基体层在制成服装时贴近皮肤,增加了服装的舒适性。本发明防水丝绸复合面料表面热熔粘合有带微孔的TPU防水透湿膜,TPU 防水透湿膜使水蒸汽 ( 如人体散发的汗蒸汽 ) 能通过,而雨水与水滴不能通过,利用这种微孔结构可达到优秀的防水透湿功能,再者,因为该孔极度细小,使风不能透过,防水丝绸复合面料具有防风性和保暖性特点。
实施例2
本实施例公开了一种防水丝绸复合面料其结构与实施例1基本相同,不同的是所述基体层的经纱和纬纱交织成斜纹组织;所述导电纤维为或碳纤维。

1.一种防水丝绸复合面料,其特征在于,包括依次设置的基体层、抗皱层、防水层和基体层,所述基体层由经纱和纬纱交织而成,所述基体层的经纱由桑蚕丝和银纤维并捻而成,所述基体层的纬纱由亚麻纤维构成,所述抗皱层为由聚氨酯纤维编织而成的网状结构;作为里层的基体层中嵌织入导电纤维;所述防水层为热熔粘合的TPU防水透湿膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述防水丝绸复合面料,其特征在于,所述基体层的经纱和纬纱交织成平纹组织、斜纹组织或缎纹组织。
3.根据权利要求1所述防水丝绸复合面料,其特征在于,所述导电纤维为不锈钢超细丝或碳纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述防水丝绸复合面料,其特征在于,所述TPU防水透湿膜的厚度为0.01mm-0.05mm。
