本发明涉及面料技术领域,具体涉及一种衬衫面料。
背景技术
随着经济和社会文明的发展,消费者对服装的舒适性、功能性以及美观性要求越来越高,具有新功能的高技术产品越来越为人们所呼吁。衬衫是是广受人们喜爱的一种服装类型,但是由于衬衫面料材质的原因,衬衫比较适合在夏天穿,如果在寒冷的冬天穿衬衫的话一般需要在外面附加大衣外套,影响衬衫的穿着效果。现有的衬衫面料虽然一直在这方便做改进,但是依然无法在保持原有外观的基础上大幅度提高衬衫的保暖效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中的问题,提供一种衬衫面料,保暖效果好,同时还具备良好的防静电、抗菌和保健效果。
为了达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:
一种衬衫面料,包括复合连接的内面料层和外面料层,所述内面料层由混纺纱和吸湿发热纤维纱经纬交织而成,所述混纺纱为经线,吸湿发热纤维纱为纬线,经线和纬线采用一上一下平纹组织;所述外面料层由石墨烯锦纶长丝和双股精梳棉纱经纬交织而成,所述石墨烯锦纶长丝为经线,双股精梳棉纱为纬线,经线和纬线也采用一上一下平纹组织。
所述混纺纱由咖啡炭纤维和人棉纤维混纺而成。
所述吸湿发热纤维纱为softwarm发热纤维制成的纱线。
所述石墨烯锦纶长丝采用60D石墨烯锦纶长丝。
所述双股精梳棉纱外包覆有纳米银胶层。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本发明方案,下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明创造作进一步的详细说明。
如图1-2所示的一种衬衫面料,包括复合连接的内面料层1和外面料层2,所述内面料层1由混纺纱和吸湿发热纤维纱经纬交织而成,所述混纺纱为经线,吸湿发热纤维纱为纬线,经线和纬线采用一上一下平纹组织。所述外面料层2由石墨烯锦纶长丝和双股精梳棉纱3经纬交织而成,所述石墨烯锦纶长丝为经线,双股精梳棉纱3为纬线,经线和纬线也采用一上一下平纹组织。内面料层1和外面料层2在各自梭织完成之后,通过面料复合机进行复合,形成本发明的 衬衫面料。内面料层1中的所述混纺纱由咖啡炭纤维和人棉纤维混纺而成,咖啡炭纤维取材于研磨废弃的咖啡渣,经煅烧后制成晶体,再研磨成纳米粉体,加入到涤纶纤维中而生产出的一种功能性涤纶短纤,符合全球发展的低碳环保纺织品要求,其具有抑菌除臭、发散负离子和抗紫外线等多种功能,使面料内层具有咖啡碳纤维带来的抑菌除臭、促进血液循环、增加新陈代谢和抗紫外线等效果。所述吸湿发热纤维纱为softwarm发热纤维制成的纱线,softwarm发热纤维能够利用吸收人体的皮肤呼吸产生的湿气来达到发热的效果,大幅度提高衬衫面料的保暖性。
外面料层2中的石墨烯锦纶长丝具有石墨烯锦纶纤维固有的超强抗菌抑菌、除臭吸附、低温远红外发热等多项性能,配合上内面料层1中softwarm发热纤维,能够在同样的面料厚度下极大的提高衬衫面料的保暖效果。石墨烯锦纶长丝中的锦纶成分还给外面料层2带来了良好的耐耐磨性,同时不易产生褶皱。所述双股精梳棉纱3外包覆有纳米银胶层31,纳米银胶层31在稳固衬衫面料整体抗菌性的同时,也使面料不易产生静电,使衬衫面料具有更多的优点和功能。
