技术领域
本发明涉及一种丝绸复合面料,特别是一种抗菌丝绸复合面料。
背景技术
面料是制成衣物或饰物的基础材料,面料的性能将直接影响着衣物或饰物的性能。随着人们生活水平的提高,人们对衣物或饰物的性能要求也越来越高,除了要求衣物或饰物具备美观、舒适的性能外,还对衣物或饰物提出了更高的要求,单一的面料已经无法满足人们对衣物或饰物的要求。丝绸是以蚕丝为原料纺织而成的各种丝织物的统称。它可被用来制作各种服装、被套等面料,它的特征是轻薄、合身、柔软、滑爽、透气、色彩绚丽,富有光泽,高贵典雅,穿著舒适,但是容易受到虫子、有害菌体的污染、侵蚀,容易使得面料变质,不易保存。因此,现有技术中的丝绸面料,存在性能较为单一,抗菌效果较差、不易保存的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,提供一种抗菌丝绸复合面料。本发明具有性能多样,抗菌效果较好、容易保存的特点。
本发明的技术方案:一种抗菌丝绸复合面料,包括真丝面层和真丝底层,真丝面层和真丝底层之间设有抗菌层,所述真丝面层由面层经纱和面层纬纱交织而成,面层经纱包括下述重量配比的材料织造而成:60-65份桑蚕丝、20-25份抗菌纤维和5-10份氨纶混纺并捻而成;面层纬纱包括下述重量配比的材料织造而成:65-70份蚕丝、20-25份粘胶和5-10份氨纶混纺并捻而成;所述抗菌层为导电纤维和抗菌纤维以2:1的比例交织成的双线圈结构;所述真丝底层由底层经纱和底层纬纱交织而成,底层经纱包括下述重量配比的材料织造而成:30-35份桑蚕丝、30-35份棉纤维、30-40份粘胶混纺而成,底层纬纱包括下述重量配比的材料织造而成:30-35份桑蚕丝、30-35份棉纤维、30-40份抗菌纤维混纺而成。
前述的抗菌丝绸复合面料中,所述导电纤维包括下述重量配比的材料制成:80-90份腈纶纤维和10-20份不锈钢纤维皮芯复合纺丝而成。
前述的抗菌丝绸复合面料中,所述导电纤维包括下述重量配比的材料制成:85份腈纶纤维和15份不锈钢纤维皮芯复合纺丝而成。
前述的抗菌丝绸复合面料中,所述抗菌纤维采用浸轧有无机银系抗菌剂的粘胶纤维。
前述的一种抗菌丝绸复合面料中,所述面层经纱的捻度为600T/S,面层纬纱的捻度为600T/S,真丝面层采用缎纹组织结构。
前述的抗菌丝绸复合面料中,所述真丝底层采用斜纹组织结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明通过采用桑蚕丝、抗菌纤维和氨纶形成真丝面层,使得面料的表面具有良好的光泽、垂感,通过氨纶增加真丝面料的弹性,手感舒适,通过抗菌纤维使得真丝面料具有抗菌性;通过采用导电纤维和抗菌纤维以2:1的比例交织成的双线圈结构的抗菌层,结构紧密,并赋予织物优良的抗静电性和抗菌性结构;通过采用桑蚕丝、棉纤维、粘胶和抗菌纤维织造而成的真丝底层,舒适性好,通过棉纤维增加面料良好的吸汗性能和保暖性能;粘胶的加入,使得面料的吸湿透气性能好,染色性能好,并利用抗菌纤维,使得面料具有良好的抗菌功能,容易保存,保存时间长。本发明在保持丝绸面料垂顺感、舒适的体感以及优良的外观的同时,还具有良好的弹性、抗菌性、防静电性、吸汗性和洗后外观性,功能多样。本发明具有性能多样,抗菌效果较好、容易保存的特点。

如图1-3所示,一种抗菌丝绸复合面料,包括真丝面层1和真丝底层3,真丝面层1和真丝底层3之间设有抗菌层2,所述真丝面层1由面层经纱和面层纬纱交织而成,面层经纱包括下述重量配比的材料织造而成:60-65份桑蚕丝、20-25份抗菌纤维5和5-10份氨纶混纺并捻而成;面层纬纱包括下述重量配比的材料织造而成:65-70份蚕丝、20-25份粘胶和5-10份氨纶混纺并捻而成;所述抗菌层2为导电纤维4和抗菌纤维5以2:1的比例交织成的双线圈结构;所述真丝底层3由底层经纱和底层纬纱交织而成,底层经纱包括下述重量配比的材料织造而成:30-35份桑蚕丝、30-35份棉纤维、30-40份粘胶混纺而成,底层纬纱包括下述重量配比的材料织造而成:30-35份桑蚕丝、30-35份棉纤维、30-40份抗菌纤维5混纺而成。

实施例1和实施例2得到的产品,通过采用桑蚕丝、抗菌纤维5和氨纶形成真丝面层1,使得面料的表面具有良好的光泽、垂感,通过氨纶增加真丝面料的弹性,手感舒适,通过抗菌纤维5使得真丝面料具有抗菌性;通过采用导电纤维4和抗菌纤维5以2:1的比例交织成的双线圈结构的抗菌层2,结构紧密,并赋予织物优良的抗静电性和抗菌性结构;通过采用桑蚕丝、棉纤维、粘胶和抗菌纤维5织造而成的真丝底层3,舒适性好,通过棉纤维增加面料良好的吸汗性能和保暖性能;粘胶的加入,使得面料的吸湿透气性能好,染色性能好,并利用抗菌纤维5,使得面料具有良好的抗菌功能,容易保存,保存时间长。本发明在保持丝绸面料垂顺感、舒适的体感以及优良的外观的同时,还具有良好的弹性、抗菌性、防静电性、吸汗性和洗后外观性,功能多样。
Claims (5)
1.一种抗菌丝绸复合面料,其特征在于:包括真丝面层(1)和真丝底层(3),真丝面层(1)和真丝底层(3)之间设有抗菌层(2),所述真丝面层(1)由面层经纱和面层纬纱交织而成,面层经纱包括下述重量配比的材料织造而成:60-65份桑蚕丝、20-25份抗菌纤维(5)和5-10份氨纶混纺并捻而成;面层纬纱包括下述重量配比的材料织造而成:65-70份蚕丝、20-25份粘胶和5-10份氨纶混纺并捻而成;所述抗菌层(2)为导电纤维(4)和抗菌纤维(5)以2:1的比例交织成的双线圈结构;所述真丝底层(3)由底层经纱和底层纬纱交织而成,底层经纱包括下述重量配比的材料织造而成:30-35份桑蚕丝、30-35份棉纤维、30-40份粘胶混纺而成,底层纬纱包括下述重量配比的材料织造而成:30-35份桑蚕丝、30-35份棉纤维、30-40份抗菌纤维(5)混纺而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌丝绸复合面料,其特征在于:所述导电纤维(4)包括下述重量配比的材料制成:80-90份腈纶纤维(6)和10-20份不锈钢纤维(7)皮芯复合纺丝而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抗菌丝绸复合面料,其特征在于:所述导电纤维(4)包括下述重量配比的材料制成:85份腈纶纤维(6)和15份不锈钢纤维(7)皮芯复合纺丝而成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌丝绸复合面料,其特征在于:所述抗菌纤维(5)采用浸轧有无机银系抗菌剂的粘胶纤维。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌丝绸复合面料,其特征在于:所述面层经纱的捻度为600T/S,面层纬纱的捻度为600T/S,真丝面层(1)采用缎纹组织结构。
根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌丝绸复合面料,其特征在于:所述真丝底层(3)采用斜纹组织结构。
