在多个方面都会用到毛巾等织物,例如洗浴、洗漱、户外等,而长期使用这些毛巾织物后,上面会逐渐有一些螨虫,而螨虫会对使用者的皮肤产生一定的影响。因此,我们提出了一种防脱毛巾织物及其加工方法用于解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种防脱毛巾织物及其加工方法。
一种防脱毛巾织物,按质量份计包括以下原料:棉纤维100-130份、甲壳素纤维50-65份、涤纶纤维50-65份、LD-9400H抗静电剂70-90份、聚乙烯醇树脂30-50份、防螨添加剂36-60份和防脱添加剂35-45份。
优选的,所述棉纤维、甲壳素纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为2:1:1。
优选的,所述防螨添加剂是由稀释后的MGU-350除螨液和1-芳甲基-3芳基-1H-吡唑-5羧酸乙酰木糖酯混合而成。

S4、织造:将经纱和纬纱引入织布机,令经纱和纬纱交错织叠,形成坯布;
S5、后处理:通过煮炼将坯布上的沾污部分去除,再用活性环保染色进行坯布的染色处理,以达到所需颜色,染色后水洗,使得坯布酸碱度达到中性,得织物;
S6、归整:对织物进行冲裁,冲裁后再使用聚有机硅氧烷对织物进行柔软处理,再经过机械柔软烘干机烘干后即毕。
优选的,所述S2中制备经纱和纬纱的具体过程如下:
A、清棉:将棉纤维、甲壳素纤维和涤纶纤维松解成纤维块或纤维束,清除纤维中的杂质和16毫米以下的短纤维,混合后,成卷制成纤维卷;
B、梳棉:将纤维卷分解成单纤维状态,经混合后,制成粗制棉条;
C、精梳:再次分离纤维,去除20毫米以下的短纤维,并将棉条拉伸细度,得到精制棉条;
D、并条:设定并纱机的线速度,引入精制棉条,将其由6-8股并为一股,制得熟条;
E、粗纱:将熟条均匀拉长抽细,并使纤维伸直,再将牵伸后的须条加以捻回,制得粗纱;
F、细纱:将粗纱拉细到所需的细度,并使纤维伸直,再将须条加以捻回,制得细纱,随后将细纱绕卷在筒管上,备用;
G、捻线:将两根或多根单细纱经过并合后形成股线,将加捻后的股线绕卷在筒管上,备用;
H、整经浆纱:将一定根数和长度的股线从筒管上引出,组成经纱,并使其相互平行地紧密绕在整经轴上,将整经轴上的经纱并成一片,使其通过浆液,经压榨、烘干后卷绕制得织轴;
I、穿经:将织轴上的经纱依次穿过停经片、综丝和筘,使其上形成梭口。
优选的,所述浆液的制备方法如下:按质量份计称取淀粉4-6份、聚乙烯醇11-15份、丙烯酸型浆纱助剂0.6-0.7份、平滑剂1.7-2.2份和水800-1000份,将其混合后制得,其中,以550-650r/min的上浆速率,将经纱于75℃-85℃的温度下浸入制备好的浆液中。
优选的,所述织布机的经织口板高度设定在3-3.5mm之间,开口角度控制在24°-28°范围内,张力设定在45-55kgf,转速设定为320-350r/min。
相比于现有技术,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明中,通过将阿维菌素配制成浓度为76%-80%的溶液,并将其与1-芳甲基-3芳基-1H-吡唑-5羧酸乙酰木糖酯混合制得防螨添加剂,使得一方面能够刺激螨虫的神经生理活动,另一方面也能够造成螨虫体内蛋白的耗尽,从而导致其死亡消灭,可有效地提高对螨虫的消灭效果。
2、本发明中,通过将聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、磺化蓖麻油和水混合制备成防脱添加剂,并于加工过程中令经纱、纬纱浸没在其中,使得该添加剂的成分渗入其内部,使得经纱和纬纱的抱合力得到提高,可有效地提高织物的防脱毛性能。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步解说。
实施例1:
棉纤维100份、甲壳素纤维50份、涤纶纤维50份、LD-9400H抗静电剂70份、聚乙烯醇树脂30份、防螨添加剂36份和防脱添加剂35份。
实施例2:
棉纤维120份、甲壳素纤维60份、涤纶纤维60份、LD-9400H抗静电剂80份、聚乙烯醇树脂40份、防螨添加剂48份和防脱添加剂40份。
实施例3:
棉纤维130份、甲壳素纤维65份、涤纶纤维65份、LD-9400H抗静电剂90份、聚乙烯醇树脂50份、防螨添加剂60份和防脱添加剂45份。
上述实施例1-3中:
①防螨添加剂由稀释后的MGU-350除螨液和1-芳甲基-3芳基-1H-吡唑-5羧酸乙酰木糖酯混合而成,MGU-350除螨液和1-芳甲基-3芳基-1H-吡唑-5羧酸乙酰木糖酯的质量比为1:5,其中MGU-350除螨液的浓度为76%。
②防脱添加剂由聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、磺化蓖麻油和水按1:25:15的质量比混合而成。
且上述实施例1-3均通过下述过程进行制备毛巾织物:
S1、预处理:LD-9400H抗静电剂、聚乙烯醇树脂和水按比例混合,得混合液,并将棉纤维、甲壳素纤维和涤纶纤维浸没在混合液中7小时,取出后晾干,备用;
S2、纺纱:按清棉、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、捻线、整经浆纱和穿经工艺制得经纱,再以同样的方式制备纬纱,备用,具体过程如下:
A、清棉:将棉纤维、甲壳素纤维和涤纶纤维松解成纤维块或纤维束,清除纤维中的杂质和16毫米以下的短纤维,混合后,成卷制成纤维卷;
B、梳棉:将纤维卷分解成单纤维状态,经混合后,制成粗制棉条;
C、精梳:再次分离纤维,去除20毫米以下的短纤维,并将棉条拉伸细度,得到精制棉条;
D、并条:设定并纱机的线速度,引入精制棉条,将其由6-8股并为一股,制得熟条;
E、粗纱:将熟条均匀拉长抽细,并使纤维伸直,再将牵伸后的须条加以捻回,制得粗纱;
F、细纱:将粗纱拉细到所需的细度,并使纤维伸直,再将须条加以捻回,制得细纱,随后将细纱绕卷在筒管上,备用;
G、捻线:将两根或多根单细纱经过并合后形成股线,将加捻后的股线绕卷在筒管上,备用;
H、整经浆纱:将一定根数和长度的股线从筒管上引出,组成经纱,并使其相互平行地紧密绕在整经轴上,将整经轴上的经纱并成一片,以550r/min的上浆速率,将经纱于75℃的温度下浸入制备好的浆液中,经压榨、烘干后卷绕制得织轴;
I、穿经:将织轴上的经纱依次穿过停经片、综丝和筘,使其上形成梭口;
S3、中处理:将经纱和纬纱依次浸没在防螨添加剂和防脱添加剂中10-12小时,取出后于烘干机中烘干,备用;
S4、织造:将经纱和纬纱引入织布机,调整经织口板高度设定在3-3.5mm之间,开口角度控制在24°-28°范围内,张力设定在45kgf,转速设定为320r/min,令经纱和纬纱交错织叠,形成坯布;
S5、后处理:通过煮炼将坯布上的沾污部分去除,再用活性环保染色进行坯布的染色处理,以达到所需颜色,染色后水洗,使得坯布酸碱度达到中性,得织物;
S6、归整:对织物进行冲裁,冲裁后再使用聚有机硅氧烷对织物进行柔软处理,再经过机械柔软烘干机烘干后即毕。
上述生产中的浆纱过程中,浆液的制备方法如下:按质量份计称取淀粉4份、聚乙烯醇11份、丙烯酸型浆纱助剂0.6份、平滑剂1.7份和水800份,将其混合后制得。
试验一:对织物的抗螨性能测定
对比例1:与实施例1相对比,除防螨添加剂中不含1-芳甲基-3芳基-1H-吡唑-5羧酸乙酰木糖酯外,其余原料及成分均一致;
对比例2:与实施例2相对比,除防螨添加剂中不含1-芳甲基-3芳基-1H-吡唑-5羧酸乙酰木糖酯外,其余原料及成分均一致;
对比例3:与实施例3相对比,除防螨添加剂中不含1-芳甲基-3芳基-1H-吡唑-5羧酸乙酰木糖酯外,其余原料及成分均一致;
对比例1-3的生产方法与实施例1-3的方法一致。
参照例1:与实施例1相对比,除不添加任何防螨添加剂外,其余原料及成分均一致;
参照例2:与实施例2相对比,除不添加任何防螨添加剂外,其余原料及成分均一致;
参照例3:与实施例3相对比,除不添加任何防螨添加剂外,其余原料及成分均一致;
参照例1-3的生产方法与实施例1-3的方法相比,除S3中处理过程中不再浸没于防螨添加剂,其余过程均一致。
对上述实施例1-3、对比例1-3以及参照例1-3中的织物依次按GB/T24253-2009《纺织品防螨性能的评价》的规定进行检测,并将对螨虫的抑制率记录于下表:
由上表试验结果可知:
三组试验中,抑制率由大到小依次是实施例>80%>对比例>60%>参照例,由此可见,添加MGU-350除螨液可以对螨抗菌有一定的防护效果,而混合了1-芳甲基-3芳基-1H-吡唑-5羧酸乙酰木糖酯后,可以进一步地提高对织物抗螨的效果。
试验二:在试验一的基础上,对MGU-350除螨液浓度的测定
实施例4:与实施例1相对比,除MGU-350除螨液的浓度为80%外,其余其余原料及成分均一致;
实施例5:与实施例2相对比,除MGU-350除螨液的浓度为80%外,其余其余原料及成分均一致;
实施例6:与实施例3相对比,除MGU-350除螨液的浓度为80%外,其余其余原料及成分均一致;
对照例1:与实施例1相对比,除MGU-350除螨液的浓度为75%外,其余其余原料及成分均一致;
对照例2:与实施例2相对比,除MGU-350除螨液的浓度为75%外,其余其余原料及成分均一致;
对照例3:与实施例3相对比,除MGU-350除螨液的浓度为75%外,其余其余原料及成分均一致;
对照例4:与实施例1相对比,除MGU-350除螨液的浓度为81%外,其余其余原料及成分均一致;
对照例5:与实施例2相对比,除MGU-350除螨液的浓度为81%外,其余其余原料及成分均一致;
对照例6:与实施例3相对比,除MGU-350除螨液的浓度为81%外,其余其余原料及成分均一致;
上述实施例4-6和对照例1-6的制备过程与实施例1-3的制备过程一致。
对上述实施例1-6和对照例1-6中的织物依次按GB/T24253-2009《纺织品防螨性能的评价》的规定进行检测,并将对螨虫的抑制率记录于下表:
由上表试验结果可知:
在三组试验中,可以发现,当MGU-350除螨液浓度低于76%或高于80%时,对螨虫的抑制效果会大大降低,而MGU-350除螨液的浓度介于76%和80%之间时,对螨虫的抑制效果则会保持稳定强烈的效果,由此可见,MGU-350除螨液的浓度最佳范围在76%-80%。
试验三:对织物的防脱毛能力测定
对比例4:与实施例1相对比,除防脱添加剂中不含聚氧乙烯蓖麻油外,其余原料及成分均一致;
对比例5:与实施例2相对比,除防脱添加剂中不含聚氧乙烯蓖麻油外,其余原料及成分均一致;
对比例6:与实施例3相对比,除防脱添加剂中不含聚氧乙烯蓖麻油外,其余原料及成分均一致;
对比例4-6的生产方法与实施例1-3的方法一致。
参照例4:与实施例1相对比,除不添加任何防脱添加剂外,其余原料及成分均一致;
参照例5:与实施例2相对比,除不添加任何防脱添加剂外,其余原料及成分均一致;
参照例6:与实施例3相对比,除不添加任何防脱添加剂外,其余原料及成分均一致;
参照例4-6的生产方法与实施例1-3的方法相比,除S3中处理过程中不再浸没于防脱添加剂,其余过程均一致。
对上述实施例1-3、对比例4-6以及参照例4-6中的织物按GB/T22798-2009《毛巾产品脱毛率测试方法》的规定进行试验,检测数据(脱毛率)记录于下表:
由上表实验结果可知,每组试验中脱毛率由高到低依次是参照例、对比例和实施例,与实施例相比,对比例中含防脱添加剂,但没有添加聚氧乙烯蓖麻油作为防脱添加剂的原料,参照例中不含防脱添加剂,结果表明,磺化蓖麻油和水的组合对防脱毛有一定的抑制作用,而配合聚氧乙烯蓖麻油使用可以进一步地提高该抑制作用。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
1.一种防脱毛巾织物,其特征在于,按质量份计包括以下原料:棉纤维100-130份、甲壳素纤维50-65份、涤纶纤维50-65份、LD-9400H抗静电剂70-90份、聚乙烯醇树脂30-50份、防螨添加剂36-60份和防脱添加剂35-45份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防脱毛巾织物,其特征在于,所述棉纤维、甲壳素纤维和涤纶纤维的质量比为2:1:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防脱毛巾织物,其特征在于,所述防螨添加剂是由稀释后的MGU-350除螨液和1-芳甲基-3芳基-1H-吡唑-5羧酸乙酰木糖酯混合而成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防脱毛巾织物,其特征在于,所述MGU-350除螨液和1-芳甲基-3芳基-1H-吡唑-5羧酸乙酰木糖酯的质量比为1:5,其中MGU-350除螨液的浓度为76%-80%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种防脱毛巾织物,其特征在于,所述防脱添加剂由聚氧乙烯蓖麻油、磺化蓖麻油和水按1:25:15的质量比混合而成。
6.一种防脱毛巾织物的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:LD-9400H抗静电剂、聚乙烯醇树脂和水按比例混合,得混合液,并将棉纤维、甲壳素纤维和涤纶纤维浸没在混合液中7-8小时,取出后晾干,备用;
S2、纺纱:按清棉、梳棉、精梳、并条、粗纱、细纱、捻线、整经浆纱和穿经工艺制得经纱,再以同样的方式制备纬纱,备用;
S3、中处理:将经纱和纬纱依次浸没在防螨添加剂和防脱添加剂中10-12小时,取出后于烘干机中烘干,备用;
S4、织造:将经纱和纬纱引入织布机,令经纱和纬纱交错织叠,形成坯布;
S5、后处理:通过煮炼将坯布上的沾污部分去除,再用活性环保染色进行坯布的染色处理,以达到所需颜色,染色后水洗,使得坯布酸碱度达到中性,得织物;

7.根据权利要求6所述的一种防脱毛巾织物的加工方法,其特征在于,所述S2中制备经纱和纬纱的具体过程如下:
