Abstract

公开了一种纯麻纤维织物的生产方法以及通过该方法生产的纯麻纤维织物。纯麻纤维织物的生产方法可以包括：准备长麻纤维；准备碱可溶性纤维；将混合有碱可溶性纤维的长麻纤维通过湿法纺纱纺成纱线；将纱线机织或者针织成织物；以及用碱溶液溶解织物中的碱可溶性纤维以将碱可溶性纤维从织物去除，从而获得纯麻纤维织物。通过该纯麻纤维织物的生产方法，可以以工业级产量和质量生产纱线支数高达70公支单股的纯麻纤维织物，最大限度地降低生产对环境可能造成的污染，还有利于溶解后进行的染色工艺，能够提高织物的染色性能；所生产的纯麻纤维织物质地柔软且轻质，具有优良的透气性和吸湿性，染色性能突出。
