Abstract
本发明公开了一种具备举升臂和升降平台的管路安装车,包括履带平台,履带平台顶面的一端设置有举升臂,履带平台顶面的另一端设置有升降平台;举升臂包括夹持机械臂、弧形夹持器以及夹持油缸,夹持机械臂的下端与履带平台固定连接,夹持机械臂的上端与弧形夹持器转动连接,夹持油缸的一端与夹持机械臂的上端固定连接,弧形夹持器的外侧与夹持油缸的另一端转动连接,弧形夹持器的内侧设置有尼龙轮组。本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:针对现在的矿山设备的夹持机械,在抓举瓦斯管、水管、风管等管路时,避免夹持压力过大夹伤管路,而且可以转动管路便于对接两端法兰,且增加了升降平台的功能,便于操作人员进行管路安装。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于矿山管路的抓举设备,具体为一种具备举升臂和升降平台的管路安装车。
背景技术
目前矿山的抓举设备,大部分只具备抓举功能或者吊装功能,工人去对接螺栓还需要搭梯子进行攀爬,安全性没保障。而且机械手不能控制夹持力的机械手在夹持时很容易夹伤管路,而且井下的管路两端都焊有法兰,需一根一根管路使用螺栓连接在一起,普通机械手夹持住的管路无法转动,不方便进行法兰对接。
因此上述反映的技术问题是本领域技术人员亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具备举升臂和升降平台的管路安装车,以解决现有矿山抓举设备容易夹伤管路且不方便进行法兰对接的问题。
为实现上述目的,采用如下技术方案:一种具备举升臂和升降平台的管路安装车,包括履带平台,所述履带平台顶面的一端设置有举升臂,所述履带平台顶面的另一端设置有升降平台;
所述举升臂包括夹持机械臂、弧形夹持器以及夹持油缸,所述夹持机械臂的下端与履带平台固定连接,所述夹持机械臂的上端与弧形夹持器转动连接,所述夹持油缸的一端与夹持机械臂的上端固定连接,所述弧形夹持器的外侧与夹持油缸的另一端转动连接,所述弧形夹持器的内侧设置有尼龙轮组,所述尼龙轮组与弧形夹持器转动连接。
作为改进,所述夹持油缸的一侧设置有平衡阀。
作为改进,所述履带平台的两侧设置有防倾覆支腿。
作为改进,所述履带平台的顶面设置有电控台。
本发明与现有技术相比的优点在于:针对现在的矿山设备的夹持机械,在抓举瓦斯管、水管、风管等管路时,避免夹持压力过大夹伤管路,而且可以转动管路便于对接两端法兰,且增加了升降平台的功能,便于操作人员进行管路安装。

结合附图1-4,一种具备举升臂和升降平台的管路安装车,包括履带平台1,所述履带平台1顶面的一端设置有举升臂2,所述履带平台1顶面的另一端设置有升降平台3;
所述举升臂2包括夹持机械臂4、弧形夹持器5以及夹持油缸6,所述夹持机械臂4的下端与履带平台1固定连接,所述夹持机械臂4的上端与弧形夹持器5转动连接,所述夹持油缸6的一端与夹持机械臂4的上端固定连接,所述弧形夹持器5的外侧与夹持油缸6的另一端转动连接,所述弧形夹持器5的内侧设置有尼龙轮组7,所述尼龙轮组7与弧形夹持器5转动连接。
所述夹持油缸6的一侧设置有平衡阀8。
所述履带平台1的两侧设置有防倾覆支腿9。
所述履带平台1的顶面设置有电控台10。
本发明在具体实施时,在履带平台1上增加了举升臂2和升降平台3,夹持机械臂4末端的弧形夹持器5内部增加尼龙轮组7,使机械手在夹持住管路时不仅能防止夹伤管路,在保证管路不能沿轴向方向滑动的同时,依旧可以沿径向方向转动管路。解决了:
1.对大型薄壁管路,夹持时压力可根据管路薄厚调整,夹持后,可通过夹持油缸6上的平衡阀8锁住夹持油缸6防止弧形夹持器5张开,同时尼龙轮组7避免夹持机械臂4夹持压力过大导致管路夹伤;
2.尼龙轮组7可增加对金属管路的摩擦力,避免管路沿轴向方向滑动;
3.夹持住管路后,由于尼龙轮组7滑动摩擦,通过外力可沿径向方向转动管路,在管路两端有焊接法兰时,可便于对接法兰;
4.工人不需再搭梯子攀爬,只需站在升降平台3上控制距离即可;
5.履带平台1两侧的防倾覆支腿9,能够保障夹持管路时履带平台1的稳定,保证施工安全。

1.一种具备举升臂和升降平台的管路安装车,包括履带平台(1),其特征在于:所述履带平台(1)顶面的一端设置有举升臂(2),所述履带平台(1)顶面的另一端设置有升降平台(3);
所述举升臂(2)包括夹持机械臂(4)、弧形夹持器(5)以及夹持油缸(6),所述夹持机械臂(4)的下端与履带平台(1)固定连接,所述夹持机械臂(4)的上端与弧形夹持器(5)转动连接,所述夹持油缸(6)的一端与夹持机械臂(4)的上端固定连接,所述弧形夹持器(5)的外侧与夹持油缸(6)的另一端转动连接,所述弧形夹持器(5)的内侧设置有尼龙轮组(7),所述尼龙轮组(7)与弧形夹持器(5)转动连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备举升臂(2)和升降平台(3)的管路安装车,其特征在于:所述夹持油缸(6)的一侧设置有平衡阀(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备举升臂(2)和升降平台(3)的管路安装车,其特征在于:所述履带平台(1)的两侧设置有防倾覆支腿(9)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具备举升臂(2)和升降平台(3)的管路安装车,其特征在于:所述履带平台(1)的顶面设置有电控台(10)。
