本发明公开了一种环保型热熔胶膜及其制备方法,包括热熔胶膜层和基材,所述热熔胶膜层是通过按重量份计的以下原料制备而成:半结晶性高分子化合物、抗老化剂;橡胶混合物、高分子黏合剂、液体聚丁二烯橡胶。高分子黏合剂配合橡胶混合物和液体聚丁二烯橡胶的混合有柔韧性,高分子黏合剂受热后形成发泡状态,用于增加热熔胶膜的厚度,而橡胶混合物和液体聚丁二烯橡胶与其混合具有柔韧性,抗老化剂增加热熔胶膜在使用时的抗老化性能,避免了热熔胶膜长时间后难以从产品上取下,由于热熔胶膜的柔韧性以及粘合性增加,在对热熔胶膜取下时其柔韧性可以对整张取下,避免热熔胶膜贴合面的胶残留在产品上。

技术领域
本发明涉及热熔胶膜领域,具体为一种环保型热熔胶膜及其制备方法。
背景技术
热熔胶胶膜是一种带离型纸或不带离型纸的膜类产品,可以方便地进行连续或间歇操作。可广泛用于各类织物、纸张、高分子材料及金属粘合对其表面覆盖用于保护包装,而由于传统的热熔胶膜都是采用PA、EVA、PES、PO或TPU等热熔胶压烫生产,在与产品长时间贴合后极易造成基材黏附在产品表面无法完整揭下,导致在对残留的热熔胶清理时会对产品表面造成伤痕,给热熔胶膜的使用带来不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种环保型热熔胶膜及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种环保型热熔胶膜,包括热熔胶膜层和基材,所述基材的底面设有底面带有橡胶条纹且橡胶条纹凸出基材底部表面的防滑层;
所述基材的表面设有助黏剂层,所述基材的上表面的助黏剂层压合有带有铜柱的贴合板,所述热熔胶膜层通过设备涂覆在基材的上表面,热熔胶膜层成型后,贴合板通过冲压成型设备对铜柱上移,使铜柱与热熔胶膜层分离,且铜柱与热熔胶膜层分离后在热熔胶膜层上形成有均布的透气孔,通过助黏剂层对热熔胶膜层均匀涂设承接。
进一步的,所述热熔胶膜层是通过按重量份计的以下原料制备而成:
半结晶性高分子化合物72-90份;
抗老化剂2-4份;
橡胶混合物1-4份;
高分子黏合剂5-10份;
液体聚丁二烯橡胶2-10份;
所述高分子黏合剂为软泡聚氨酯材料制得,高分子黏合剂加入的计量越多混合形成的热熔胶膜的黏度越大。
进一步的,所述抗老化剂为聚乙烯树脂、润滑剂、偶联剂、碳纤维、耐老化剂的混合物。
进一步的,所述半结晶性高分子化合物为PA、EVA、PES、PO或TPU其中一种半结晶高分子化合物。
进一步的,所述基材的表面设有助黏剂层且通过助黏剂层对热熔胶膜层均匀涂设承接,助黏剂层设于基材的表面,助黏剂层为市场上胶带表面所使用的粘合层,使得在基材与热熔胶膜脱离时可以作为胶带使用,降低基材的浪费,提高基材利用率。
本发明还提供了一种环保型热熔胶膜的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、初步热熔混合:将聚乙烯树脂、润滑剂、偶联剂、碳纤维、耐老化剂混合形成的抗老化剂、橡胶混合物、高分子黏合剂以及液体聚丁二烯橡胶加入热熔罐内在高温的状态下对其充分热熔混合,并在对其混合后持续搅动30min,形成具有抗老化且黏性好的助黏剂;
S2、制得热熔胶膜层原料:半结晶性高分子化合物等量分成若干小份,分次加入添加入S1步骤中制得的助黏剂中,并持续在高温的状态下热熔,热熔过程中,半结晶性高分子化合物少量与S1步骤中制得的助黏剂在封闭的环境下充分混合形成液体状态的热熔胶膜层原料;
S3、固化处理:在基材的表面涂设由橡胶混合物形成的助黏剂层后,将热熔胶膜的基材铺设在温度较低的平台上,并在基材的表面压合均布有铜柱的贴合板,混合形成液体的热熔胶膜层原料均匀涂布在助黏剂层上,并通过压辊压制成胶膜或采用自动找平的方式对液体的热熔胶膜层薄薄的覆盖在基材上,基材为PE结构的塑料膜,平台的温度控制在-至℃之间,用于对热熔胶膜层原料的黏性固定,在对液体的热熔胶膜层原料通过设备压膜的方式覆盖在基材上时,将液体热熔胶膜先冷却至常温状态降低其流动性,热熔胶膜冷却后将贴合板取下,由于贴合板是通过铜柱与基材表面压合形成热熔胶膜层,使铜柱位置在贴合板取下后在固化后的热熔胶膜层上形成透气孔;
S4、包装:待热熔胶膜层在基材上覆盖成型后,将压制有热熔胶膜层的基材通过卷轴收卷包装。
进一步的,S1步骤中的对聚乙烯树脂、润滑剂、偶联剂、碳纤维、耐老化剂混合形成的抗老化剂、橡胶混合物、高分子黏合剂以及液体聚丁二烯橡胶热熔混合助黏剂的温度为200℃。
进一步的,S2步骤中对半结晶性高分子化合物与S1步骤中制得的助黏剂混合的液体的热熔胶膜层原料混合加热的温度为270℃。
进一步的,S2步骤中制得液体的热熔胶膜后保持温度在70℃的环境下持续混合搅动30min。
进一步的,S2步骤中还添加有硫化剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明通过对原料和制备工艺的改进,得到了一种具有抗老化性、黏性以及柔韧性为一体的环保型热熔胶膜,在使用时通过加热的方式,其组分中高分子黏合剂配合橡胶混合物和液体聚丁二烯橡胶的混合有柔韧性,高分子黏合剂受热后形成发泡状态,在一定程度上增加热熔胶膜的厚度,而橡胶混合物和液体聚丁二烯橡胶与其混合具有柔韧性,抗老化剂增加热熔胶膜在使用时的抗老化性能,避免了热熔胶膜长时间后难以从产品上取下,由于热熔胶膜的柔韧性以及粘合性增加,在对热熔胶膜取下时其柔韧性可以对整张取下,避免热熔胶膜贴合面的胶残留在产品上,进一步提高热熔胶膜配合产品包装的效果。

所述基材2的表面设有助黏剂层3,所述基材的上表面的助黏剂层3压合有带有铜柱5的贴合板6,所述热熔胶膜层1通过设备涂覆在基材2的上表面,热熔胶膜层1成型后,贴合板6通过冲压成型设备对铜柱5上移,使铜柱5与热熔胶膜层1分离,且铜柱5与热熔胶膜层1分离后在热熔胶膜层1上形成有均布的透气孔4,通过助黏剂层3对热熔胶膜层1均匀涂设承接。
所述热熔胶膜层1是通过按重量份计的以下原料制备而成:
半结晶性高分子化合物80份,半结晶性高分子化合物为PA、EVA、PES、PO或TPU其中一种半结晶高分子化合物;
抗老化剂3份,抗老化剂为聚乙烯树脂、润滑剂、偶联剂、碳纤维、耐老化剂的混合物,用于在增加热熔胶膜抗老化效果;
橡胶混合物3份,橡胶混合物为天然橡胶占比50份、丁基橡胶占比30份和氯丁橡胶占比20份的混合物;
高分子黏合剂6份,高分子黏合剂为软泡聚氨酯材料制得,高分子黏合剂加入的计量越多混合形成的热熔胶膜的黏度越大、厚度越大,但其硬度越低,因此计量不应过多;
液体聚丁二烯橡胶8份,用于增加对热熔胶膜层1原料制备热熔时的流动性。
所述热熔胶膜层1通过设备涂覆在基材2的上表面且在基材的表面上均布有透气孔4。透气孔4在对热熔胶膜层1涂设在基材2表面上形成热熔胶膜的同时具有透气性,且不会影响热熔胶膜揭下时的完整性,并具有一定减少成本的效果。
所述基材2的表面设有助黏剂层3且通过助黏剂层3对热熔胶膜层1均匀涂设承接。助黏剂层3设于基材的表面,助黏剂层3为市场上胶带表面所使用的粘合层,使得在基材2与热熔胶膜层1脱离时可以作为胶带使用,降低基材2的浪费,提高基材2利用率。
本发明还提供了一种环保型热熔胶膜的制备方法,具体包括以下步骤:
S1、初步热熔混合:将聚乙烯树脂、润滑剂、偶联剂、碳纤维、耐老化剂混合形成的抗老化剂、橡胶混合物、高分子黏合剂以及液体聚丁二烯橡胶加入热熔罐内在200℃的高温下对其充分热熔混合,并在对其混合后持续搅动30min,形成具有抗老化且黏性好的助黏剂;
S2、制得热熔胶膜层原料:半结晶性高分子化合物等量分成若干小份,分次加入添加入S1步骤中制得的助黏剂中,并持续在270℃的高温状态下热熔,在充分热熔半结晶性高分子化合物和助黏剂时可根据热熔状态选择性加入硫化剂,用于对热熔的热熔胶膜层1原料增粘,充分热熔后将热熔温度降低至70℃的环境下持续混合搅动30min,半结晶性高分子化合物少量与S1步骤中制得的助黏剂在封闭的环境下充分混合形成液体状态的热熔胶膜层1原料;
S3、在基材2的表面涂设由橡胶混合物形成的助黏剂层3后,将热熔胶膜的基材2铺设在温度较低的平台上,并在基材2的表面压合均布有铜柱5的贴合板6,混合形成液体的热熔胶膜层1原料均匀涂布在助黏剂层3上并通过压辊压制成热熔胶膜层1或采用自动找平的方式对液体的热熔胶膜层1薄薄的覆盖在基材2上,基材2为PE结构的塑料膜,平台的温度控制在-10至10℃之间,用于对热熔胶膜层1原料的黏性固定,在对液体的热熔胶膜层1原料通过设备压膜的方式覆盖在基材2上时,将液体热熔胶膜先冷却至常温状态降低其流动性,热熔胶膜冷却后将贴合板6取下,由于贴合板6是通过铜柱5与基材2表面压合形成热熔胶膜层1,使铜柱5位置在贴合板6取下后在固化后的热熔胶膜层1上形成透气孔4;
S4、包装:待热熔胶膜层1在基材2上覆盖成型后,将压制有热熔胶膜层1的基材2通过卷轴收卷包装。
该环保型热熔胶膜,在制备过程中,通过对原料和制备工艺的改进,得到了一种具有抗老化性、黏性以及柔韧性为一体的环保型热熔胶膜;
其组分中高分子黏合剂配合橡胶混合物和液体聚丁二烯橡胶的混合有柔韧性,由于在对热熔胶膜使用时是通过加热的方式与需要包装的产品贴合使用,高分子黏合剂受热后形成发泡状态,在一定程度上增加热熔胶膜的厚度,而橡胶混合物和液体聚丁二烯橡胶与其混合具有柔韧性,抗老化剂增加热熔胶膜在使用时的抗老化性能,避免了热熔胶膜长时间后难以从产品上取下,由于热熔胶膜的柔韧性以及粘合性增加,在对热熔胶膜取下时其柔韧性可以对整张取下,避免热熔胶膜贴合面的胶残留在产品上,进一步提高热熔胶膜配合产品包装的效果;
且在热熔胶膜与基材2脱离使用时,基材2可作为胶带独立使用,降低基材2浪费。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (10)
1.一种环保型热熔胶膜,包括热熔胶膜层(1)和基材(2),其特征在于:所述基材(2)的底面设有底面带有橡胶条纹(7)且橡胶条纹(7)凸出基材(2)底部表面的防滑层(8);
所述基材(2)的表面设有助黏剂层(3),所述基材(2)的上表面的助黏剂层(3)压合有带有铜柱(5)的贴合板(6),所述热熔胶膜层(1)通过设备涂覆在助黏剂层(3)的上表面,热熔胶膜层(1)成型后,贴合板(6)通过冲压成型设备对铜柱(5)上移,使铜柱(5)与热熔胶膜层(1)分离,且铜柱(5)与热熔胶膜层(1)分离后在热熔胶膜层(1)上形成有均布的透气孔(4),通过助黏剂层(3)对热熔胶膜层(1)均匀涂设承接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型热熔胶膜,其特征在于:热熔胶膜层(1)是通过按重量份计的以下原料制备而成:
半结晶性高分子化合物72-90份;
抗老化剂2-4份;
橡胶混合物1-4份;
高分子黏合剂5-10份;
液体聚丁二烯橡胶2-10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型热熔胶膜,其特征在于:所述高分子黏合剂为软泡聚氨酯材料制得,高分子黏合剂加入的计量越多混合形成的热熔胶膜的黏度越大。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型热熔胶膜,其特征在于:所述抗老化剂为聚乙烯树脂、润滑剂、偶联剂、碳纤维、耐老化剂的混合物。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型热熔胶膜,其特征在于:所述半结晶性高分子化合物为PA、EVA、PES、PO或TPU其中一种半结晶高分子化合物。
6.一种权利要求1-5任意一项所述的环保型热熔胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
S1、初步热熔混合:将聚乙烯树脂、润滑剂、偶联剂、碳纤维、耐老化剂混合形成的抗老化剂、橡胶混合物、高分子黏合剂以及液体聚丁二烯橡胶加入热熔罐内在高温的状态下对其充分热熔混合,并在对其混合后持续搅动30-40min,形成具有抗老化且黏性好的助黏剂;
S2、制得热熔胶膜层原料:半结晶性高分子化合物等量分成若干小份,分次加入添加入S1步骤中制得的助黏剂中,并持续在高温的状态下热熔,热熔过程中,半结晶性高分子化合物少量与S1步骤中制得的助黏剂在封闭的环境下充分混合形成液体状态的热熔胶膜层(1)原料;
S3、固化处理:在基材(2)的表面涂设由橡胶混合物形成的助黏剂层(3)后,将热熔胶膜的基材(2)铺设在温度较低的平台上,并在基材(2)的表面压合均布有铜柱(5)的贴合板(6),混合形成液体的热熔胶膜层(1)原料均匀涂布在助黏剂层(3)上,并通过压辊压制成胶膜或采用自动找平的方式对液体的热熔胶膜层(1)原料薄薄的覆盖在基材(2)上形成热熔胶膜层(1),基材(2)为PE结构的塑料膜,平台的温度控制在-10至10℃之间,用于对热熔胶膜层(1)原料的黏性固定,在对液体的热熔胶膜层(1)原料通过设备压膜的方式覆盖在基材(2)上时,将液体热熔胶膜先冷却至常温状态降低其流动性,热熔胶膜冷却后将贴合板(6)取下,由于贴合板(6)是通过铜柱(5)与基材(2)表面压合形成热熔胶膜层(1),使铜柱(5)位置在贴合板(6)取下后在固化后的热熔胶膜层(1)上形成透气孔(4);
S4、包装:待热熔胶膜层(1)在基材(2)上覆盖成型后,将压制有热熔胶膜层(1)的基材(2)通过卷轴收卷包装。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保型热熔胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于:S1步骤中的对助黏剂混合的温度为200-220℃。
8.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保型热熔胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于:S2步骤中对液体的热熔胶膜层(1)原料混合加热的温度为260-280℃。
9.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保型热熔胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于:S2步骤中制得液体的热熔胶膜层(1)后保持温度在55-70℃的环境下持续混合搅动30-40min。
10.根据权利要求6所述的一种环保型热熔胶膜的制备方法,其特征在于:S2步骤中还添加有硫化剂。
