Background
Due to the characteristics of soft and comfortable hand feeling, strong heat retention, light weight and the like, the down products are popular with the public and occupy a large proportion in the clothing consumer market. Along with the improvement of the living standard of people, the quality requirement of down products is continuously improved, and the odor problem of down jackets and down quilts is gradually paid more and more attention. The country also sets corresponding standards for down garments in down products, wherein corresponding detection methods are set for odors. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a deodorant specially for down products to ensure that no peculiar smell is generated in the normal transportation, production and later use processes.
The off-flavor of down products mainly comes from two aspects: firstly, the down products may be contaminated with pollutants in the process of obtaining the down products, the pollutants not only contain organic substances such as blood, excrement and the like, but also may contain microorganisms such as bacteria and the like, and if the down products are not cleaned completely in the post-treatment process or are not sterilized, peculiar smell is generated; secondly, the down feather may have hair follicle grease and other things remained at the root of some hair peduncles, if the hair follicle grease is not completely removed and cannot be dried in time after being washed, the down feather will go bad and mildew, and the peculiar smell will be generated naturally. Two reasons for this are sterilization, which is the fundamental method for removing the odor of down. Therefore, the special sterilizing smell removing agent for the down feather needs to be prepared, and the problem of peculiar smell of the down feather is fundamentally solved.
The Chinese patent literature publication numbers are: CN105369639B, entitled sterilizing deodorant for removing peculiar smell of down and chemical fiber fabrics and method thereof, the sterilizing deodorant comprises 3-5 parts of zinc cresolsulfonate, 3-5 parts of propylene glycol, 0.5-1 part of acetylated lanolin alcohol, 5-6 parts of lemon fragrance type spice, 0.5-1 part of natural aromatic oil, 30-40 parts of ethanol and 5-10 parts of fragrance preserving agent, the sterilizing deodorant is easy to obtain, simple to prepare, low in cost, good in peculiar smell removing effect, capable of saving production cost and thorough in peculiar smell removal; the method for removing the peculiar smell comprises the following steps: finishing the chemical fiber fabric; arranging down feather; rinsing and bleaching; selecting sterilization and disinfection raw materials; pretreating with ethanol; preparing a sterilization deodorant; pretreating water; preparing a sterilization and deodorization tank; performing sterilization and deodorization advanced treatment on the down; blending the sterilization deodorant; carrying out sterilization and deodorization advanced treatment on the chemical fiber fabric; the method is simple and easy to implement, the resources are recycled, the environment is protected, and meanwhile, the peculiar smell of the chemical fiber fabric and the down feather is efficiently removed. The problems of the technology are as follows: the zinc cresolsulfonate is adopted for sterilization, and although the sterilization effect is good, the zinc cresolsulfonate has biotoxicity and is not allowed to be used in European and American areas.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a preparation method of a special sterilization deodorant for down, 1) microorganisms carried by the down can be killed; 2) the down feather can exist on the surface of down feather products for a long time, and the breeding of later-stage microorganisms is prevented; 3) the performance of the down feather is not influenced; 4) no harm to the skin of the user; 5) the down feather is convenient to use and does not increase the burden of the existing down feather production process.
The invention provides a preparation method of a special sterilization deodorant for down, which adopts the technical scheme that: the composition is characterized by comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight:
5-15 parts of polyolefin carbamidine, 0.5-1.5 parts of 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 1-3 parts of absolute ethyl alcohol, 0.1-0.3 part of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (9) ether, 0.0-0.3 part of essence and 79.9-93.4 parts of purified water.
Preferably, the preparation method of the special sterilization deodorant for down feather provided by the invention comprises the following preferred raw materials in parts by weight:
5kg of polyolefin carbamidine, 0.5kg of 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 2kg of absolute ethyl alcohol, 0.2kg of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (9) ether, 0.2kg of essence and 92.1kg of purified water.
Preferably, the preparation method of the special sterilization deodorant for down feather provided by the invention comprises the following preferred raw materials in parts by weight:
10kg of polyolefin carbamidine, 1kg of 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 1kg of absolute ethyl alcohol, 0.1kg of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (9) ether, 0.1kg of essence and 87.8kg of purified water.
Preferably, the preparation method of the special sterilization deodorant for down feather provided by the invention comprises the following preferred raw materials in parts by weight:
15kg of polyolefin carbamidine, 1.5kg of 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 3kg of absolute ethyl alcohol, 0.1kg of fatty alcohol-polyoxyethylene (9) ether and 80.4kg of purified water.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1) can kill the microorganisms carried by the down; 2) the down feather can exist on the surface of down feather products for a long time, and the breeding of later-stage microorganisms is prevented; 3) the performance of the down feather is not influenced; 4) no harm to the skin of the user and no biotoxicity; 5) the use is convenient, and the burden is not added to the existing down feather production process; the invention fills the blank of a special medicament for sterilizing and deodorizing down products and products, the polyolefin carbamidine is a novel antibacterial agent which is safe to use, is colorless, tasteless, nontoxic, nonirritating and oxidability-free, does not affect the color, softness and comfort of down, the 3-aminopropyl trimethoxy silane is added, the retention time of the medicament on the surface of the down products is prolonged, the long-acting sterilization can be realized, the peculiar smell is not generated in the transportation and service life, the addition of the absolute ethyl alcohol and the fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether has a better dispersion effect, and the essence can be selected to have different tastes or be added according to personal and customer preferences.

5kg of polyolefin carbamidine, 0.5kg of 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 2kg of absolute ethyl alcohol, 0.2kg of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (9) ether, 0.2kg of essence and 92.1kg of purified water.
The use method of the down feather sterilizing and deodorizing agent provided by the invention comprises the following steps:
1) for down products: the down feather is uniformly scattered, impurities in the down feather are removed, the down feather is washed and bleached, and the down feather is uniformly sprayed on the surface of the down feather before entering a drying and dehydrating process, wherein the dosage of the down feather can be controlled to be 5.0-10.0% of the weight of the down feather under normal conditions, and the down feather can be doubled if the down feather is heavily polluted.
2) For down jackets: diluting with hot water of above 70 deg.C for 5-10 times, soaking the down jacket in the solution for 1 hr, dewatering, and air drying.
Example 2: the special sterilizing deodorant for the down feather comprises the following preparation methods:
10kg of polyolefin carbamidine, 1kg of 3-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, 1kg of absolute ethyl alcohol, 0.1kg of fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene (9) ether, 0.1kg of essence and 87.8kg of purified water.

Sixthly, taking four 250mL triangular bottles, wherein 0.75 +/-0.05 g of down feather is respectively weighed, 5mL of bacterial liquid is transferred to contact with the down feather for 10min, then 70mL of PBS buffer solution is respectively added, and the mixture is put into a vibration box to be vibrated for 15 min.
Seventhly, preparing the sterilized culture dish and marking. 1mL of each of the solutions was transferred from the flask to a petri dish. Pouring a proper amount of solid culture medium into a culture dish, completely covering, shaking up, placing into an incubator at 28-35 ℃ after solidification, turning over after 2h, culturing for 12-24 h, reading the number of bacteria in the culture dish, and calculating the sterilization efficiency.

it can be clearly seen that the products of the three examples all have obvious odor removing effect, and the odor removing effect mainly depends on the content of the polyolefin carbamidine, and the higher the content of the polyolefin carbamidine, the better the odor removing effect, but from the economic point of view, the formula in example 2 can meet the odor removing requirement of the down feather.
The invention has unique effect on the peculiar smell of the products and the packages in the transportation process of the down products and the peculiar smell of the down products in the use process, thereby not only ensuring the quality of the down products, but also ensuring that the down products do not generate the peculiar smell in the life cycle.
In addition, compared with the comparison file, the invention has the advantages that:
1. the two formulas are completely different, and the sterilization mechanisms are also different; the zinc cresolsulfonate of the reference 1, in which cresolsulfonic acid is a phenolic disinfectant, has a certain disinfecting effect as metal ions, but both are bio-toxic, and phenols and nano-and micro-metal species have been rejected by the european union and north america, so that the above-mentioned sterilization method is avoided as much as possible in down products.
2. The odor removing agent is more convenient to use, does not need any special agent treatment and preparation work, is directly sprayed after dilution, and is adsorbed on the surface of down feather to sterilize and remove odor in the process of finishing the high-temperature drying process after spraying.
