Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of down odor removal, in particular to a down jacket deodorant containing marine biological components.
Background
The down feather is a green natural protein fiber, is also a valuable biomass resource, and has the characteristics of lightness, softness, good heat preservation performance, rich resources, extremely high cost performance and the like. With the improvement of living standard of people, the requirements on the quality of down feather are higher and higher.
However, down feather belongs to keratin fibers, is poor in alkali resistance, is washed by soap or common washing powder in daily use, can damage a fat film on the surface of the down feather due to strong alkalinity, is easy to breed bacteria due to improper storage, and generates fishy smell. Human skin is every hour. Metabolism is carried out, and metabolic wastes such as sebum, sweat, cutin, waste gas and the like are secreted, so that the nutrient becomes a nutrient for bacterial growth, and meanwhile, textiles contacted with the skin are influenced, so that the textile smells and smells, and the nutrient is easy to be used in the environment with heavy moisture in south China. It is necessary to perform antibacterial and fishy smell removing treatment on the down feather product to protect human bodies from harmful bacteria and smell in the environment and prevent the bacteria from growing and emitting fishy smell on the down feather product.
At present, the fishy smell remover of down on the market has a common effect, and more importantly, chemical components in the preparation of the fishy smell remover easily damage down and influence the heat preservation performance.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a deodorant for down jackets, which contains marine biological components and overcomes the defects that the existing fishy smell treating agent for down jackets is not ideal in effect and is easy to damage down jackets.
The invention realizes the purpose through the following technical scheme:
a deodorant for down jackets, which contains marine organism components, is prepared from the following raw materials: the marine active agent comprises a marine active agent, a plant active agent, an organic solvent, an aromatic and a conditioner, wherein the marine active agent is algal polysaccharide and chitosan, and the plant active agent is formed by mixing coumarin and lignan according to the mass ratio of 5;
the preparation method of the deodorant for the down jackets comprises the following steps:
(1) Mixing coumarin and lignan at a certain proportion, adding into organic solvent, stirring and extracting at 35-55 deg.C and 300-500r/min for 5-7 hr, and filtering to obtain active filtrate;
(2) Respectively extracting algal polysaccharide and chitosan to serve as marine active agents, adding the marine active agents into the active filtrate, adding an aromatic and a conditioner, and uniformly stirring to obtain the deodorant for the down jackets.
The further improvement is that the preparation raw materials of the deodorant for the down jackets comprise the following components in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of marine active agent, 4-10 parts of plant active agent, 20-50 parts of organic solvent, 0.1-1 part of aromatic and 0.5-3 parts of conditioner.
The marine active agent is further improved in that the mass ratio of the seaweed polysaccharide to the chitosan in the marine active agent is 10-5.
The further improvement is that the organic solvent is selected from one or more of ethanol, diethyl ether, acetone, benzene, chloroform and ethyl acetate.
The further improvement is that the aromatic is natural essential oil which is subjected to high magnetization treatment, the molecular groups of the essential oil are reduced under the action of a magnetic field, the micron sizing is realized, the activity and the permeability are improved, the viscosity is reduced, and the effect of the essential oil is favorably exerted.
In a further improvement, the natural essential oil is selected from one or more of lavender essential oil, jasmine essential oil, tea tree oil, olive essential oil, mint essential oil, cinnamon essential oil, fennel oil, lily essential oil and rose essential oil.
The further improvement is that the magnetic field intensity of the high magnetization treatment is 8000-20000GS, and the treatment time is 20-80min.
In a further improvement, the conditioning agent is selected from one or more of linoleic acid, sodium stearate, sodium pyrophosphate, glycol, amino silicone oil and diethyl ester.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) The deodorant is added with marine biological components consisting of algal polysaccharides and chitosan, so that bacteria and viruses bred on the surface of the down jacket can be effectively removed, and in addition, the addition of chitosan can also increase the flowing dispersibility of the deodorant and promote the stable release of biological activity;
(2) According to the invention, coumarin and lignan are used as plant active agents, wherein the coumarin belongs to natural perfume, and can play a good odor removing role when being used in cooperation with the lignan, especially the fishy smell of the down feather keratin fibers, and can also play a good antibacterial role by being matched with algal polysaccharide, so that the generation of the fishy smell is avoided from the source; the ingredients adopted by the invention can not cause any damage to the down feather and are beneficial to increasing the fluffiness, the smoothness and the fragrance of the down feather.
