Abstract
The invention relates to a novel mildew remover, which is prepared by taking seaweed bio-activator and bio-enzyme as main mildew removing components and compounding with various plant essence extracts such as lotus leaves, cinnamon and the like through a special process, and is mainly used for mildew prevention and removal and mildew removal on the surfaces of objects such as leather and the like; has the following characteristics: (1) the contained seaweed bio-active elements and bio-enzyme components can quickly and effectively remove the mould and spores on the surface of an object; (2) the mildew and spores generated by leather products are particularly killed, the spores are cracked, and the growth and the propagation of the mildew and the spores are prevented; (3) the sterilization agent has broad-spectrum sterilization effect, and has sterilization effect on spores and bacteria on the surface of an object and in the air; (4) the leather antibacterial agent has a long-term antibacterial effect, eliminates the mildew smell, can permeate the inside of a leather product through contained biological components, keeps the antibacterial effect for a long time, and plays a role in softening and nourishing leather clothes.
Description
The invention relates to a novel mildew remover, which is mainly prepared by taking seaweed bio-activator and bio-enzyme as main mildew removing components and compounding plant essence extracts such as lotus leaves, cinnamon, rosemary, radix sophorae flavescentis, dandelion and the like through a special process. The mould has strong reproductive capacity and various reproduction modes, but in nature, the mould mainly depends on asexual or sexual spores which generate different colors to reproduce, the mould spores in the air are everywhere, the spores are scattered along with wind, and the wide-range mildewing phenomenon can be generated where the spores fall. Because the leather is a product of a natural high molecular compound, the main components of the leather are collagen and fat, a large amount of animal and vegetable oil, inorganic salt and mineral substances are added in the processing technology of the leather, and are all environments required by the growth of mould, and once spores in the air fall on the leather, a large amount of mould can grow and propagate. The influence of mold on the leather quality is mainly shown in the following steps: deposition of pigment, i.e. stain, on leather; unevenness of dyeing and finishing; formation of oil frost; certain moulds on the pickled leather have degradation effect on leather fibers and damage on the physical and mechanical properties, particularly the strength, of the leather; the grain surface of the leather is tarnished, and the serious mildew can mildew and crack the grain surface of the leather, thereby not only affecting the appearance of the leather, but also obviously reducing the physical and mechanical properties of the leather, seriously affecting the use performance of leather clothes and causing troubles to common people. Therefore, a new mildew-removing preparation specially for leather clothes is urgently needed. The key point of the invention is that after the seaweed bio-active element and the bio-enzyme which have high-efficiency bactericidal action and are biological active ingredients are compounded with plant essence extracts of lotus leaves, cinnamon, rosemary, radix sophorae flavescentis, dandelion, honeysuckle, lygodium japonicum, plantain seeds and fructus cnidii, the high-efficiency mildew removing agent is obtained, and the high-efficiency mildew removing agent acts on the bacterial plaque of the mold together to inhibit the propagation of the mold for a long time. The formula selected by the invention is as follows (components and weight percentage): 1.0-2.0 parts of seaweed bio-activator, 0.5-1.0 part of bio-enzyme, 3.0-6.0 parts of lotus leaf, 4.0-7.0 parts of cinnamon, 2.0-4.0 parts of rosemary, 1.0-3.0 parts of radix sophorae flavescentis, 2.0-5.0 parts of dandelion, 2.0-5.0 parts of honeysuckle, 3.0-5.0 parts of lygodium japonicum and sterile deionized water added to 100 parts.
The seaweed biotin is active ingredient extracted from marine seaweed, and has high-efficiency sterilization and odor removal effects. The seaweed is rootless, flowerless and fruitless, absorbs nutrient substances from the sea, performs asexual propagation through spores, is a pure natural marine organism product, contains abundant lipid, phenol, terpenoid, polysaccharide, halide, sulfur-containing compound and other components, achieves the effect of killing mould through the components, can absorb the mould with negative charges through viscous components, wraps the mould spores and hinders the normal growth and propagation capacity of the mould spores. And has good effects of penetration and nourishing for leather clothing products.
The biological enzyme is protein with weight activity, has the function of catalyzing biochemical reaction speed, can increase the sterilization efficiency of the system, has high-efficiency antibacterial effect, destroys mould spores and mould cell walls, and prevents the mould spores and the mould cell walls from propagating and fissuring, thereby achieving the sterilization effect.

The rosmarinic acid has broad-spectrum antimicrobial activity, has inhibition effect on bacteria and fungi, and also has obvious inhibition effect on bacillus subtilis, micrococcus luteus, escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, rhizoctonia solani and other bacteria. It has broad-spectrum antibacterial effect on the surface of object and other bacteria in air. The antibacterial action mechanism is as follows: rosmarinic acid can increase the permeability of bacterial cell membranes, cause massive leakage of saccharides and proteins and influence the normal metabolism of bacteria; can also influence the protein metabolism of bacteria, has an inhibiting effect on Taq DNA polymerase, and can effectively reduce the germination of zoospores particularly for mould cells, thereby playing a long-term antibacterial role.
