Antibacterial hand sanitizer and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of daily chemical products, in particular to an antibacterial hand sanitizer and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Many things in daily life and work of people are completed by two hands, on one hand, the two hands are polluted by various stains and microorganisms after contacting various articles, on the other hand, some work needs to be completed in a clean environment, and the sanitation degree of the two hands is higher, so that the hand washing product needs to have at least two functions of decontamination and antibiosis.
The decontamination performance of the existing hand washing products is basically realized by adding a surfactant, the surfactant widely used in the hand washing products at present mainly comprises soaps, sulfates and amino acids, wherein the soaps have strong alkalinity and cause the problems of rough skin, chap and the like, and the amino acid products breed a large amount of microorganisms such as bacteria, fungi and the like in a humid environment for a long time. The sterilization performance of the hand washing product can be realized by adding bactericides, commonly used bactericides comprise alcohol, peracetic acid, sodium hypochlorite, bleaching extract, glutaraldehyde, triclosan, salicylic acid, p-chlororesorcinol, chlorhexidine acetate and the like, although the bactericides can kill bacteria, the bactericides have obvious defects such as toxicity, irritation, corrosivity, poor lasting effect, strong oxidizing property, peculiar smell and the like, and even some bactericides are limited to use. Therefore, the development of a novel antibacterial hand sanitizer and the addition of a nontoxic, nonirritating, noncorrosive, safe and efficient sterilization component become the key points of research and development of technicians in the field.
