Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of down odor removal, and particularly discloses a biological nano odor removal agent for treating the fishy smell of down and a preparation method thereof, wherein the biological nano odor removal agent comprises the following raw materials: the biological activity agent is prepared by mixing coumarin and lignan according to the mass ratio of 5-2, and the modified nano titanium dioxide is prepared by modifying nano titanium dioxide through vinyl triethoxysilane. According to the invention, coumarin and lignan are used as bioactive agents, wherein coumarin belongs to natural perfume, and has a good odor removing effect when being used in cooperation with lignan, especially on the fishy smell of down feather keratin fibers, and can be matched with modified nano titanium dioxide to play a good antibacterial effect, so that the generation of fishy smell is avoided from the source; the ingredients adopted by the invention can not cause any damage to the down feather and are beneficial to increasing the fluffiness, the smoothness and the fragrance of the down feather.

Background

The further improvement is that the raw materials for preparing the biological nano deodorant comprise the following components in parts by weight: 20-40 parts of bioactive agent, 5-30 parts of modified nano titanium dioxide, 25-50 parts of organic solvent, 0.2-2 parts of aromatic and 0.5-4 parts of conditioner.

step three: adding the modified nano titanium dioxide into the active filtrate, adding an aromatic and a conditioner, and uniformly stirring to obtain the biological nano deodorant.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the invention, coumarin and lignan are used as bioactive agents, wherein coumarin belongs to natural perfume, and has a good odor removing effect when being used in cooperation with lignan, especially on the fishy smell of down feather keratin fibers, and can be matched with modified nano titanium dioxide to play a good antibacterial effect, so that the generation of fishy smell is avoided from the source; the ingredients adopted by the invention do not cause any damage to the down feather and are beneficial to increasing the fluffiness, the smoothness and the fragrance of the down feather.

from the table above, the biological nano deodorant prepared in the embodiment 2 of the invention has a remarkable fishy smell removing effect, reaches level 1 for goose down and duck down, and has a remarkable sterilizing effect reaching over 99.49%; compared with the prior art, the deodorization effect is obviously reduced and the sterilization rate is reduced because the bioactive agent only adopts coumarin in the comparative example 1 and only adopts lignan in the comparative example 2, so that the coumarin and the lignan can be used simultaneously to exert good sterilization and deodorization effects; in the comparative example 3, the biological active agent is removed, so that the fishy smell is serious, meanwhile, the equivalent amount of modified nano titanium dioxide is correspondingly added, and the modified nano titanium dioxide has a sterilization effect, but the result shows that the sterilization rate is not improved, but is slightly reduced, which shows that the biological active component can be matched with the modified nano titanium dioxide to play a better antibacterial effect; in the comparative example 4, the modified nano titanium dioxide is replaced by the same amount of common nano titanium dioxide, so that the degerming rate is obviously reduced, the fishy smell removing effect is slightly reduced, and the modified nano titanium dioxide plays a certain role in promoting the effect of the biological deodorant disclosed by the invention.
