本发明公开了一种作用于肠道可用于调节血糖的组合物,包括以下重量份数份各组分:菊粉38~42份、复合氨基酸粉40~46份、麦芽糊性5~8份、凉感剂0.1~0.3份、香精0~0.5份、柠檬酸0.1~3份、三氯蔗糖0.02~0.8份、硬脂酸镁0.5~1.5份、甘露醇2~3份、微晶纤维素2~4份、干淀粉2~4份。本发明的组合物服用后C肽增加,肠道L细胞能力得到修复,可以刺激更多的胰岛素分泌。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种作用于肠道可用于调节血糖的组合物。
背景技术
糖尿病是一组以高血糖为特征的代谢性疾病。高血糖则是由于胰岛素分泌缺陷或其生物作用受损,或两者兼有引起。长期存在的高血糖,导致各种组织,特别是眼、肾、心脏、血管、神经的慢性损害、功能障碍。
L细胞分泌多种激素,在人体起着重要作用,其分泌受到进食和食物构成的影响。
L细胞作为肠道内分泌细胞的一种,零散分布于胃肠道,分泌胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)、胰高血糖素样肽2(GLP-2)、多肽YY(PYY)等多种重要的肽类激素,可以促进胰岛素分泌、控制食欲,有利于控制血糖和体质量。L细胞主要释放GLP-1。GLP-1能够刺激胰岛β细胞分泌胰岛素并且抑制α细胞分泌胰高血糖素,具有良好的降低餐后血糖的作用。并且其作用呈血糖依赖性,当葡萄糖浓度低于正常时就不刺激胰岛素分泌,从而防止低血糖的发生旧。GLP-1可促进β细胞的增殖和再生,防止β细胞凋亡。此外,GLP-1既可抑制胃泌素诱导的酸分泌又可抑制食物诱导的胃排空和胰腺分泌。GLP-1还有调节食欲和食物吸收的功能,以控制体重。
GLP-1分泌量受进食量和食物构成的影响。在健康志愿者中,520kcal的口服膳食比260kcal膳食更能诱导血浆总GLP-1增加。促进GLP-1分泌的营养物质包括可代谢的单糖,如葡萄糖、果糖和半乳糖、不可代谢单糖,如甲基-α-葡萄糖苷,长链脂肪酸,蛋白质和某些氨基酸。在健康人中,摄入碳水化合物或蛋白质引起循环GLP-1迅速增加,可在30-60分钟达到峰值,而摄入脂类引起的循环GLP-1增加稍晚一些,但持续时间更长(>120分钟)。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种蛋白质氨基酸为主的组合物,可以随餐服用,有助于糖尿病患者控制血糖。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种作用于肠道可用于调节血糖的组合物,包括以下重量份数份各组分:
菊粉38~42份、复合氨基酸粉40~46份、麦芽糊性5~8份、凉感剂0.1~0.3份、香精0~0.5份、柠檬酸0.1~3份、三氯蔗糖0.02~0.8份、硬脂酸镁0.5~1.5份、甘露醇2~3份、微晶纤维素2~4份、干淀粉2~4份。
优选的,包括以下重量百分比的各组分:
菊粉40%、复合氨基酸粉43%、麦芽糊性7%、凉感剂0.2%、香蕉香精0.3%、柠檬酸0.2%、三氯蔗糖0.05%、硬脂酸镁1%、甘露醇2.25%、微晶纤维素3%、干淀粉3%。
本发明所达到的有益效果是:本发明的组合物服用后C肽增加,肠道L细胞能力得到修复,可以刺激更多的胰岛素分泌。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例
一种作用于肠道可用于调节血糖的组合物,包括以下重量百分比的各组分:
菊粉40%、复合氨基酸粉43%、麦芽糊性7%、凉感剂WS-30.2%、香蕉香精0.3%、柠檬酸0.2%、三氯蔗糖0.05%、硬脂酸镁1%、甘露醇2.25%、微晶纤维素3%、干淀粉3%。
仪器:
电子天平,感量0.01g,上海瑶新;分析天平,感量0.1mg,上海佑科;单冲压片机TDP-0T,冲模12mm,绿翔;烧杯若干;样品勺;玻璃搅拌棒。
小样品复配
①按照配方要求分别称取40g菊粉43g复合氨基酸粉、7g麦芽糊精、3g干淀粉、0.2g20%凉感剂、0.3g香蕉香精。
②将①中的各个原辅料称量好后,进行混合、搅拌,使得各个原辅料成分混合均匀。
③按照配方要求继续称取0.2g柠檬酸、0.05g三氯蔗糖、1g硬脂酸镁、2.25g甘露醇、3g微晶纤维素。
④把②③中的样品进行混合、搅拌,使得各个原辅料成分混合均匀。
⑤将④中得到的样品进行压片。
⑥对片剂进行密封保存
(1)样品感官评价
①色泽:白色
②滋味、气味:香蕉的香味
③状态:片剂
④大小:重量0.5g,直径12mm,厚度4.3mm
⑤硬度:略
⑥口感:甜味,微酸,有着薄荷的清凉感,香蕉味浓郁。
随机选取2型糖尿病患者60人,每一组20人。参与者不改变现有的药物服用方案。
对照组:按照正常的生活方案进行
实验组一、参与者每天4片,早晚各两片;
实验组二、参与者每天6片,早中晚各两片。
C肽与胰岛素有一个共同的前提,即胰岛素原,一分子胰岛素原在特殊的作用下,可以裂解成一分子胰岛素和一分子C肽,因此在理论上C肽和胰岛素等同分泌。产品服用之后C肽增加,即肠道L细胞能力得到修复,可以刺激更多的胰岛素分泌。

Claims (4)
1.一种作用于肠道可用于调节血糖的组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数份各组分:
菊粉38~42份、复合氨基酸粉40~46份、麦芽糊性5~8份、凉感剂0.1~0.3份、香精0~0.5份、柠檬酸0.1~3份、三氯蔗糖0.02~0.8份、硬脂酸镁0.5~1.5份、甘露醇2~3份、微晶纤维素2~4份、干淀粉2~4份。
2.如权利要求1所述的作用于肠道可用于调节血糖的组合物,其特征在于,所述的复合氨基酸粉至少包括谷氨酰胺、天冬酰胺、苯丙氨酸、甘氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸和缬氨酸。
3.如权利要求1所述的作用于肠道可用于调节血糖的组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量百分比的各组分:
菊粉40%、复合氨基酸粉43%、麦芽糊性7%、凉感剂0.2%、香蕉香精0.3%、柠檬酸0.2%、三氯蔗糖0.05%、硬脂酸镁1%、甘露醇2.25%、微晶纤维素3%、干淀粉3%。
4.权利要求3所述的作用于肠道可用于调节血糖的组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、分别称取菊粉、复合氨基酸粉、麦芽糊精、干淀粉、凉感剂和香蕉香精,混合、搅拌,使得各个原辅料成分混合均匀;
S2、称柠檬酸、三氯蔗糖、硬脂酸镁、甘露醇和微晶纤维素;
S3、把S1和S2中的样品进行混合、搅拌,使得各个原辅料成分混合均匀;
S4、压片。
