Abstract
本发明涉及一种持久驱螨杀螨丝线的制备方法及制品,基材为高分子薄膜,功能涂料由400重量份有机溶剂加入50~85重量份球形多孔二氧化硅粉、5~40重量份高活性除螨杀菌剂和1~10重量份天然草本植物提取物混匀配制而成,球形多孔二氧化硅粉是微米级大小、含纳米级微孔的颗粒,高活性除螨杀菌剂中的功能分子是N‑(2‑乙胺)‑2‑甲基苯酰胺,天然草本植物精华素包括从香茅、艾草和柠檬桉叶三种天然草本植物中任一种提取的精华素,方法包括在基材上涂布功能涂料形成多孔粉涂层、在多孔粉涂层再淋膜或涂布高分子材料和切丝步骤。本发明吸附在多孔粉涂层中的功能分子缓慢持久地发挥出来,驱螨杀螨性能有持久性作用,产品具有持久驱螨杀螨良好效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及驱螨虫杀螨虫材料领域,特别是一种持久驱螨杀螨丝线的制备方法及制品。
背景技术
世界上不少种类螨虫与人的健康关系非常密切,如粉螨、尘螨、革螨和疥螨等可叮人吸血、侵害皮肤,引起“酒糟鼻”或蠕螨症、尿路螨症、肺螨症、过敏症、湿疹、皮炎、哮喘、气管炎、鼻炎和疥疮等,严重危害人类的身体健康。更加严重的是螨虫繁殖力超强,一个冬季的床垫上,新生螨虫就可高达1000万个以上。
为了减少螨虫对人们的伤害,有几种常用的驱螨方法:
第一种是将易生长螨虫的沙发座垫、地毯、床垫和衣物放在阳光下暴晒,但科学试验已表明,即使暴晒6小时,也只能除螨3.8%;
第二种驱螨方法是用高温蒸汽喷雾驱螨杀螨,表面上实现了驱螨和杀螨,但实际上螨虫能很快又再生长,数量又达到蒸喷前的水平;
第三种驱螨方法是把驱螨的药物或驱螨剂做成药包,将驱螨药包放在沙发、地毯、床垫或衣柜等处,但这种驱螨药包由于有效药物分子的挥发损失,使药性会很快减弱,驱螨效果变差,驱螨时效变短,而且药包零散放置时,容易被孩子误用误食,很不安全;
第四种常用驱螨方式是将驱螨药物或驱螨剂喷洒在纤维或织物表面;或将纤维或织物用驱螨药物或驱螨剂浸泡处理而得到具有驱螨和杀螨功能的纺织制品,驱螨药物或驱螨剂仅仅附着在纤维或织物表面,会接触到皮肤,且不耐洗,因洗涤时驱螨药物或驱螨剂就从纤维或织物表面脱落了,使产品驱螨性能下降,或产品的驱螨性能直接就失去了。
发明内容
为了解决上述大部分传统驱螨方式存在只驱螨不杀螨、驱螨时效短、驱螨效率低、驱螨作用差等问题,本发明提出了一种持久驱螨杀螨丝线的制备方法及制品,以提高驱螨杀螨效果和驱螨杀螨作用的持久性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的持久驱螨杀螨丝线的制备方法,其特征在于,基材为高分子薄膜,功能涂料由400重量份有机溶剂加入50~85重量份球形多孔二氧化硅粉、5~40重量份高活性除螨杀菌剂和1~10重量份天然草本植物提取物混匀配制而成,所述球形多孔二氧化硅粉是微米级大小、含纳米级微孔的颗粒,高活性除螨杀菌剂中的功能分子是N-(2-乙胺)-2-甲基苯酰胺,天然草本植物提取液包括香茅、艾草和柠檬桉叶三种天然草本植物中任一种的提取物,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)用涂布技术均匀地在所述基材上涂布功能涂料,功能涂料形成微米级厚度的多孔粉涂层,多孔粉涂层中的多孔二氧化硅粉吸附着高活性除螨杀菌功能分子和天然草本植物提取物;
(2)在所述多孔粉涂层上再淋膜或涂布高分子材料,形成高分子薄膜状的保护层;
(3)切丝,将具有多孔粉涂层和保护层的基材切成细的丝线。
本发明提供的持久驱螨杀螨丝线制品,其特征在于,包括基材层、多孔粉涂层和保护层,所述基材层为高分子薄膜,多孔粉涂层夹在基材层和保护层之间,为微米级厚度,多孔粉涂层包括球形多孔二氧化硅粉,所述球形多孔二氧化硅粉是微米级大小、含纳米级微孔的颗粒,球形多孔二氧化硅粉吸附着高活性除螨杀菌功能分子和天然草本植物提取物,所述高活性除螨杀菌功能分子为N-(2-乙胺)-2-甲基苯酰胺,天然草本植物提取物包括从香茅、艾草和柠檬桉叶三种天然草本植物中任一种的提取物。
本发明提供的持久驱螨杀螨丝线的制备方法,利用球形多孔二氧化硅粉本身具有的大量纳米级微孔,将高活性除螨杀菌剂的功能分子和天然草本植物的提取物吸附于其中,应用涂布技术将含有功能分子和提取物的球形多孔二氧化硅粉均匀地涂布在高分子薄膜上,并在其上再涂覆保护层,制备得到具有多层结构的功能薄膜,再将功能薄膜切成细的具有驱螨杀螨功能的丝线制品,丝线制品可以当作纺织纤维应用,这种功能丝线制品可广泛用于各种纺织产品中。功能丝线的多孔粉涂层夹在基材层和保护层之间,不容易掉出来,吸附在多孔粉涂层中的功能分子缓慢持久地发挥出来,实现了功能丝线的驱螨杀螨性能有持久性作用,因而使产品具有持久驱螨杀螨的良好效果。

下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
具体实施方式
基材为高分子薄膜,厚度为12~16微米,优选为PET或PU薄膜。
功能涂料由400重量份有机溶剂加入50~85重量份球形多孔二氧化硅粉、5~40重量份化妆品级高活性除螨杀菌剂和1~10重量份化妆品级天然草本植物提取液混匀配制而成,有机溶剂为无水乙醇或乙酸乙酯。高活性除螨杀菌剂中的功能分子是N-(2-乙胺)-2-甲基苯酰胺,浓度达95%以上(重量比),N-(2-乙胺)-2-甲基苯酰胺是国际公认的一种新型、高效、长效、广谱、低毒、无刺激、化妆品型的驱螨功能分子。
球形多孔二氧化硅粉为化妆品级,如图1所示,球形多孔二氧化硅粉是微米级大小、含纳米级微孔的颗粒,颗粒粒径为1~5微米,平均粒径为3微米,其所含微孔孔径分布在2~50纳米,平均孔径为10~15纳米。
天然草本植物提取物包括从香茅、艾草和柠檬桉叶三种天然草本植物中任一种提取的提取物,香茅提取物为从天然草本植物香茅中提取的提取物,具有驱虫和抗菌杀菌作用;艾草提取物为从天然草本植物艾草中提取的提取物,具有驱蚊驱螨、消毒和安神助眠功效;柠檬桉叶提取物为从天然草本植物柠檬桉叶中提取的提取物,具有驱螨杀螨作用。当天然草本植物提取物包括的是两种或两张以上提取物时,可以通过调整不同提取物之间的比例得到作用侧重点不同的效果。这些提取物现在多用于化妆品、驱虫驱蚊用品和驱螨杀螨药包中。高活性除螨杀菌功能分子和天然草本植物提取物吸附于球形多孔二氧化硅粉的纳米微孔中。
持久驱螨杀螨丝线的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)用涂布技术均匀地在基材上涂布功能涂料,功能涂料形成微米级厚度的多孔粉涂层,多孔粉涂层中的多孔二氧化硅粉吸附着高活性除螨杀菌功能分子和天然草本植物提取物;
(2)在多孔粉涂层上再淋膜或涂布高分子材料,形成高分子薄膜状的保护层;
(3)切丝,将具有多孔粉涂层和保护层的基材切成细的丝线。
步骤(2)的淋膜为采用淋膜技术将高分子材料覆盖在多孔粉涂层上,形成高分子薄膜状保护层,高分子材料优选PE,也可以是其它高分子材料。
步骤(2)中涂布的高分子材料优选用PU涂料,由PU和有机溶剂充分混匀制备,有机溶剂可以是无水乙醇或乙酸乙酯。
参见图2,采用本发明制备的持久驱螨杀螨丝线制品,包括基材层1、多孔粉涂层2和保护层3。基材层1为高分子薄膜,优选为PET薄膜或PU薄膜,厚度优选为12~16微米。多孔粉涂层2夹在基材层1和保护层3之间,由用涂布技术均匀地在基材上涂布功能涂料形成,厚度为微米级,多孔粉涂层2包括大量的球形多孔二氧化硅粉,球形多孔二氧化硅粉吸附着着高活性除螨杀菌功能分子和天然草本植物提取物,高活性除螨杀菌功能分子为N-(2-乙胺)-2-甲基苯酰胺,天然草本植物提取物包括从香茅、艾草和柠檬桉叶三种天然草本植物中任一种提取的提取物。保护层3由用涂布技术在多孔粉涂层上再覆盖涂布高分子材料形成的高分子薄膜状保护层。涂布的高分子材料优选为PU涂料,形成的保护层为PU薄膜。保护层3也可用淋膜技术将高分子材料覆盖在多孔粉涂层上形成的高分子薄膜状保护。淋膜的高分子材料优选为优选为PE,形成的保护层为PE薄膜。
丝线制品的多孔粉涂层夹在基材层和高保护层之间,只有在丝线切口所在的两个侧边多孔粉涂层裸露在外,高活性除螨杀菌功能分子和天然草本植物提取物释放散发出来,发挥驱螨杀螨作用,没有裸露在外的功能分子,是一点一点地以分子扩散迁移方式而缓慢释放散发出来,实现功能丝线的驱螨杀螨性能有持久性作用,因而使产品具有持久驱螨杀螨的良好效果。丝线制品可以当作纺织纤维应用,在纺织材料中的用量和疏密可以根据产品对驱螨杀螨功能的强弱要求进行调整。这种功能丝线制品可广泛用于各种沙发、床垫、地毯、床单、枕头套等床上用品或其它纺织产品中。丝线用于席梦思床垫的纺织面料层中,使床垫具有持久驱螨杀螨性能;用于地毯的基布中,使地毯里不再有螨虫生长和存活;用于系列床上用品中,使产品具有持久驱螨杀螨性能。
实施例1
基材为PET薄膜,厚度12微米,幅宽1380mm。剂
功能涂料由85重量份球形多孔二氧化硅粉、10重量份高活性除螨杀菌剂、5重量份天然草本植物提取物和400重量份无水乙醇混匀配制而成(重量含量约20%)。球形多孔二氧化硅粉为化妆品级,平均粒径为3微米,纳米微孔平均孔径为13纳米。天然草本植物提取物中包含香茅提取物、艾草提取物和柠檬桉叶提取物三种,三种提取物的重量比为1:1:1。
工艺步骤包括:
(1)将PET基材放置在具有5段烘道的涂布机中,各段温度分别控制为60℃、70℃、80℃、90℃、100℃,用120目网纹辊涂布,均匀地在PET基材上涂布功能涂料,涂布速度10~80米/分,功能涂料形成在基材上的多孔粉涂层,厚度控制在6~8微米。
(2)将涂有多孔粉涂层的PET基材再放置在具有5段烘道的涂布机中,各段温度分别控制为60℃、80℃、100℃、110℃和120℃,用高分子材料,用100目网纹辊涂布,均匀地在多孔粉涂层上涂布高分子材料,涂布速度20~80米/分,高分子材料形成在多孔粉涂层上的保护层,保护层的厚度控制在10~12微米,为高分子薄膜状。高分子材料为PU涂料,由200重量份PU和800重量份无水乙醇充分混匀制备。
(3)切丝,将上述涂有多孔粉涂层和保护层的PET基材在切丝设备中切成细的功能丝线,丝线厚度为28~32微米,丝线宽度为100微米,单根功能细丝线长度大于24000米,每根单丝收1小卷。
(4)计量,包装,封箱。
用上述方法制备的驱螨杀螨功能细丝线制成的床上用品纺织面料,含功能细丝线10%(重量),经驱螨杀螨专业检测驱螨率达98%,灭螨率达85%。
实施例2
基材为PET薄膜,厚度15微米,幅宽1520mm;
功能涂料由80重量份球形多孔二氧化硅粉、12重量份高活性除螨杀菌剂、8重量份天然草本植物提取物和400重量份无水乙醇混匀配制而成(重量含量约20%)。球形多孔二氧化硅粉为化妆品级,平均粒径为3微米,纳米微孔平均孔径为13纳米。天然草本植物提取物中包含香茅提取物和柠檬桉叶提取物二种,两种提取物的重量比为1:1。
工艺步骤包括:
(1)将PET基材放置在具有5段烘道的涂布机中,各段温度分别控制为60℃、70℃、80℃、90℃、100℃,用120目网纹辊涂布,均匀地在PET基材上涂布功能涂料,涂布速度20~80米/分,功能涂料形成在基材上的多孔粉涂层,厚度控制在8~10微米。
(2)将涂有多孔粉涂层的PET基材再放置在具有5段烘道的涂布机中,各段温度分别控制为60℃、80℃、100℃、110℃和120℃,用高分子材料,用100目网纹辊涂布,均匀地在多孔粉涂层上涂布高分子材料,涂布速度20~80米/分,高分子材料形成在多孔粉涂层上的保护层,保护层厚度控制在12~15微米,为高分子薄膜状。高分子材料为PU涂料,由200份PU和800份无水乙醇充分混匀制备。
(3)切丝,将上述涂有多孔粉涂层和保护层的PET基材在切丝设备中切成细的功能丝线,丝线厚度为35~40微米,丝线宽度为150微米,单根功能细丝线长度大于40000米,每根单丝收1小卷。
(4)计量,包装,封箱。
用上述方法制备的驱螨杀螨功能细丝线制成的席梦思床垫用纺织面料,含功能细丝线10%(重量),经驱螨杀螨专业检测纺织面料驱螨率达99%,洗涤10次后驱螨率达91%。
Claims (10)
1.一种持久驱螨杀螨丝线的制备方法,其特征在于,基材为高分子薄膜,功能涂料由400重量份有机溶剂加入50~85重量份球形多孔二氧化硅粉、5~40重量份高活性除螨杀菌剂和1~10重量份天然草本植物提取物混匀配制而成,所述球形多孔二氧化硅粉是微米级大小、含纳米级微孔的颗粒,高活性除螨杀菌剂中的功能分子是N-(2-乙胺)-2-甲基苯酰胺,天然草本植物提取物包括香茅、艾草和柠檬桉叶三种天然草本植物中任一种的提取物,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)用涂布技术均匀地在所述基材上涂布功能涂料,功能涂料形成微米级厚度的多孔粉涂层,多孔粉涂层中的多孔二氧化硅粉吸附着高活性除螨杀菌功能分子和天然草本植物提取物;
(2)在所述多孔粉涂层上再淋膜或涂布高分子材料,形成高分子薄膜状的保护层;
(3)切丝,将具有多孔粉涂层和保护层的基材切成细的丝线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的持久驱螨杀螨丝线的制备方法,其特征在于,所述球形多孔二氧化硅粉的颗粒粒径为1~5微米,平均粒径为3微米,其所含微孔孔径分布在2~50纳米,平均孔径为10~15纳米。
3.根据权利要求2所述的持久驱螨杀螨丝线的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤(2)中,PE淋膜形成高分子薄膜状保护层,或者涂布PU涂料形成高分子薄膜状保护层,所述PU涂料用PU和有机溶剂混匀配制而成,所述有机溶剂是无水乙醇或乙酸乙酯。
4.根据权利要求3所述的持久驱螨杀螨丝线的制备方法,其特征在于,所述基材为PET薄膜或PU薄膜。
5.根据权利要求4所述的持久驱螨杀螨丝线的制备方法,其特征在于,所述多孔粉涂层厚度为5~15微米。
6.根据权利要求5所述的持久驱螨杀螨丝线的制备方法,其特征在于,所述天然草本植物提取物包括香茅、艾草和柠檬桉叶三种天然草本植物的提取物。
7.一种持久驱螨杀螨丝线制品,其特征在于,包括基材层、多孔粉涂层和保护层,所述基材层为高分子薄膜,多孔粉涂层夹在基材层和保护层之间,为微米级厚度,多孔粉涂层包括大量的球形多孔二氧化硅粉,所述球形多孔二氧化硅粉是微米级大小、含纳米级微孔的颗粒,球形多孔二氧化硅粉吸附着高活性除螨杀菌功能分子和天然草本植物提取物,所述高活性除螨杀菌功能分子为N-(2-乙胺)-2-甲基苯酰胺,天然草本植物提取物包括香茅、艾草和柠檬桉叶三种天然草本植物中任一种的提取物。
8.根据权利要求7所述的持久驱螨杀螨丝线制品,其特征在于,所述球形多孔二氧化硅粉的颗粒粒径为1~5微米,平均粒径为3微米,其所含微孔孔径分布在2~50纳米,平均孔径为10~15纳米。
9.根据权利要求8所述的持久驱螨杀螨丝线制品,其特征在于,所述基材层为PET薄膜或PU薄膜。
10.根据权利要求9所述的持久驱螨杀螨丝线制品,其特征在于,所述保护层为PU涂料形成的高分子薄膜状保护层,或PE淋膜形成的高分子薄膜状保护层。
