Abstract
一种合成纤维复合面料,主要是横向和纵向以交叉编织的两种复合纤维组成,其均以天然的植物提取物混合或者复合聚酯纤维,采用物理、化学或物理化学及其相结合的方法,增加缓蚀剂、亲水性聚乙烯或异硫氰醋,形成一种新的纤维结构,横向是内部含有聚酯纤维混合纤维,外层含有膨化聚四氟乙烯涂层,纵向是以聚酯产品和含有驱虫提取物质的颗粒共混后经喷丝或者多束纤维多次拉丝成纤维状后形成的具有吸附功能的纤维材料,增加改性纳米二氧化硅纤维,通过共混纺丝成一种新的复合纤维面料,该面料具有优良的防蚊虫效果,且持久性较普通产品有较大的提升。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种面料,尤其是涉及一种具有防蚊功能复合纤维面料。
背景技术
蚊子属于昆虫纲双翅目蚊科,全球约有3000种,是一种具有刺吸式口器的纤小飞虫,通常雌性以血液作为食物,而雄性则吸食植物的汁液,吸血的雌蚊是登革热、疟疾、黄热病、丝虫病、日本脑炎等其他病原体的中间寄主,蚊子主要的危害是传播疾病。据研究,蚊子传播的疾病达80多种之多。在地球上,再没有哪种动物比蚊子对人类有更大的危害,一到夏天,随处可见的蚊子对人们生产生活都存在极大的危害。
蚊香是利用高温燃烧作用,将杀虫剂缓缓释放到空气中,含有敌百虫、毒死蜱、害虫敌等有机磷类的蚊香毒性最大,含有氨基甲酸脂类,如残杀威、混灭威的蚊香毒性次之,含有菊酯类,包括丙炔菊酯、氯氟醚菊脂等的蚊香,属于低毒农药,因为蚊香的成份不一样,燃烧的烟中产生的有害气体也不同,其中超细微粒(直径小于2.5微米的颗粒物质)是最常见的,这种超细微粒可以被人体吸入,并影响人的呼吸道。有些劣质的蚊香燃烧时还会产生多环芳香烃、羰基化合物(如甲醛和乙醛)和苯,这些物质都属于有毒气体如果在封闭的空间里点燃,人也会出现中毒症状,家有孩子或孕妇的一定不要点蚊香,如果买到劣质蚊香重则会致癌,轻则会诱发孩子呼吸道疾病,如在户外,因烟气散发,点蚊香无法起到驱蚊的效果。
蚊虫是重要的病媒之一,其体内携带多种致病微生物,严重危害人类健康,一般用杀虫剂和驱避剂对其进行防治,一些低毒成分的防蚊驱蚊产品和驱蚊类服饰逐渐增多,但是很多都是含有如菊酯类的产品,对人体还是存在一定不利的影响。
发明内容
本发明公布了一种合成纤维复合面料,主要是横向和纵向以交叉编织的两种复合纤维组成,其均以天然的植物提取物混合或者复合聚酯纤维,采用物理、化学或物理化学及其相结合的方法,增加缓蚀剂、亲水性聚乙烯或异硫氰醋,形成一种新的纤维结构,横向是内部含有聚酯纤维混合纤维,外层含有膨化聚四氟乙烯涂层,纵向是以聚酯产品和含有驱虫提取物质的颗粒共混后经喷丝或者多束纤维多次拉丝成纤维状后形成的具有吸附功能的纤维材料,增加改性纳米二氧化硅纤维,通过共混纺丝成一种新的复合纤维面料。

所述含有驱虫提取物的颗粒主要成分为樟树、丝柏木、橄榄、薄荷、熏衣草、柠檬、庸香草和香茅等中的一种或几种提取物结晶体组成;所述混合纤维中增加的改性纳米二氧化硅纤维所占的比例为2%-5%。
一种合成纤维复合面料,制备的主要步骤如下:
(1)、按照一定比例配置天然植物提取物,分别加入聚酯纤维中,加入2-5%改性纳米二氧化硅纤维,在复合纺丝机中进行纤维纺丝,经过其中天然提取物质量比为10%-20%,最后在外层复合一层聚四氟乙烯涂层;
(2)、按照一定比例配置驱虫提取物颗粒,向聚酯产品填充颗粒物,熔融后加入改性纳米二氧化硅,经过挤压、纺丝、多束伸丝成纵向纤维,其中天然提取物颗粒质量比为15%-30%,最后在外层复合一层聚四氟乙烯涂层;
(3)、将上述两种纤维进行混纺后,对面料进行整理,按3%-8%的比例提取适量的天然植物提取液,在50-200摄氏度下进行表面雾化处理,最后经过50-100摄氏度干燥2-24小时即可得到合成纤维复合面料。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种合成纤维复合面料,横向纤维中所含天然植物提取物为薄荷叶、食虫草、驱蚊草和猪笼草组成。
所述含有驱虫提取物的颗粒主要成分为橄榄、薄荷、熏衣草、柠檬、庸香草和香茅提取物结晶体组成;所述混合纤维中增加的改性纳米二氧化硅纤维所占的比例为2%。
一种合成纤维复合面料,其制备方法如下:
(1)、按照一定比例配置天然植物提取物,分别加入聚酯纤维中,加入2%改性纳米二氧化硅纤维,在复合纺丝机中进行纤维纺丝,经过其中天然提取物质量比为10%,最后在外层复合一层聚四氟乙烯涂层;
(2)、按照一定比例配置驱虫提取物颗粒,向聚酯产品填充颗粒物,熔融后加入改性纳米二氧化硅,经过挤压、纺丝、多束伸丝成纵向纤维,其中天然提取物颗粒质量比为15%,最后在外层复合一层聚四氟乙烯涂层;
(3)、将上述两种纤维进行混纺后,对面料进行整理,按3%的比例提取适量的天然植物提取液,在50摄氏度下进行表面雾化处理,最后经过50摄氏度干燥2小时即可得到合成纤维复合面料。
实施例2
一种合成纤维复合面料,横向纤维中所含天然植物提取物为艾草、茶叶、驱蚊草和猪笼草组成。
所述含有驱虫提取物的颗粒主要成分为樟树、丝柏木、橄榄、庸香草和香茅提取物结晶体组成;所述混合纤维中增加的改性纳米二氧化硅纤维所占的比例为5%。
一种合成纤维复合面料,其制备方法如下:
(1)、按照一定比例配置天然植物提取物,分别加入聚酯纤维中,加入5%改性纳米二氧化硅纤维,在复合纺丝机中进行纤维纺丝,经过其中天然提取物质量比为12%,最后在外层复合一层聚四氟乙烯涂层;
(2)、按照一定比例配置驱虫提取物颗粒,向聚酯产品填充颗粒物,熔融后加入改性纳米二氧化硅,经过挤压、纺丝、多束伸丝成纵向纤维,其中天然提取物颗粒质量比为18%,最后在外层复合一层聚四氟乙烯涂层;
(3)、将上述两种纤维进行混纺后,对面料进行整理,按5%的比例提取适量的天然植物提取液,在200摄氏度下进行表面雾化处理,最后经过100摄氏度干燥24小时即可得到合成纤维复合面料。
实施例3
一种合成纤维复合面料,横向纤维中所含天然植物提取物为艾草、茶叶、薄荷叶、食虫草、驱蚊草和猪笼草组成。
所述含有驱虫提取物的颗粒主要成分为樟树、丝柏木、橄榄、薄荷、熏衣草、柠檬、庸香草和香茅提取物结晶体组成;所述混合纤维中增加的改性纳米二氧化硅纤维所占的比例为2.5%。
一种合成纤维复合面料,其制备方法如下:
(1)、按照一定比例配置天然植物提取物,分别加入聚酯纤维中,加入2.5%改性纳米二氧化硅纤维,在复合纺丝机中进行纤维纺丝,经过其中天然提取物质量比为18%,最后在外层复合一层聚四氟乙烯涂层;
(2)、按照一定比例配置驱虫提取物颗粒,向聚酯产品填充颗粒物,熔融后加入改性纳米二氧化硅,经过挤压、纺丝、多束伸丝成纵向纤维,其中天然提取物颗粒质量比为28%,最后在外层复合一层聚四氟乙烯涂层;
(3)、将上述两种纤维进行混纺后,对面料进行整理,按6.5%的比例提取适量的天然植物提取液,在118摄氏度下进行表面雾化处理,最后经过85摄氏度干燥10小时即可得到合成纤维复合面料。
在密闭环境中,试验面积均为15平米,通过1-10小时实验数据,三组实施例均有较好的的防蚊效果,特别是实施例3,经过测试,使用该纤维时约有93.1%以上的蚊子不会飞过来,也就是说,本款复合材料在10小时内防蚊率达到93%以上,基本达到预期效果。
Claims (2)
1.一种合成纤维复合面料,其特征在于,主要是横向和纵向以交叉编织的两种复合纤维组成,其均以天然的植物提取物混合或者复合聚酯纤维,采用物理、化学或物理化学及其相结合的方法,增加缓蚀剂、亲水性聚乙烯或异硫氰醋,形成一种新的纤维结构,横向是内部含有聚酯纤维混合纤维,外层含有膨化聚四氟乙烯涂层,纵向是以聚酯产品和含有驱虫提取物质的颗粒共混后经喷丝或者多束纤维多次拉丝成纤维状后形成的具有吸附功能的纤维材料,增加改性纳米二氧化硅纤维,通过共混纺丝成一种新的复合纤维面料。
2.根据权利要求1所述,一种合成纤维复合面料,其特征在于横向纤维中所含天然植物提取物为艾草、茶叶、薄荷叶、食虫草、驱蚊草和猪笼草等中的一种或几种组成;所述含有驱虫提取物的颗粒主要成分为樟树、丝柏木、橄榄、薄荷、熏衣草、柠檬、庸香草和香茅等中的一种或几种提取物结晶体组成;所述混合纤维中增加的改性纳米二氧化硅纤维所占的比例为2%-5%。
